当一家企业有以下这些征兆时，你就可以开始另觅良主了。
有些企业一开始是好的，充满雄心壮志，老板肯给，愿意奖励员工，但是经过岁月的更迭、人事的改变，有些好的企业会慢慢老化，甚至慢漫地沉沦。
也许有人会说，“我就是要留下来改变这一切！”有这样的气魄非常值得鼓励，但是我们从实际面来看，能够改变企业的，必须拥有某种程度以上的权力或股份，你才有资格谈得上去改变。否则，只能沦为“孤臣无力可回天”，以及“一将功成万骨枯”的境况。
根据我多年的观察与研究，当一家企业有以下这些征兆时，你就可以开始另觅良主了。
君不君，臣不臣
这是企业向下沉沦的一个重要指标，公司的领导都在看一些鸡毛蒜皮的小事，而公司整体的策略跟方向，都没有人去理会。一般的领导是“看大（方向与策略）不看小”，“看长（时期）不看短（时期）”。有些事必恭亲的领导则是看大又看小，看长也看短。但是糟糕的企业领导是，只看短，只看小，不看长也不看大。
限制员工吃饭的时间，多休息一分钟就扣钱。只抓考勤、报销等细微末节，对业务和绩效如何提高却缺乏切实指导。相反地，一些养老、不事生产的员工，拿着年资当令箭，四处耀武扬威。这样的公司，离倒闭不远矣。
剥夺你应有的功劳，给你乱扣帽子一般正常的企业，是“信赏必罚”，犒赏有功劳的人，罚浑水摸鱼的员工。而近年来拔尖卓越的企业，走的是“创新必赏”，不怕员工犯错，如果员工是因为创新而犯下了错，照样犒赏！
而不成材的企业呢？专门罚做事的员工！你认真负责，罚！你加班赶工，罚！你处理别人的烂摊子，再罚！犒赏的又是哪些员工呢？成天不做事的，赏！开小差，摸鱼的，赏！收回扣的，亏空公司钱的，大赏，特赏！公司如果变成这样，你还敢待下去吗？
做不好，就换人
“做不好，就换人！”这是很多务实企业的口号。但是真正在执行的时候，请你睁大眼睛看，到底是“谁”做不好，而公司换掉的又是“谁”？
我见过几家每下愈况的公司，做不好的明明是一些养老的老臣，贪污、无能、推卸责任的小人，但是公司却让有能力、有抱负的人去为这些人收烂摊子。这不打紧，当有能力的人处理的时候，公司却又放任小人去掣肘，让事情一发不可收拾，最后把有能力的员工当作替罪羊。如果你发现公司有“烂员工做不好，就换掉好员工”的毛病时，请准备另找出路吧！
恐惧的文化
如果你想做一件不一样的事情，想办一个有创意的活动，但是你的脑海里却浮现公司把你拖去打50大板，这样你还敢继续多做事情吗？很多老板都希望员工主动，能够做得更多，做得更好。但是员工自己会去看以往“做得更多，做得更好”的前辈，现在的境况究竟是怎么样？如果这些有热忱、有创意的员工被公司革除或是**，你觉得后继还会有人吗？
不想改变
以往，公司坚持传统，不见得是一件坏事。但是现在，每一年都会带来全新的改变。市场在变，客户行为在变，营销手法，科技等，无一不在变化。
如果你服务的公司不愿意改变，也不让员工有创新的机会，你留在这家公司，只能“不进则退”。这样的结果会是怎么样呢？逆着市场、逆着时势的公司，通常不出几年，裁员的裁员，倒闭的倒闭，好一点儿的是被其他企业收购。
但是对员工伤害最大的是，你待在那边愈久，你跟外界的差距愈大，趁早离开一个不愿改变的环境，去发现更多、更好的商机与工作舞台。
