以下是基本的创业逻辑，所有创业者必须知道：
1.从创业概率来说，可以拿工商的数据，你会知道，企业的五年生存率不到一成，创业其实是极少人的游戏；不要相信什么万众创业，任何一个创业者，一开始就要做好失败的准备；
2.创业对心理是个考验，心理脆弱的人很难创业，你可能没钱发工资，你可能面临债主堵门，你可能担心明天的房租是不是交得起，你可能压力大的彻夜难眠，即使强大如雷军，也会重压下感慨哽咽，你创业之前首先要想一下，你的心脏hold住吗？
3.即使你心理很坚韧，扛得住压力，你就成功了？要想成功，必须要更勤奋，还要不断提高专业技能，现在就是开个餐馆都要起早贪黑的玩命，不断钻研菜品和服务，你是一个贪图享乐的人？还是愿意为了人生玩命？创业者首先要问自己一下，因为绝大多数创业者过的都很苦逼，生活质量并不好，你能行吗？
4.即使你命好，心理素质好，又很勤奋，学习能力强，你就一定会成功？也未必的，你还要有解决问题的能力，创业实际上是不断遇到问题和解决问题的过程，我见过很多创业者，梦想总比现实更大，陷入各种问题困境难以自拔，创业者每天要做的不是规划未来企业采用什么战略，而是明天的业务怎么调整才能更有起色，明天的客户是不是拿下来，天天做梦的人是做不了企业的。
5.见过很多创业者，每次见了都跟我谈战略，谈改变世界，却连几个员工的工资都发不出，创业者要想成功，不要想着太阳的光辉多么绚烂，而是必须建立强现金流的业务，没有钱进来，那么员工时刻离你而去，痛苦和困境快速磨灭你的信心，所以梦可以做，强现金流的业务必须尽快建立，这是企业生存的核心；很多到家O2O服务一开始就是烧钱，每次融资只烧半年，绝大多数创业项目的命运都很悲惨；
6.不要对自己估计过高，我也有这个毛病，每个人总是感觉自己很强，跟感觉自己长得美、长得帅一样，永远把困难想象的更困难一些，给自己留一点过冬的干粮，创业者一定要知道，所谓破釜沉舟只是坑人的假话；
7.最后说一句，99%的人是不应该创业的，假如你下决心创业，一定要想好自己是否具备创业者的基本素质，假如不具备，那么打工也不错，项目不行了，员工可以走，但是创业者必须坚持，打工压力更小，生活也更惬意，创业者是给勇于攀登世界的勇者准备的；
8.再给正在创业的朋友说一句，假如确实熬不住了，就放手，千万不要输掉自己最后一块铜板，留一点机会，可以卷土重来，见过好多熬不住还在煎熬的，最后巨亏，身负举债，很难再回头了；
