自己在公司里面勤勤恳恳的工作，工作效率也很高，总是按时，甚至是提前完成了工作任务。那为何不能得到老板的赞许，顺利地升职加薪呢？可能是出现以下问题：
一、觉得完成自己分内的工作就行了
任何职业，都会有自己的行规，任何企业，都会有自己的文化：每人都会有自己的工作事务和优先处理顺序，需要找到上级和同事关系的平衡点。这就是公司的文化。
“顾好自己就行”，这是大多数人的观点，不融入企业文化当中，企业怎么会把你当自己人，安排重要职务给你呢？当一天和尚撞一天钟，这样会成为企业可有可无的员工，这样离辞职不远了，当然不会升职加薪了。
二、你从来不听信谣言了
有些公司政策，都是通过一两个人放出小道消息，来观察公司员工的反应，从而给老板是否实施这个政策提供依据。工作的时候可以从谣言中揣测老板的心思、公司的发展动态，从而进行下一阶段的工作，这样就会更快的得到老板的赏识。比如经理私下与竞争公司的老板在一起，不管是不是真的，至少要等到一部分人知道了再说，这样就会实现信息共享。
三、错把同事当知心朋友
和一个同事走的很近，关系较好，他知道了你的个人隐私。午休吃饭时间你总会向他吐露心事等等，这是职场的大忌。如果有一天，你升职加薪，而你的同事没有，你成为了他的上级。那么你们的关系就会不是那么要好了，因为金钱和权力会改变许多人的看法，改变一个人的前途。
如果遇到一个坏的同事的时候，他有可能拿你的隐私对你进行要挟，获得自己的目的，如果他把你的隐私透露给了其他人，那么你在公司的形象就会一落千丈，再想升职加薪恐怕很难，严重的时候会被辞退。
四、没有发现你的竞争对手
职场如战场，办公室中肯定会有一个你的职业对手，他恨不得永远找出你的一点错误，让老板辞退你，好让自己在办公室里生存下去。他不会刻意的表现出来，你也不会发现。
所以说要随时关注自己竞争对手的动态，在工作方面，自己多和他进行对比，提高工作能力，这样才能在办公室里生存下去。
要想升职加薪，不仅需要有超强的工作能力，还需牢记以上几点，这样才能获得成功！
