有人说，现在资本寒冬来了，钱都很难拿了，谁还这时候出来创业啊?不过我们要看到好的方面，整个行业更加理智，行情更加稳定，招人的薪水更加合理，从这个角度来说却是一个很难得的创业契机。
创业初期的想法如何才能有效落地?
这个创业想法并不是只要有一句话或者一个点子就够了，而是尽可能把产品的发展路径都尽可能的梳理清楚，同时要对市场现状和竞品情况也要足够了解。刚开始要创业的时候很容易被激素冲昏头脑，认为别人都是傻逼，不懂自己的想法和境界。虽然创业本身就不能太理性的考虑付出和回报，但还是要尽可能的客观的分析这个创业想法的可行性。
想法明确了之后，就是开始找合伙人。
选合伙人要谨慎，最起码得搓几顿

三观一致
这对于整个创业过程中的各种决策有至关重要的作用，也是创业成败的基础。很多创业过程中合伙人撕逼导致散伙的案例不胜枚举，在此不再赘述。
如何判断三观是否一致?
这不是一个短期内能明确的事情，也很忌讳闪电结合。如果是之前的同事或者同学那是最好不过了，虽然中国合伙人里说一定不要跟自己的好兄弟一起创业，但我觉得有这样的好兄弟一定要一起创业!
如果之前不认识，能成为合伙人备选者可以说一定是行业精英，在该领域有较深的造诣和丰富的经验，专业能力没有问题之后，可以再交流一下对于各种事物事件的看法，比如兴趣爱好(除了工作还能不能玩到一起)，优衣库事件(到底是不是官方炒作)，杨幂好看还是刘诗诗好看等，这些问题看似无关，但也可以想办法制造一些冲突和歧见再看如何沟通处理，这对于以后一起创业过程还是会有不小影响的，不求同但求和。

能力互补
这也是一种理想状态，我见过完美的团队配置也很快散伙的，也见过3个做技术的也做的有模有样的，但最好还是能在产品、技术、市场方面都有独当一面的合伙人，可以节省很多力气。

信任最重要
创业路上需要不断摸索，尤其是第一次创业者，很多东西都是要从0开始学习。我们要信任自己的合伙人能在他负责的这方面做好，而不能因为一些挫折和失败就怀疑彼此的能力，要给彼此足够的试错和成长空间，用人不疑，疑人不用。

不要斤斤计较的人
刚开始创业什么都没有的时候，大家都很大方，工资可以不拿，股份分多分少问题都不大，一旦开始有规模之后，利益的问题会越来越明显。我们希望大家能够一起看到更长远的未来，而不是在每一次出现利益冲突的时候优先考虑自己的一部分，或者纠结于谁贡献的更多，这就没有意义了，也很容易在此阶段Game Over。
合伙人确定之后，就是搭建初期团队。
初创团队三大件：产品，技术，设计，有了这三个人基本就可以开工了，产品快上线时市场运营方面的人员也是必不可少的，不过前期工作少的话可以兼一下。我们在产品上线前团队有5个人，各方面工作都可以涉及到。
创业公司怎样才能吸引到优秀的员工?
Rule #1: 招牛逼的人。牛逼的人会带来更多牛逼的人，这个原则永远不会变。
一定要只招牛人，一定不要凑合，否则后果自负。
有人说，我不认识牛人，对这个圈子不熟啊等等，这只能说明自己的努力还不够。
混圈子。比如招技术大牛，可以尝试参加技术社区的活动，技术沙龙等，不求在这里能够直接招到人，但是可以和大牛有直接的接触和沟通。
谈理想。在啥都没有特别是还没钱的阶段，能付出的只有情怀。你想要改变世界，不想要平庸的人生，跟我一起来make difference吧!
