夜晚九点，回港的飞机，机舱内耳膜震着发动机的轰鸣，有些刺耳；困倦的眼皮抵挡着机舱内明亮的灯光；广播里粤语、英文、中文播报着同样的航班信息，听着熟悉的疲倦；空姐空少的制服，还是紫色；机舱外，夜空罩着一块巨大的黑布。
在座位上打盹的我，突然想起，就是去年的今天，我割断了原来的生活，心里装着盲目的勇敢和乐观，飞了1200公里，来到香港这片陌生的土地。
一晃，一年了。心里唏嘘一声，像做梦一样，掐自己一下，疼。
一年之间，两个世界，犹如硬币的正反面，两种截然不同的生活方式，另一种完全新鲜的人生体验。又好像锋利的时光刀片，清晰地隔断了过去和未来，过去是一面透明的墙，看的到，回不去。未来是脱轨的卫星，仿佛要重活一遍青春。
过去是体制内，现在是体制外。
我会依然记得一年前，我向教育局递交辞职信的那个下午。教育局副局长表示不太理解的复杂表情，我当时心里也是五味杂陈。从办公室出来后，就在旁边的另一个办公室，门前排着长龙，是刚考进编制的年轻老师们在递交入职手续，他们表情轻松，眼神有光。好不容易考进了编制，好像高考中榜，是高兴的；他们一定不会知道，在另一个办公室，他们的一个同行，放弃了当地最好学校的编制。
我看着他们，他们像当年的自己，又不像当年的自己。
在体制内，是一部分人的福音。
在体制内，意味着也许现在赚的不多，但是不用担心以后会断粮饿死；有人乐在体制的生活，没有大风光，也有大自在；而对于另一些人，感觉好像进错了笼子，总觉着哪里不对。
这种感觉，就像很多在海外工作的华人，高学历高素质，一方面挣着体面但却不算高的薪水，过着稳定的生活，不舍放弃现在的生活；另一方面，看到国内迅猛发展的新行业，井喷的新机会，心里又不甘。
就像BAT公司的资深产品经理，天天被风投天使围堵约着喝咖啡，“你出来创业吧，难道想一辈子就这样打工吗，只要你肯出来，我就投钱给你，不管你做什么。”
回还是不回，不舍与不甘，两头野牛在搏斗，内心在烧火。
五年前大学毕业的时候，“体制内”这个词多火呀，就是人生赢家的背书，比赢取白富美的聘礼值钱，比嫁给高富帅的嫁妆还贵。到现在开始出现的不少公务员离职，体制内员工的跳出围墙。两种境遇，也就是几年的光景。
体制内是一口深井，体制外是一片江湖。混江湖前，腰上的剑，磨锋利了吗？
不管是在体制内还是体制外，最不能放弃的，是不断的自我成长。我也越发相信，人生最宝贵的，还真不是豪车洋房，而是丰富的人生体验。有房有车有稳定工作有体面生活的日子，我已经体验够，但是如果缺少人生丰富体验的内核，传道书一章十四节说——“我看过日光之下发生的一切事，一切都是虚空。”
而丰富体验的内核，是按照自己喜欢的方式，以一种舒服自然的状态，甚至是一种自己愿意的辛苦，过好每一天。而这种状态，和体制不体制，并无多大关系。我看着情商极高的小伙伴，在体制的框架内游刃有余，野蛮成长；也看过体制外的残酷竞争下，不堪压力，日日抱怨，却怎么考都考不进，吃不上体制内的那碗饭。
有些性格，是基因决定的，是战士，就去攻城略地；是文人，就耕耘好自己的一亩三分地。刺破手指，好好看看流出的欲望的血有多浓。
很多事情，要么走，要么忍，不应该拿体制的挡箭牌，成为怀才不遇的泄愤出口。
高晓松说：人都是高看了自己。
而高看自己，是人类进化的铠甲，也是软肋。
这一年，从深井走向了江湖，也从甲方变成了乙方。
体制代表了稳定，体制内的人，大多数情况下，代表了甲方；做甲方，意味着不用求人，有社会地位，意味着谈判桌上拥有话语权。甲方带来稳定的体面感，继而带来安全感，安全感带来幸福和自由。有人说，乙方自由的天空更大，但是对于大多数人来说，没有稳定感的自由，太不靠谱，没有确定未来的自由，太不安全。自由的天空太大，仰起头看，眼会晕眩，心会发慌。
稳重求进，不犯错误，不激进，不左。做甲方，挺好。
能放弃甲方的光环，而选择去做乙方，也许只是因为有些东西，乙方独有。比如能满足更大的梦想和野心，更高的财务自由，更充分燃烧的人生体验，一辈子太短，脚步要丈量去更远的风景，心里装着更大世界。
柳传志的女儿柳青，从高大上的投行高盛，到做滴滴打车的CEO，当被问及过去生活和现在生活的不同，她说，“原来住四季酒店，现在住汉庭；原来坐头等舱，现在坐经济舱；原来不求人，现在要求人。”
我相信柳青能克服住汉庭，坐经济舱的心理落差。毕竟创业初期，本来就是白天做老板，晚上睡地板。但是，原来不求人，现在要求人，这个点上，需要时间和谦卑隐忍来克服内心的骄傲；这不容易，因为这触碰了尊严、地位、认可等人性中最敏感和脆弱的神经。
想起老电影《肖申克救赎》里的台词：“Some birds aren’t meant to be caged. Their feathers are just too bright.”
从世俗的角度来说，我应该是从甲方跳到了乙方。角色的转变，开始多一个角度审视这两者的区别，发现其实有些人是工作的甲方，却是生命的乙方；而有些人也许是工作的乙方，却是生命的甲方。而转化的区别的关键，在于能否有强大的能力，来掌控自己生命的走向和节奏，有能力在大的框架内，平衡好生命的河流，可以越流越宽阔。
看到很多工作性质是乙方的人，却有着甲方的姿态和灵魂，因为他们专业，有价值，被人需要，俗话说，站着把钱挣了。锤子手机的老罗，是最好的典范。
在互联网时代，我们都是自我价值的布道者。有人殉道，有人放弃，有人走到了圣殿。
夜空中，那颗最亮的星，会不会是你？
