潇洒“裸辞”后，都会经过不同的阶段，那面对这些不同的阶段，我们到底应该怎么做呢？
（1）“裸辞”最初的愤恨期
（2）裸辞”一段时间后找不到工作的抓狂期
（3）再往后的迷茫期
需要说明的一点是可能这三个时期的划分并不是对所有人都一样。有些人可能会经历这三个时期，有些人可能只会经历其中的一个或两个时期。每个人的情况不同，经历的阶段也会不同。如果按照这三个阶段来说，每个阶段的应该重点是不一样的。
“裸辞”最初的愤恨期
在这个时期里我们最应该做的其实是尽快调整自己的心态，让自己尽快的从工作不爽的情绪中脱离出来。因为在这个情绪中沉浸的时间越久，我们的情绪发酵就越严重，自然内心的损伤就越多。
其实这个事情有点像心理“止损”，既然已经损失了就没必要反复纠结，“不要为打翻的牛奶哭泣”，说的就是这个道理。在这个阶段了我们可以散散心，分散一下自己对之前工作情绪的注意力，开始一些业余爱好都是不错的选择。
“裸辞”一段时间后找不到工作的抓狂期
如果不幸遇到了这个时期，也没必要慌乱。一方面要尽量的保持生活的节奏，尽量生活规律，这样可以让自己保持在一个比较好的面试状态。千万不要黑白颠倒日夜不分，你要明白极少有公司是晚上面试的，人在疲惫不堪或者非常颓废的状态下是很难展示出正常的面试水平的。另一方面要不断的总结简历和面试的经验。
坦白说其实面试也是个熟练工种，但关键的是你要搞明白一家公司不要你是为什么？是简历有纰漏还是岗位经验没有展现好，如果每次你都能有总结有反思，很快你就会明白HR问题背后的真正意图。在这个阶段最关键的是保持好自己的节奏，不要因为一时的挫败而乱了阵脚。
再往后的迷茫期
如果你抓狂几个月还是没找到工作的话，很可能就会进入这个时期了，深深的迷茫…….如果处在这个时期很有可能问题本身就不是通过自己的努力能解决的了。
我的建议是找一个专业的人士，比如职业规划师谈一谈，看看问题到底出在哪里。迷茫很多时候都是“当局者迷旁观者清”，有一个专业的职业规划师指导，可能几个月的问题，几个小时就能找到答案。在这个阶段里我个人认为最重要的关键是不要死磕问题，钻牛角尖。真实的评估当下的状态，通过专家找到问题症结，迅速行动是最重要的。
