前几天，一家餐厅，一个在这家企业关键岗位工作的员工说“要辞职”，第二天就不上班了。之前没有表现任何异常，也没有产生矛盾，一直表现还不错，从未提出过辞职的想法。所以，她的突然离开，让公司措手不及，连招人都来不及。
公司好不容易打通她电话：
一、问她是否知道辞职应该提前2个月向公司提出，对方说“不知道，她有很多同学都是辞职后立马就不干了”，讲了半天道理，对方回复“大不了是我错了”；
二、和她商量推迟一两个月再离开，等公司找到新人并帮忙带一下，对方说“我真的做不到……” 离职原因是想去大城市发展，对公司没有任何异议。
这家餐厅老板谈起此事仍然表示“不可思议”：暂且不说离开原因，就是离职前给就职单位提前打个招呼，这么简单而且是最基本的要求，对这些年轻孩子都是“苛求”了吗？很多人，读了那么多年书，学会了各种“技能”，但却没有学会“做人、做事以及作为职业人起码的准则”，实在觉得，这样的年轻人，未来发展太危险了！
人的一生，职场几十年，中间换几次工作也属人之常情。一位老艺术家曾说过一句话：“演员最重要的不是上台亮相，而是下台的时候背影要优雅。”
这句话语义深刻，职场中也确实如此，离职并不是上一份工作的终结，而是下一份工作的开始。如果处理不好离职的相关事宜，不对上一段工作画一个完美的句号，不仅有可能影响到自己的职业生涯发展，更会平添人生的污点。
所以，在此倡议：即使要离开，也请做一个完美的离职人！
那么，如何才是完美离职？
完美第一步：务必提前向公司打招呼
这是完美离职的第一步。现在餐饮业经常有这样的现象：一说“辞职”，第二天立马不见人。这种做法，让公司措手不及，人事安排紧张，当然，这些你可以“坐视不管”；但是，这样不负责任的离开，会让身边的同事朋友感觉“你不靠谱、不负责”。试想，当身边人对自己产生这样的印象时，谁还愿意跟你深交、甚至愿意为你介绍朋友或者下一个工作机会？
如果你决定离职，至少提前两个月提出辞职申请，以确保餐厅能在这段时间找到接应的人员，给公司一个培养下一个接班人的时间。
这不仅仅是为你曾经工作过的企业着想，更体现你的职业素养。
完美第二步：一定第一个让你的直接上司知道
如果决定离职，一定第一个让你的直接上司知道，而不是在团队中放风。
现实中，很多人的思维逻辑是，先通过其他渠道放出离职风声，让直接上司做好心理准备，认为这样自己会更容易脱身。其实做个换位思考，如果你的上司不是首先从你嘴里听到辞职的消息，而是从其他的同事或者渠道知道你要离职，他会作何感想？
虽然不一定会认为你不尊重他，但心里肯定也会不舒服，大家共事一场，一定要互相尊重。另一方面，如果提前将离职决定透露给直接上司以外的他人，相当于断了自己的后路。大部分时候，即使已经做出辞职的决定，也需要再有一段时间来权衡利弊，如果单位里你离职的消息满城风雨，即使最后你不想走，也留不成了。
完美第三步：真诚说出离开的原因
离职前，大部分餐厅的老板或者相应的负责人都会找你做次面谈离职，经常会遇到这样的场面：老板真诚地、诚恳地问你，离职的具体原因是什么，是不是对公司或者个人有什么抱怨、意见。
说还是不说呢？我们又该如何回答？
我们的建议是，应该诚恳地说出离开的原因，甚至诚恳的提出对公司有益的意见和建议。作为一个职业人，我们生活在职场里，每一个晋升，不仅是努力工作、勤奋上进的结果，更应该是成全他人、为所做的职业创造价值的结果。即使离开，你还是一心期待自己的上一家企业发展的更好，这是职业素养的高级体现。
完美离职第四步：站好最后一道岗
在和企业谈妥了具体离职意向并征得同意之后，再着手交接工作。在餐厅还没找到合适的接替者的时候，我们应该一如既往地努力做好本职工作，站好最后一班岗。而即使在接替你的人来了之后，也应该将手头的工作交接完毕才能离开公司，以尽到自己的最后一份责任。
完美离职第五步：给下位同事交接好工作
仔细认真地做好工作交接，将你良好的职业精神留在旧同事的记忆中。尽己所能完成你手头上余下的工作，告诉接任你的同事你在做什么，哪些工作可以在你离职之前完成，哪些工作需要留待新接任职员完成，同时搞好与客户的交接，把接任者介绍给经常联系的业务单位和业务人员。
在日本，职业界都通行这样的法则：没一个离开的人，都会为接任工作的人留下一份备忘录，让他能够容易接手，并迅速开展工作。 这一点，我们应该好好学。
完美离职第六步：保守原公司商业机密
在辞职前，我们应该将平日客户资料、工作资料等用文字记录下来，储存在档案或电脑里，离职时全部移转出去，即使离开了公司，也不将公司的客户资源带走。将原本自己负责的工作资料等原封不动地交给上一级，尊重并保守原公司的商业机密，不对外泄露。
完美离职第七步：离开后，也永远说原单位的好
很多人离开了原有的公司，就不惜用最坏的词语来评价原来的工作单位。试想，如果你原单位像你说的那么差，你曾在那里工作，只能代表你很差，是不是这个道理？
如果我们以曾经在那里工作为荣，那是一个非常有特色的企业、非常有潜力的企业，老板是一个非常有魅力的人，而你来自那里，是不是别人对你更会刮目相看？
所以，即使离开了，也一定永远说原单位的好！
