支点：职场生涯的有力支撑
阿基米德曾说过，给我一个支点，我就能撬动地球。对于在职场中打拼的现代人来说，“支点”除了是支撑你自我展现的理由，更多的是自我能力的肯定。无论选择 哪个职场支点都各有利弊，对于个人来说，在不同的职业阶段，也有不同权衡要点。如何“量体裁衣”般做好自己的职场规划，找准自己的职场支点，或许是职场人 需要考虑的重中之重。只有找到明确的目标，付出的努力和汗水才能换来自己所渴望的成功。
实录：工作的“意义”是啥？
如果说“生存”是“米饭”，用以维持温饱，“发展”是“菜肴”，能锦上添花，那么“快乐”是否充其量只是甜品，是满足基本需求后的小奢侈？在他们心里，对于“工作的意义”，都存在这样的疑问。
职场规划三大支点
生存支点：把薪酬作为主要导向，但遇上职业瓶颈，薪酬无法增长时，可能容易产生自我否定。
发展支点：以自身进步作为导向，把从工作中获取的经验和技能视作最重要的东西，这有助于承受工作压力的考验。
快乐支点：以快乐为导向，享受工作的过程，对工作投入极大热情，但在有些情况下可能要承担经济上的考验。
薪酬体现个人价值，但不是唯一支点
“生存支点”是大多数职场人步入职场的最初“动力”。职场是个人成长很重要的“修炼场所”和个人生活的重要组成部分。维系一个人生存所需的薪 酬并不要太多，但现在职场人普遍认为薪酬是应该不断增长的，甚至是大幅度增长的，这在经济高速发展的社会里，是有可能实现的，但在经济平稳甚至低迷的环境 中则不是这样，所以需要客观理解薪酬增长的各种因素。
首先，增长不是永远不变的，其次，个人薪酬的增长与整体经济环境有关，而不仅与个人的努力程度和工作 表现有关。
让成长成为职场支点的导向
发展支点是有助于个人成长的，但发展不仅仅包括从工作中获得经验、学习技能，还包括对自己的认识，例如了解自己的职业喜好、擅长的事情，还有便是对工作、 生活和世界的理解，也就是价值观的调整与逐步确定。
而“快乐支点”是时下越来越多公司开始重视的职场氛围和工作心态，因为娱乐是人的天性，工作也不应该拒绝快乐。“在职场中阳光心态很重要，正向思考、积极主动也很重要，要尝试培养自身的正能量，并传递正能量，即凡事以解决问题为重点，而不是抱怨，只要保持 开放和学习的心态，愿意接受变化，适应变化，就会在职场中不断成长。
从现实角度来讲，如果能在进入职场之初，到一家规模较大、知名度较高、管理较正规的公司历练，会对自己今后的职业发展、清晰地认识自己的支点有很大帮助。选公司重要，选老板也很重要，包括选团队。如果可能，在面试时便判断自己和未来的老板是否有“感觉”。
此外，最好能养成自学的习惯，无论是看书，还是参加培训、充电，都是必要的，可以补充新能量。快乐在于心态，发展在于学习、思考和行动，如果能做到这两点，生存（如果只是考虑薪酬的话）是自然而然就会得到的结果。
所以，职场人最好还是把成长放在重要的位置，这不仅包括职业成长，还包括精神成长。
