执行总结
在当前全国高校关于素质教育、创新能力大讨论的背景下，我们以“创新”“创业”为指针，充分利用现有资料和网络资源进行市场分析、相关人士咨询以及建立数学模型等方法，开展调查研究，制作出本次的参赛项目“大学生汽车美容公司创业计划书”。
根据前不久我们对部分有车一族人士进行的调查得知：他们对当前的传统洗车，也就是高压水洗车方式颇感不满。传统洗车由于其技术限制，在洗车的过程中要耗费大量的水资源，对环境有着很大的破坏；而且洗车占据的时间相当多，这对于如今高节奏、高效率的社会发展趋势而言不能不说是一道障碍；同时，高压水洗车所用的化学洗涤物对他们的爱车也有较大损伤，因此他们呼吁新的洗车方式来替代目前的传统洗车方式。而近几些年来，国家大力倡导“节约节能，安全环保”型的高新技术产业和服务项目，鼓励其发展并且给予资金扶持。正是在这种社会背景下，我们根据市场的需求，决定自行创业，开设一个汽车美容微水洗车服务公司。
中国是一个汽车大国，尤其是这些年经济的快速发展让中国的汽车市场不断壮大，汽车产业的扩大也带动了洗车行业的发展。但是由于技术的落后，中国目前的洗车方式还停留在用水洗车的尴尬境地，这与我国水资源匮乏的国情是相抵触的，国家迫切需要一种新的洗车方式来解决能源问题。而微水洗车方式的出现正好可以解决这一点。微水洗车是一种新型的洗车方式，它最初起源于新加坡。十几年前，新加坡政府为环保节水的需要，强制推行其最新开发的技术——微水洗车。由于其特殊的洗车效果（移动式洗车）和明显的节水特点，该技术在全世界得到了迅猛的发展。微水洗车进入中国市场的时间不长，技术方面还不够成熟，市场占据量还比较小。但随着人们对微水洗车的认识加深和走可持续发展道路的延伸，微水洗车在未来一定会有广阔的市场前景。
当前的洗车市场主要被传统洗车方式所占据，但是其洗车成本颇高，而且场地使用范围受到限制，这就为微水洗车服务开拓市场提供了有利的条件。创业初期我们以平凉市为主要的目标市场，让消费者了解我们的服务，以建立我们自己的品牌优势。在后期公司发展壮大后可以向其他中小城市进军，同时在适当的时间进入国际市场，利用全球化的市场需求获得规模竞争优势。
公司初期成立时候采用直线型的组织结构，由董事长负责全局规划与总体决策；总经理负责协调各个部门之间的分工合作。公司初期的创业团队主要是大学生，大家各司其职，都具有相关领域的专业知识和运作经验，且优势互补。我们公司将采用“目标管理、集体决策”的制度来保证微水洗车服务质量，并且注重品牌形象，同时吸引优秀人才加盟，不断完善和创新。
根据财务分析，公司在创业的第一年即开始盈利，盈利额大约是32442.1元，以后各年盈利能力逐渐增加，到了第四年盈利额大幅增长，盈利额累计为306193元，增长率大约为50.7%。一年内即可收回投资额。即使未来洗车市场有较大幅度的变化，我们仍旧可以获得可观的回报，可见开办一个汽车美容微水洗车服务公司是一项非常有价值的投资。
可行性描述
微水洗车作为国外引进的新型项目，既符合中国政府强调的可持续发展战略，支持和大力发展少污染甚至无污染的新型技术产业，也顺应时代发展的潮流。同时微水洗车所要求的技术门槛相对于其他服务行业来说比较低，资金也比较少，这点也为大学生创业前期资金不足创造了有利的条件。可以带动一部分人解决就业问题，维持社会稳定和谐发展。
