记得有过许多朋友私信过我，说起自己在就业择业与职业规划之中遇到一些困境和难题。
譬如自己大学即将毕业，专业学得糊里糊涂，对于就业前景非常迷茫，看看师兄师姐就业的方向，也是八仙过海各显神通，投身于各行各业的都有，想想即将毕业，还真是“敢问路在何方？”
自己想做的事情可能充满荆棘，执意留在一线城市打拼家里人也反对，其实话说到底，也是自己缺乏勇气。
有时家人希望自己可以回家考取公务员，或者听从家里人的安排，找个工作，娶妻生子或嫁个人家，从此踏踏实实度过此生，可是自己心里总觉不愿从此甘于平凡，为了稳定舒适然后放弃留在一线城市打拼梦想，所以，心里感到有些矛盾而且沮丧。
我究竟该干什么？
譬如自己已经开始工作，但是新鲜感一过之后，觉得了无生气，感到沉闷无聊，突然好像除了领取微薄的工资之外，自己所做的一切已经失去意义。
对于丧失工作乐趣却又不得不工作的人，有幅漫画描绘得画面感十足，早上不想起床下班，下午数着时间下班，然后周末睡个天昏地暗，周一感到疲惫不堪，周二一副蔫茄子的模样，周三苦逼地看着窗外，周四重现一点生机，周五一副嘚瑟的模样，周六感到最为HAPPY，周日感受“明天周一”带来的末日一般的绝望。
工作仅仅变成谋生，实在让人失望而且悲伤。
我究竟在干什么？
是否还记得小时候常常听到的那句，长大了你想干什么？
或许，那个小孩子会大声而稚气地喊道：我要做科学家，我要当解放军，我要做大画家，或者，我想开间小卖部，我想写本故事书，我想设计漂亮衣服……
孩子从来不会考虑要让自己成为一个“符合社会和他人期待，担当一定责任的成年人”，他们选择成为的是因为他们真的想要成为，因为他们觉得这样让人感到快乐。
从何时开始，我们只会讨人欢喜，不会让我快乐？
“负起一些成人的责任，然后让身边的人赞赏”，所以要找个待遇、福利都好的工作，因为你有“很多很多的房贷、车贷要还”，还要让家里人“感到骄傲”，或者至少让他们“觉得放心”，还要别人感到“羡慕而且钦佩”，所以不能“那么自由”，到了“应该结婚”的时候，你必须找个对象，然后“结婚生子”，让孩子慢慢长成“你的模样”。
每一件事，都是“他们”希望，每一件事，都是“按部就班”。
可是，你呢？
你发觉自己远离初心，告别梦想，然后，逐渐活成自己曾经讨厌的模样，慢慢，你已没有勇气再去面对内心深处最为强烈的渴望，或许你会安慰自己，所有人都要向着生活妥协，毕竟大家都是这样。
那是因为，你只是成熟，却忘了成长。
在面对理想和现实二选其一的时候，你选择了放弃理想，在面对爱情和面包产生分歧的时候，你选择再见爱情，在面对一条因为未知而充满想象的道路和一条无数人走的路的时候，你选择了安全第一，至少，选了一条“大家的路”，失败没人怪你，不用埋怨自己，而且，不用承担外界的压力，不用独自面对与摸索。
是的，我们得到的是“暂时安全”，但是可能丢了对于生活无限的想象力和生命纷繁的可能性。
所以，才会听见一些年过不惑的朋友感慨，此生如此，一晃而过，唉……
那声叹气，何其悲凉。
其实，每一个选择，都需要勇气，也需要代价，想过自己想要的生活，代价或许更大。
可是你会发现，这个世上，真的有人正过着你想要的生活。
是的，工作是会累的，喜欢的事也好，讨厌的事也罢。但是，喜欢的事，累了值得，不会后悔，没有遗憾。
反正都是辛苦，为何还要煎熬？
我愿为了一篇文章而跑几次图书馆，也愿为提升一点心理咨询的业务水平啃下一本接着一本的专业著作，哪怕为此加班加点地工作也是无怨无悔。
因为自己所做的这一切不仅为了谋生，还有热爱。
或许，你会反驳，怎么可能“由着自己的性子，去做自己喜欢的事”，甚至我连“我喜欢的事”是什么也不知道。
那么，请你写下什么是“你想做的”，什么是“你能做的”。
我们一起来寻找自己的MPS。
哈佛心理学博士泰勒.本-沙哈尔提出，寻找适合自己的工作，一定要考虑三个关键问题。包括，意义（Meaning），快乐（Pleasure），还有优势（Strengths）。让我们尽可能多得写下这些方面的事。
意义和快乐指的是让你迸发无限热情和动力去做的事，不是其他更多外在的原因。
譬如我认为有意义的事，写作、音乐、表演、影响或感动人、帮助他人成长……，我认为快乐的事：写出好的作品、阅读、思考、被人赏识与肯定、烹饪、旅行……，我的优势：写作能力，心理学专业，热情、幽默、沟通与问题处理能力……，三者交集，你让我如何不以“写作”与“心理咨询”或者“一名优秀的老师”作为毕生的事业。
诚然，一个杰出的商人，一个卓越的政治家，一个优秀的音乐人……都是相当不错的选择，可是，要么就不是“我想做”的，要么就不是“我能做”的。
如果家里人期待你成为一个商人，但是你却想要成为一名老师的话，或许，商人赚钱更多，地位更高，也会更加符合家人期待，可是，成为商人，你快乐么？如果不快乐，你能在商人这个身份与职业上有所作为么？其实，无视自己的心意，为了满足社会和他人的期待，看似伟大，看似牺牲自己，其实更是一种于人于己，不负责任的表现。
成为“皇帝”，地位够高，足够呼风唤雨无所不能了吧？足够万众敬仰光宗耀祖了吧？可是，中国历史上有多少“不如意”的皇帝呢？想成为僧人的顺治皇帝郁郁而死，想成为木匠的明熹宗朱由校郁郁而死，想成为书画家宋微宗赵佶郁郁而死……，其实，他们和那些感慨的中年人又有什么不同呢？皇帝这份工作做不好，自己喜欢的事又不能做，怎不叫人郁郁寡欢呢？
没有真正发挥自己的潜力，没能成为自己应该要成为的人，就一定会遭遇沉闷的苦楚。因为这是生而为人的本性所在。
其实，每一个结果都源于我们每一个选择，我们可选择机械与乏味，也可以赋予工作更为深远的意义，选择那个行业，那份职业并不是最重要的，重要的是，你可以在工作之中找到自己，成为自己，做自己想要而且应该去做的事，你的心意会指引你在“我想做”与“我能做”之中找到平衡，慢慢，你不会是一个白日梦想家，而是一个逐渐实现梦想的梦想家，因为你已经找到了生而为人的最为茁壮的力量，做一份自己所深为热爱的工作，你会感到无比的幸福，因为从此以后，你的每个选择和每个行动，都充满了打上你的生命的烙印的意义。
