收入是民生之源，上调最低工资标准有利于提高低收入人群的生活水平，一定程度上促进内需和消费。
进入2015年以来，全国已有28个地区宣布上调最低工资标准。
据不完全统计，2015年以来，全国至少已有28个地区上调最低工资标准，上调的地区数量已大大超过去年。
28地区上调最低工资标准
进入12月以来，吉林、宁夏、重庆等地宣布上调最低工资标准。其中，吉林第一档地区最低工资标准由1320元/月调整为1480元/月；宁夏一类区最低工资标准由1300元/月调整为1480元/月；重庆第一档地区最低工资标准由1250元/月调整为1500元/月。
随着上述三个地区最低工资标准的上调，据中新网记者不完全统计，进入2015年以来，全国已有上海、深圳、北京等28个地区宣布上调最低工资标准，仅剩下辽宁、河北、青海、江苏4地未进行调整。
调整之后，深圳、上海两地月最低工资标准分别为2030元、2020元，最低工资标准超过2000元大关。而小时最低工资标准最高的依然是北京，达到18.7元。
上调地区数量远超去年
中新网记者注意到，虽然今年以来中国经济下行压力依然较大，但上调最低工资标准的地区却大幅增加，其数量已经远超去年全年。人社部的数据显示，2014年全国共有19个地区调整了最低工资标准。
中国人民大学财政金融学院副院长赵锡军此前表示，在当前经济下行压力不减的情况下，上调最低工资标准的地区反而增加，表明各地更加注重居民收入等民生指标。
“收入是民生之源，上调最低工资标准有利于提高低收入人群的生活水平，一定程度上促进内需和消费。” 赵锡军表示。
辽宁超两年仍未调整
根据《最低工资规定》，各地区的最低工资标准每两年至少要调整一次。记者注意到，在还未宣布调整的辽宁、河北、青海、江苏4地中，辽宁最低工资标准已两年多未调整。
人社部数据显示，辽宁上一次调整最低工资标准在2013年7月1日，最高档月最低工资标准为1300元。
河北上一次调整最低工资标准是在2014年12月1日，青海上一次调整是在2014年5月1日，江苏上一次调整是在2014年11月1日。需要指出的是，今年江苏曾表示下半年将适时适度调整最低工资标准。
