最近，青岛火了。前有38块一只的青岛大虾，后有8元一颗的休闲瓜子。就连黄晓明与杨颖的婚礼都选在上海举办，而非黄晓明的家乡青岛，是不是因为土豪也在青岛办不起筵席了？
海捕大虾诚然贵重，餐馆老板固然可恨。但是根源还得深揪，到底是谁给了他如此的胆量。固然商人趋利，但商人不脑残。如此做生意，恐怕早就被和谐了。
所以，商人不是战五渣，可以如此坚挺的坑人不懈，多半是因为这不是他个人的利益。所以每个坑爹的商人背后都站着一个大BOSS。
人活在世上，总是会遇到一些让人愤怒懊恼冲动的事。身在职场中，也不例外。
学法律专业的小A，曾在一家律师事务所实习。发现业绩不俗、薪水不低的某位老员工，堪称律中之霸。此君入行多年，最擅长的本事竟是忽悠客户。有人上门咨询，搬弄条款，欺他人对法律条文不懂不熟，大肆拿出江湖千门的手段，一隆二吓三圈四杀。
他所说的严重后果，常常让当事人脸色煞白，中心思想是：这个案件很棘手，你若不多花钱，或不舍得花钱，很可能会给你带来致命的损失和伤害。
如此得手，屡试不爽。当时小A颇愤怒，觉得他这举动令人不齿。在会议上，趁领导在场，给予指责，提出不能这么做业务。领导笑纳，拍着肩膀表扬了小A，声色俱厉的要这名老律师会后到办公室找他。
结果，后来小A听说他在办公室和领导喝着红酒唱着歌，相洽甚欢。而小A则被指派去做了杂活，每天忙得像孙子一样。
盖因为，此君如此做法，乃是领导的意识体现。小A是那个国王新装里，不识趣、不懂事的孩子罢了。
在办公室里，总是会见到一些令人不平的鸟事。
某些人欺行霸市、作风霸道，指责这个，呵斥那个，喜欢跟所有人作对搅局。
有人似乎善于溜须奉承，总是热心于上司的一切，哪怕是上司家属的生日，自己也要率先送上大礼。
还有人，上蹿下跳，给大BOSS写建议书，忽悠大家签名，搞联动。
更有人，干活人懒，抢功劳勤快，总是别人背黑锅，自己得红花。
有些人，脾气臭，不在其位谋其政，喜欢一言堂，打压别人任何的意见。
如何应对，因情况不同方法不同。但你如果只针对他一个人就错了。这种人，干了这么多让人不满的事，仇家满天下却还逍遥自在。到底为啥，答案只有一个，他只不过是露出头的枪，而要改变，还要做其它的选择。你要看他身后拿枪的那个人到底是谁。
不要冲动，更不要冒失。天下事无非两种选择：能呆，呆着；不能呆，走人。
虽然说，任何企业都有隐身幕后的BOSS作祟。天下乌鸦一般黑，但黑也有深浅，BOSS们也有绝逼自私自利，和略微无私，只是工作方法不同的区分。
职场生活要过的不错，那就得学会看的深一点，想的远一点。别冲动型消费，把气都对着大虾去，把劲头和策略都用在大虾的身上。靠大虾赚钱的那些人，就真的笑了。