死缠烂打。在知乎、微博、稀土等地方想办法拿到大牛的联系方式，咬定青山不放松，不要脸的想办法见一面，即使人不能来也要想办法让他推荐一下，嗯。
这时候如果对于大牛的需求并不强烈，需要的就是能做好工作的人了。这里可以根据马斯洛需求层次理论来针对不同需求的人来进行分析。
钱要给够。难免落俗，钱对于大部分人选择工作来说，还是最直接的刺激，对于部分人来说还是最基本的生存需要，最起码能吃饱穿暖才能考虑创业，我不在此多说了。
稳定的环境。如果不是核心初创人员，很难有和创始人一样的理想和愿景，我可不想过几个月还要找其他的工作，这是人的基本的安全需要。
团队建设。我为什么要和这群人一起工作?同事彼此之间的认可非常重要，不只是在工作中进行分工配合，还需要更多的交流和互动，这是属于人的情感和归属的需要。
成长空间。没有人是想在同一个地方一直做同一个事情的，现在过来“打杂”没关系，但不能一直打杂，随着公司的成长，可以做一些更high level的事情，比如成为项目或部门负责人等，这是属于人的尊重的需要。
共同愿景。我是在为你打工还是和我们一起创业?合伙人和员工的差别就在于此，只有到达这个阶段，才能把个人能力发挥到极致，这是属于自我实现的需要。
团队成型之后，就是要不断打磨产品。
打磨产品是伴随着产品整个生命周期在不断进行。目前比较主流的观点是提倡微创新，而真正的颠覆式创新很难存在，我们也不去讨论这两者之间的文字游戏。
C2C(Copy To China)模式：这种类型的产品更多的是在产品功能体验上针对国人用户习惯进行改良，包括产品UI和使用流程等，上线以后再根据用户和数据反馈，在产品和运营方面不断进行调整和优化，这方面的例子太多了，典型如美团，滴滴，不再赘述。
国内竞品情况：第一步肯定是反复体验对手的产品，千万不要只是各种鄙视，一定要客观的评价各个竞品的优缺点，包括产品功能、体验、业务流程等方面，再根据自己团队的特点，明确自己产品的定位和优势，这种情况下最忌讳面面俱到，特别是行业后来者，一定要想到一个突破点，这个点要足够痛，即使不足以颠覆现有产品的市场格局，也能够想办法在这个市场站住脚。聚会玩第一个版本上线时只有一款谁是卧底游戏，当时市面上已经有很多款谁是卧底产品，我们创新的推出一键看词拍照功能，最简化用户操作，受到用户一致好评，其他竞品纷纷模仿，现在一键拍照已经成为标配。
尚无竞品情况：很多创业者刚开始都会假想自己的产品没有竞品，说我的发展方向跟他们都不一样，但其实这就对竞品这个概念理解的太浅了。一定要想办法从多个角度挖掘并发现自己的竞品，无论是从功能需求上，业务逻辑上，目标人群上，使用场景上，一定存在相关的竞品，找到以后再重复上面的步骤。
说到创新，就难免要先说到抄袭。
抄与被抄：这其实是很普遍的现象，人在江湖飘，哪能不被抄，抄来抄去习惯了就好。
首先还是要明确自己产品的现状，是属于行业领先者(被抄的)还是竞争者(抄别人的)。
如果是领先者，出一个新功能，就马上被竞争对手抄过去了，可以先hold一下，再考虑以下几点：
加速产品研发速度，延长产品迭代周期。现在很多人都提倡小步快跑，快速迭代，可能感觉延长产品迭代周期的想法很奇怪，但在产品已经处于恶性竞争的情况下，竞争对手已经不择手段，快速迭代会让自己的产品计划充分暴露在对手面前，这时应该调整产品策略，比如阶段性发布大版本，一次性发布大量新功能和特性，这样即使对手继续无脑抄袭，也要花费更长的时间成本。
