毕业一两年，大家在工作中和生活中都混成什么样了？
有人考研成功去了理想的学校读研，有人找到了一份不错的工作，有人准备二战，还有人在不同的工作中来回切换跳槽......在短短的一两年里，有人还在原地迷茫，有人却已经把生活过成了诗？
为什么找工作不像“小升初”一样顺理成章？
大家身边肯定有一类人，他们在上学时吃、喝、玩、乐一样也没有落下，毕业后别人都找到工作了，他们却还在四处迷茫。
很多人在上大学时都没有明确的职业规划，看到身边的同学考研，他也跟着考研，殊不知别人在用12分努力，他却给自己留后路“大不了考不过上班”。结果没有考研失败，也错过了校招的黄金时间，在剩下的招聘企业中挑三拣四，不是干活累、就是工资低、要么福利少，结果毕业了也没有拿到一家正经的offer。考公务员、事业单位等又没实力考不上，最后只能去自己以前看不上的小公司，去找一份工作。
毕业前想不清楚没关系，只要沿着一条路走下去也还能看到发展，相信经历过毕业惊魂后，曾经眼高手低的那群人可以在小公司踏踏实实地从头做起，机会一直还在，你并没有输在起点。
逃离了北上广深，找到了心中的安稳
虽然很多人上学都往大城市钻，最后真正工作却还是有一部分人选择回家，考个公务员过安稳日子。
迷恋大城市的方便快捷的生活方式，享受大城市的深夜不打烊的夜生活，但又被高额的房租和就业的压力所迫，只能选择了回到自己的家乡。也许有时候还会想念之前的生活，但是在家里和父母一起，每天上下班的日子才叫生活，之前在大城市的那种蜗居只能叫做生存。
很多人比你工资高，还比你努力
虽然说互联网技术的起薪比较高，也存在着很多专科、二本、三本屌丝逆袭的神话，但话说回来还是一句：人家是靠技术吃饭，靠实力赚钱。
我身边的有个朋友，毕业前在一家小互联网公司实习，每周上五天班，还要接受公司安排的出差项目。毕业前他意识到在小公司的薪资低，并且目前学习的职场技能和实习的工作经验足以让他应聘更好的企业，他便根据自己的求职方向锁定了几家大的互联网企业，最终通过了校招笔试、面试，成功入职，月薪5000。经过一年时间的打磨，他在这家企业成长为了项目经理，可以独立负责企业的项目和外包的项目等，经过客户的介绍在一年后进入了一家上市互联网公司，月薪成功翻倍，目前工资在15000。
你是否还在以学校差找不到好工作当做理由？现在学校差的人都在通过企业实习缩短自己的短板，让自己拥有工作经验了；你还在以工资低作为自己不努力的理由？很多人比你工资高，还比你努力，最后通过业绩跳到了更好的公司。从现在开始努力，从你的位置上开始努力，一切都不算晚。
学会试错，学会接受自己选择的弯路
毕业一两年的朋友现在几乎都已经跳过1次，或2次槽了，对工作的理解也会比刚毕业时更加深刻。也许在毕业时你糊里糊涂地进入了一个不喜欢的领域，但还好你及时的跳出来了，虽然目前的公司你也不能确定是否就是那个对的方向，但至少在试错的路上，你已经快把可能性排除完了。
虽然工作一两年，很多人不能确定自己目前的工作是否就是自己未来的职业道路，但请大家相信，刚毕业的我们，除了Top名校和极个别行业，大多数人从事的工作起点都不会太高，学会接受常态，学会适应职场。真的遇到了瓶颈，还能通过一点一点刷技能，从这关跳到下一关呢，别把换了几份工作就失去了工作和生活的信心和乐趣。
从平凡到不凡，只差了每天的坚持
对于新人来讲，你的工作可能会有不顺，可能会有瓶颈，但是请你坚持学习，每天进步一点点。身边有个朋友在工作中遇到了瓶颈，他自己也并不知道该怎么办，但在他没有想好解决方法的时候，他每天都背单词学习英语，结果在一家外企面试时他通过自己的努力和热情争取到了一个很好的职位。
工作遇到瓶颈是每个职场人都可能遇到的情况，用《中国合伙人》里的一句话来回答：当你的才华撑不起你的野心时，你需要静下心来学习。
对于刚刚毕业一两年的新人来讲，你的生活状态可能是折腾了两年还没有存款，每天还在和房东斗智斗勇，每月可以和朋友聚上几次聊聊生活，你也可能被工作的压力整的体无完肤有点悲壮惨烈，但是请你一定要记得在这段时间里，（让自己变得更加优秀，因为只有优秀的人才有着更多的机会。
最后，用王小波的一句话来激励刚刚工作一两年的职场新人：一个人拥有此生此世是不够的，他还应该拥有诗意的世界。请你在努力的时候，不忘记生活中的那些小确幸，做一个对工作和生活充满热情的人。
