每个人都有属于自己的特色，木讷的特质在某些工作上是缺点，但对于某些工作却可能成为优点。木讷的人应该去找接受、甚至欣赏木讷特质的工作或公司，不然日后要背着自己的本性做事，其实更痛苦。求职者也是各有千秋，那么很木讷的人，该如何在面试时脱颖而出？
你很有料，但是木讷的个性让你在面试时老是吃瘪吗？事前充分思考与准备，真诚以对，一定能让你脱颖而出。许多年轻人其实有能力、做事踏实，却不善于表达自己的想法，以致于面试时，总是难以博得主考官的青睐。与其恶补自己的口才，不如先彻底思考，要应征的工作到底适不适合自己。
重述重点，补强口才劣势。
找工作时先了解自己、锁定适合的工作，不但可以增加被雇用的机会，对个人而言更可以乐在工作，充分发挥所长。
但在面试当中，木讷的应征者常常因临场反应慢，回答得支支吾吾或不知所云，而居于劣势。建议木讷的应征者应多仿真面试时常被询问的问题，当正式面试出现类似题目时，就可以从容不迫地做答。
即使是碰到没有事先准备过、思考过的题目，还是有一些小技巧可以使用：
1、重述对方的问题。确认自己的认知是正确的，可以避免答非所问的尴尬情形。
2、肯定主官考所提的问题是个很好、有深度的问题，并向对方说明“为了能完整呈现自己的想法，希望能有时间思考一下”。
3、思考时可以用条列式的方法，想出回答的重点，并在回答结束后，再以条列的方式重述回答的重点。
4、准备相关的文件，在面谈时适时拿出来补充、证明。如以前做过的项目报告、企画书，除了加强说服力，还可以展现自己做事规划、有条理的一面。
5、当状况题出现时，千万不要慌张。有很多问题其实没有正确答案，主考官比较想知道的其实是你的想法和理由，以及你的思考逻辑。
6、可以事先准备一段自我推销的说辞。当面试进入尾声，若有些优点还没有机会表达的话，可以主动向主考官表示“有些事情我想多让您了解一下，不知可否给我2～3分钟加以说明？”，然后利用争取到的时间，把自己推销出去。
每个人都有自己不同的性格，有时候并不能为了外界的一些因素而强迫自己改变自己，这样反而会不自然。对于招聘的企业来说，并不是所有员工都必须要有一致的性格特点，不同性格的人各自都会有自己的特长，从而有适合自己的岗位，所以武汉招聘会并不建议大家刻意去改变自己的性格，而是根据自己的职业性质来判定。
