三天不撕逼，就不是TMT。这两天的头条又被腾讯抢走了。
多名前员工涉嫌职务侵占，被告上了法庭。本来就是个普通的刑事案件。普通到什么程度呢?听说开庭的时候，大家都同意起诉书都不用念了。
但是庭审流出的一组数字，却让很多屌丝陷入了深深的惆怅。都知道互联网公司有钱，没想到竟然这么有钱。
170万的车是怎么来的
首先出场的是被告人岳雨，原腾讯公司的总监。
事情是这样的，岳雨买了一辆车，但是公安一查，发现买车的钱是一个叫肖峰的人给的。这辆车的价值是170万!170万!170万!
那么问题来了，谁会没事给你100多万买车啊。岳雨说，钱是肖峰借给她的。本来是肖峰想买车，给了她一笔钱，让她帮忙去订车。她去了一看，没有肖峰喜欢的款式，但是正好看到自己喜欢的。那就自己先买喽，就把肖峰给的车款给花了。
这笔借款，没有借据，岳雨也一直没有还款。
可是人家肖峰却说，这笔钱压根不是什么借款，而是岳雨给他打电话要钱买车，他就把腾讯公司给的合同款给岳雨打过去了，这一笔就是150多万元。
近七成公款进了私人口袋
肖峰还说了，这可不是第一次给岳雨转钱。他拿到腾讯的合同款后，每次都是根据岳雨的电话要求，把这些合同款打给了岳雨指定的人，就是本案的其他被告。总共打了多少呢?680多万元。
让我们来算一笔账。根据涉案合同，肖峰的公司收到过腾讯公司820多万款项，还从另外一个公司收到过180万元(这笔钱也是从腾讯出去的，绕个弯而已)。这加起来就是1000万。
但是实际用来支付给媒体合作的有多少呢，150多万元。到他们被抓的时候，账户上还剩了75万元。
检察院一算，1000万里面居然有680多万都进了几名被告人的私人账户了。起诉书上说，岳雨个人就拿了552万元。
这胆子也太大了吧。
空手套白狼是怎么做到的
很多人都问了，难道老板傻吗，会随便就给个千把万出去?
这么说的人就太不了解互联网企业了。这些企业都是业务驱动型，大量业务都是从底层发起的。
岳雨等人正是利用了这点，借着腾讯微博要扩张的契机，向公司要钱要资源。还找了肖峰的公司来跟腾讯签合同。所有表面上的工作都做得很足。
一般来说，企业在批准预算时会进行一轮审核。预算通过后，怎么花这笔钱，公司老板哪管得了那么具体。他最多看看你工作进度有没有完成。幸好，在腾讯还有一道审查的闸口，就是后续的内审环节。
在这两道闸口的空隙里，岳雨不但自己下水，还把同事也拖了下去。
她的下属张东波，前前后后问她借了80万元。钱从哪里来的呢?都是肖峰直接从腾讯的合同款里打给张东波的。
岳雨的另一位下属樊丹，已经和媒体谈好了合作。岳雨让她直接往合同上加金额，28万改成90万，50万的改成70万，中间剩下的，都进了他们的口袋。
连去肯尼亚自驾游，岳雨都用到了腾讯合同款。
年薪这么高你还贪什么钱啊
法庭上，公诉人问岳雨的年薪是多少，岳雨说，算上股票的话，年薪150万到200万。
这互联网企业总监的薪水能砸死一大批人。要知道，总监在腾讯还远远没到高管的层级呢。
话说收入都这么高了，还好意思贪公司的钱吗?
深度八了一下，岳雨早在05年就加入了腾讯，早期业务能力确实不错。好几次都被评为优秀员工、优秀基层干部。
腾讯公司对她也算悉心培养。连续几年都给她分了很可观的股票哦。而且先后把她提拔为网络媒体拓展部的组长、总监，在线视频部总监。
但是这位80后美女还是湿了鞋。据腾讯方面透露，2013年11月，公司接到了关于岳雨的举报，开始启动内审程序。听说腾讯的内审真的很严很严。
2013年12月，内审发现岳雨存在违反腾讯公司高压线的行为。内审部门与她面谈。岳雨很快提出离职要求。2014年2月，岳雨离开腾讯。随着内审的推进和证据的进一步掌握，2014年8月，警方开始介入调查。
2014年9月5日，岳雨在深圳机场被警方带走。