加强后端功能创新，隐藏产品可见创新点。比起UI、新功能等方面，在算法、逻辑方面的创新会让竞争对手更难发现，可避免被无脑抄袭。聚会玩也刚刚完成产品框架升级，后续更新版本不需要用户重新安装客户端，完全采用增量更新策略，既解决了产品版本碎片化问题，又可以让用户随时可以用到最新版本，而这在技术上存在一定门槛，可以让其他竞品难以超越。
如果是竞争者，首先我们不要无脑抄袭，要抄出风格，抄出水平，我们称之为借鉴～
分析竞争对手发展战略和数据。从各个角度了解竞争对手的发展战略，可以从产品新功能、投资人等方面着手，并且尽可能拿到竞品的各方面数据，有人在帮我们试错，不利用一下岂不浪费，我们也可以尽早知道这个方向是否可行。
建立自己的产品标志。盲目的跟风是没有出路的，一是不要被带到沟里去，二是必须尽快明确自己产品的差异化特征，让用户明白为什么要用自己的产品并且留下来。
产品出来后，就是要开始融资了。
第一笔融资。
不同的团队有不同的融资时间点，土豪团队在还没开始的时候就有上千万的天使，草根团队如我们聚会玩是在产品刚上线后被投资人看到并且快速敲定天使轮融资的。现在种子和天使投资很多，也有很多孵化器如氪空间也可以提供产品初期的发展条件，并且对融资也有帮助。
最后补充一下，拿到第一笔融资一般不会太多，不要盲目的扩展团队和草率的搬到写字楼，不然很容易呵呵。
另外，在融资时最好已经找到一批种子用户验证自己的产品，那么问题又来了：
项目初期冷启动，种子用户都是哪里找的?
其次最好尽快将产品上线试错，用户获取成本低很多，不用不好意思。
目标用户社区，论坛，QQ群。可先混入社区跟用户建立长期关系，并且做出有价值的分享并产生互动，比如符合初中生的TFBoys、EXO的贴吧等，届时再软植入产品，比如介绍说我现在正在玩一款内测产品，很酷，你们要不要来试试之类的BALABALA
可以尝试学校门口摆摊推广
iOS版本可尝试先付费再做限免，不过现在效果已经不特别明显。
部分Android应用商店可以申请首发。
产品设计的好可以，申请评奖推荐，比如豌豆荚设计奖，蒲公英计划，最美应用等。
融资都搞定了，创业路才刚刚开始，在这里我也想给大家打个预防针。
创业路坎坷，各家有各家的欢歌和绝唱。 我们遇到的最大的危机一定是融资危机。
聚会玩第一次融资是在2013年8月完成，而后才开始成立公司等一系列繁琐的工商流程。
我们正沉醉在拿到融资的兴奋当中，心想着终于可以改变世界了，然后就开始专注于产品和运营，为每一个产品的新功能叫好，为每一个新用户的数字跳动而欢呼。
第一轮融资金额并不多，也万万没有注意到融资花完正好是春节期间。
当时接触投资人是各种的不顺利，很多还在度假，还有就是各种拖延。
最后真的是经历了各种奇葩的情况，投资人恶意压价，签了TS后毁约，准备合投的突然反悔等等，让我们接近崩溃的边缘。
慢慢的钱花完了，但不能就这么算了，我不甘心!就从朋友那里借了30万又撑了3个月，终于迎来了转折，新的投资人诚意十足，对产品和团队也非常认可，最后又有其他投资人跟投，超额完成了Pre-A轮融资。
现在我们第三轮融资也即将close，见过的十几家基金态度差别非常大，认可的会非常认可，不认可的会提出各种近乎搞笑的问题。融资真的就像是谈恋爱一样，找到对的人比什么都重要。
提前融资。在当前资金还能撑6个月的时候就可以开始融资了。
融更多的钱。想办法能撑的更久，会有更大的容错空间。
钱没到账，一切都有可能改变。不要被各种协议迷惑，明确款项到位的时间点比什么都重要，这不是背叛，这只是现实。
只要自己坚定信念，必要的时候可以付出一切!
