在职场上打拼的大家，对情商这个词估计很熟悉，大家都知道，在职场上混需要情商。
然后呢?就没有然后了?
请先看几个例子
1、网上比较流行的一个段子：
一个朋友到大学教授家做客，恰好那天这位教授的儿子带着女朋友回家。
如果你是这位朋友，这时候，你该说什么?
这位朋友说：这孩子跟他爸一样，会挑!
数一数这句话夸了几个人：
1、夸儿子眼光好，会挑女朋友。
2、夸爸爸眼光好。
3、夸了儿子的女朋友，因为“眼光好”才挑到优秀的女朋友。
4、夸了妈妈，因为“孩子跟他爸一样”。

记者问：国庆档有三部你的电影上映，你最喜欢哪一部?
答：请问今天哪位导演来了?
记者问：帅哥、美女哪种是你不能演的?
答：谁说我这个帅哥不能演美女了?
记者问：你是否会取代葛优?
答：这个时代不会阻止你闪耀，但你也覆盖不了任何人的光辉，因为人家是创时代的电影人，我们只是前行的一些晚辈，对这个不敢造次。
3、如何优雅的回答
在一期奇葩说中，蔡康永他说人应该要在最好的年龄多去看看世界的美好，亚马孙的星空，罗浮宫的艺术品，旁边的大鹏听了之后说这些我都没有看过。
后蔡就回头对他说，“如果我能拍的出十亿票房的电影我就哪也不去啊”
记者问林志玲：怎么看爱情和婚姻的关系。
答：“世上只有该结婚的感情，没有该结婚的年龄。”
情商有多重要呢?
它可以让你良好的处理和同事、和上司的关系，成为办公室里受欢迎的人。
它可以让你良好的管理自己的情绪，有句话说情商高的表现是：“对熟悉、亲近的人依然保持尊重和耐心”，一个高情商的人，能控制自己的情绪，不对身边的人肆意发泄自己的脾气。
但说了这么多，还是有人想说：我就是情商很低，看了那么多例子，还是做不到怎么办?
教你一个简单的办法：
请你说话之前，先站在对方的角度想一想：如果我是他，听到我这么说，会有什么感觉。
请你坚持一段时间，有人说，我不喜欢讨好别人。
生活在社会关系中的人，应该要有站在对方角度为别人考虑的能力。如果你做不到，说明你是一个以自我为中心的人。
讨好与换位思考是不同的概念，从现在开始，成为一个具有同理心的人，是提高情商的第一步。
提高情商，这是自我修养的过程，不可能一下子蹭蹭上升到一个高度，需要在日常生活不断积累、演练。
