为自己设立更高的目标
众所周知，无论是学习还是工作，最好事先要定好一个目标。正如我们在每年的年初，会给自己写一个list，今年至少要读30本书；还有在设定竞争对手时，通常会找一个部门内特别优秀的人，心中下定决心要超过他。
一个高远的目标和竞争对手，会令我们对自己有更大的期待，从而为了实现这个看似很难的mission impossible,大家就会比平常设立容易实现的目标付出更多的努力，那么通常也会在结果上更容易接近成功。
职场中懂得知恩图报的心理
职场也是由人组成的，所谓有人存在的地方就自成一个小社会，有就会存在所谓的“人情”。职场中所谓的互相帮助其实很多，情商高的人会将这种关系处理地非常好，用更多的社会和职场资源帮助自己解决问题，而自己也会在对方需要帮助时伸出援手，从而建立一个真实的人脉关系。
