“对不起我休假了，有事你找一下我的同事”。有天你要是听见你360的人说这句话，说明她/他马上就要离职了。360的人，是从来不轻易休假的。
一、要离开，无线伤怀
我有五分钟内回复工作微信的恶习，不管是在开车，在吃饭，还是在洗澡。好几次洗澡洗一半，站卫生间对着手机发信息回邮件，再次抬头，一个小时过去了。
这种，第一时间回复反馈，手机从来不关机，做事总有交代，错了及时修正，半夜起来写稿，周末给媒体回复采访提纲，上午打招呼下午就出差，绝对服从……这些都是这几年，360的公关人一直在重复的事情。
二、任何工作都一定有创新的可能
我们这一代人，内心都很骄傲。刚进公司的时候想法多，想做的事情多，想成就一番事业，得到认可。但在公司待的越久，反应却越淡然，因为都已经无所谓，见得多了，做的多了，知道事情最终的结果无非是那几个，所以不在工作做无畏的斗争。
“老员工”正是这种心理，就把日复一日的工作混得乏味。失去了主动创新的可能性。反正你干也是这样，不干也是这样。而另外一部分急于成功和表现的人，又过于忙碌。过于忙碌会带来的业务知识的局限和资源局限，是另一种形式的失去创新。
三、一定要愿意和相信
这就是所谓的价值观驱动。说小一点，就是愿意和相信。说重一点是信仰。这是一个团队搭建最重要的基础。
我在360面试的人虽然不多，但这个人是否对这份工作有意愿和冲动，是可以明显感觉到的。有强烈冲动想要完成这份工作的人，和只是看眼前利益，觉得360平台比较大给钱多的人，是完全两种结果。跟后者一起合作，根本没有共事的基础。
佛家讲究轮回来世，如果你不相信这个，你根本不会相信佛学。基督教是现世，你若不信，那圣经所有的故事都不成立。如果我一开始我就不相信360这家公司倡导的方向，否认360的办事方式，那我怎么与这家公司一起进退呢。
也许很多人说，傻逼你有什么资格和公司共进退，你被洗脑了吧？一是ownership，二是，洗脑这东西，对公关不好使，做公关这行的，特别会身在其中自圆其说和身在其外审视自己。
抨击公司文化和价值观的人，不了解公司，也不了解其价值观。真正了解的人，没空说这个，都在身体力行。
四、心态一定要开放
在大公关部的时候，PR要对接360所有的产品线，你不开放你不主动聊，你不把整条流程线跑通，怎么可能顺利的推进一个事情。Btw，当时大公关叫做“企业沟通部”。我理解，对内对外都要沟通好。
其他公司相同，大公司的流程搞死人，就跟这个社会一样，你别总跳出来要改变这个改变那个，你连自己都改变不了，别说改变世界了。改变如果是大势所趋，那改变就是迟早的事。如果不能改变，那我们先拥抱变化。
五、靠自己
我长这么大，就是偏执的觉得，不论人家再怎么心疼你，跟你关系再怎么好，再怎么帮你，真要成事，就得靠自己。话自己说，关系自己做，批评自己挨，通宵自己熬。工资才能自己拿。
千万不要以为大平台可以带给你多大的帮助，大平台是优势也是负担，你早晚要脱离大平台，你是你，平台是平台。创业维艰，如果脱离大平台，脱离优势资源，就不能成事，只能说自己离成就还差的很远。千万不要自以为牛逼，大家就是平凡人，都想做非凡事。
六、一定要给自己和别人空间
离开的空间，上升的空间，休息的空间，成长的空间。
人与小人难养，近则不逊，远则怨。这个空间这个度很难把握。我很喜欢涛哥跟我说的一句话：做事要注意分寸感。
分寸感的把握让人有一种游刃有余的感觉，会让大家相处和事情发展，显得很自在。什么时候做什么事情，什么事情用什么样的人来做。这个分寸感，也是一个空间。很难把握，却很有趣。
从职业规划的空间来说，画饼能起到的作用很多，虚实结合。公司需要人来搬砖，我们也需要靠搬砖赚钱，搬砖如果盖除了金字塔，对自己也是提升。所以一定跟搬砖的人说清楚，你在我这里，会得到什么，定期，给到搬砖者承诺的得到。这样才能给到公司和搬砖者更多活动的空间。这可能是管理层和HR要多考虑的。
以上五点：创新，信仰，开放，空间，靠自己。
但我觉得最重要的一点还是要开心！人生苦短，唯有自己做的事情能让自己开心，是自己的兴趣所在，一如我们连影家的宗旨：让工作更快乐~~那还有什么事情可以难倒你呢？？每天都会是积极向上哒~~~
