一、规律作息
最好提前一天结束自己的“心理假期”，调整好自己的心情，给自己一天时间来恢复作息。假日最后一晚不要参加聚会，尽早入睡，改变节日期间昼伏夜出的生活习惯，要保持充足睡眠。
二、规划工作
恢复正常上班后，效率低下属于正常现象，这时候不用逼自己，而是应该顺其自然，利用一周时间逐渐适应上班节奏。合理安排工作，不要立马就投入到复杂难完成的工作，这样会让你更加烦躁，并且失去自信，可以先从简单的工作开始，就可以有条不紊的开始工作了。可写一张便签式的备忘录，将要办的事情罗列其上，这样可做到心里踏实，一目了然。
三、调整心情
节后第一天上班，难免会有些抗拒工作，可以趁着休息时间，和同事多多交流，谈一些假期的趣事，有助消除懈怠的负面情绪，并且缓解焦躁。或者来点茶或者咖啡，这两样食物都有提神的作用，自然就会元气满满。
四、加强运动
利用业余时间多参加自己喜好的活动，如慢跑、跳舞、羽毛球、乒乓球、保龄球、游泳等，以慢慢调节好状态，更好地开展工作，让你快速恢复神采奕奕。
