最佳跳槽时机如何选择？
人才招聘市场一直流传着“金三银四”、“金九银十”的传说，指的是在每年的三、四月份以及九、十月份人才招聘进入旺季。而在今年就业形势并不被看好的情形下，“金三银四”、“金九银十”还依然火热吗？我们先来回顾近三年的全国招聘走势。（见表1）

可以看到，三年以来“金三银四”期间，全国网上发布职位数都会有明显增长。确切的说，是在农历春节过后，招聘市场逐步回暖。从数据上看，上年年末、当年年初通常是全年网上发布职位数最少的时段。根据前程无忧无忧指数的统计数据显示，2013年1月全国网上发布数在216万个左右，同年4月达到249万个；2014年1月全国网上发布职位数在287万个左右，同年4月达到351万个；2015年的最低点在2月的341万个，同年4月达到375万个左右。当然也可以说是春节前期人才招聘进入全年低点，才会与节后形成明显对比。
再来看“金九银十”，从表1不难发现，“金九银十”期间全国网上发布职位数增量并没有“金三银四”显著。根据前程无忧无忧指数的统计数据显示，2013年9月的全国网上发布职位数略高于同年10月，而2014年9月的全国网上发布职位数则达到了同年下半年的高峰。通常9、10月是校园招聘最为密集的时段，“金九银十”可能对于应届生来说更为合适。
2015年10月全国网上发布职位数在390万个左右，同比上涨7%，环比下跌2%。截止目前为止，今年全国网上发布职位数走势与以往两年不同之处在于上半年招聘高峰出现在5、6月份，这也与今年春节相对以往较晚有一定联系；而在今年8月出现的小幅下跌也较以往有所不同。由此可见，“金三银四”通常为一年之中招聘量增幅最为明显的时段，而全年招聘量最大的时段还在“金九银十”左右。考虑到年终奖、公司调薪机制、招聘淡旺季等因素，求职者应当结合自身情况，挑选最佳跳槽时机。
全国用人需求最大的行业及地区？
根据前程无忧无忧指数的统计数据显示，2015年10月，互联网/电子商务行业、金融/投资/证券行业、计算机软件行业、教育/培训/院校行业及房地产开发行业的人才在全国都有较大需求量，而这也是2015年10月全国网上发布职位数最多的前五大行业，其中互联网/电子商务行业的全国网上发布职位数超过45万个，同比上涨50%；金融/投资/证券行业的全国网上发布职位数超过33万个，同比上涨49%。
而从地区来看，长三角地区的网上发布职位数超过122万个，同比上涨16%；珠三角地区的网上发布职位数超过77万个，同比上涨11%；环渤海地区的网上发布职位数超过73万个，中西部地区超过54万个，两者几乎都与去年同期持平。长三角地区的用人需求连年增长，同比涨幅排在全国首位。（见表2）

而落实到各地区的热门行业，我们也可以看到地区之间在人才需求的种类方面各有偏重。同时，值得注意的是四大地区较为特殊的人才需求。根据前程无忧无忧指数的统计数据显示，2015年10月，四大地区网上发布职位数排名前十的行业中，长三角地区对机械/设备/重工行业有4.7万的用人需求；珠三角地区在电子技术/半导体/集成电路行业和服装/纺织/皮革行业的用人需求分别在4.8万和3.9万左右；环渤海地区在影视/媒体/艺术/文化传播行业有1.7万的用人需求；中西部地区对批发/零售行业的用人需求在1.3万左右。（见表3）

跳槽首选目标城市是哪里？
在了解跳槽最佳时机和全国用人需求最多的地区之后，你的跳槽方向是否明确？再来看看大家的跳槽首选目标城市吧。根据前程无忧近期发布的《2015年第三季度跳槽意愿度调查》显示，最受欢迎的跳槽首选目标城市是上海，其次为广州和深圳，受访者占比分别为18%、14%和13%。
