大家都以为，帮人才有力量，而实际上，拒绝是一件更有力量的事情。你在职场里学会拒绝，人们才知道你的底线，才明白，哪里是可以欺负你的，哪里不可以。
我有个朋友小A，她在一家知名网络公司上班，主要负责微信公众平台的运营，带了一个五个人左右的小团队，接房产，汽车等行业的公众号，运营其内容，每天忙忙碌碌的倒也充实。
因为一直以来不间断的努力创新，口碑也越来越好，所以近两个月，客户猛增。前几天与小A见面，她说，最近客户越来越多了。
我说，客户多，是好事儿啊，你的提成就多，收入节节高升嘛。
是啊，但最近我却尤其苦恼，每天都被工作的事情搞得身心俱疲，小A愁容满面。
为什么啊？你的工作强度也不大啊？
恩，但是客户的问题很多，每天除了解决好应有的工作以外，还要处理客户自己对新媒体，O2O及个人公众平台运营等等的问题。
比如，亚希地产的张总，自己还经营着个幼儿园，让我帮忙给申请个微信公众号，我想申请公众号简单啊，只要资料齐全就OK，可这个张总，每天很忙，打电话找不着人，但每次开会遇到时，张总就问，公众号申请好了么？我说，没有呢，你把你的身份证复印件及营业执照等资料发我吧？
用你的身份证就行，我不需要加V认证，所以开个个人号就行，这事就这样哈，我着急用，你是专家，抓紧时间给办理了吧。
小A无语，其实她的身份证已经帮五六个人开过了微信公众号，早就超出了开通权限，但张总丝毫没给她解释的机会。无奈，小A用了自己男朋友的身份证号帮张总开通了微信账号。
那么问题来了，张总前几天又打电话说，他姑姑经营了个水果店，还有他朋友开了小超市，让小A帮忙给开通两个微信账号。
虽然开通微信账号本身是个小事情，但也耐不住接二连三的来啊。
还有之华房产的李经理，自己跟几个朋友准备做韩国护肤品的微商，约我和他们一起吃饭，让我帮忙想想该怎么运用O2O的模式？怎么打开市场？怎么成功的营销？
这个我真心不太在行，我就简单的给建议了做微信服务号，采用多媒体拉页，互动游戏及图文推送等模式进行前期的推广。
之后李经理的朋友就一直打电话发微信让我帮忙写写微信前期的文案。
我主要是做销售的，文案技术这些活儿我做不来，他朋友就说，没关系，你见的多，总比我写的好吧，帮帮忙嘛，小A尽管心里很着急，嘴上也没说什么。
还有日化公司的齐主管，办了个午托班，让我帮忙推荐一些午托班微信运营的内容…….
所以我每天的自由时间，总会被很多客户的求帮忙的事情给占满，我最近感觉生活品质下降，睡眠也不足，精神状态十分不好。
小A是一个很注重生活品质的姑娘，之前每天下班后就是去健身，看书，看电影或约朋友吃饭，唱K，看演出，最近确实是销声匿迹了一阵子，给我打电话的次数都少了好多。
我说，这种事情你可以一分为二的看，第一，占用了你的时间，而且也不在你的工作职责之内，所以你可以拒绝的。第二，客户找你，说明他们信任你，有事情找你帮忙，但有业务也一定会给你介绍。
小A笑了笑说，我很感谢大家对我的信任，当然他们有业务的话也像我推荐了，但现在让我烦恼的问题就是，业务越多，这些所谓的人情的帮助也就越多。
而我的精力有限，实在顾不上来这么多事情，但是呢，我又不能直接拒绝，他们都是我的大客户，而且关系也很不错，我们每个月合作的公众号运营评估都在他们手上，他们评了高分，公司才能收到足额的月费，我们团队才有提成拿。
我要是拒绝了，情面上也过不去，而且万一他们不太高兴，给我们评分低了，那我们整个团队就跟着遭罪。
我现在每天都要做这些不属于我工作范畴之内的事情，整得我现在接客户电话都有些忐忑…….
看着小A苦恼的样子，我想起我刚毕业时，在一家地产公司做策划专员，也就是负责简单的案场活动，及媒体渠道的对接。
其中有一项工作就是，每个月给营销部这些合作单位走账，正常的营销阶段，一个月需要指出三四百万的营销费用，每家单位的发票开来后都要按照公司的格式给粘贴好，在本部门走完签字后，送到财务审发票和资金计划，财务签了字就能付款了。
记得我第一次把几十张贴好的发票送下去时，财务的孙会计就说，我现在很忙，你回去把这些发票都查一查看是否正常，查完的一并截图发邮件给我，这样就可以节省我签字的时间了。
我就拿了回去，把事情告诉了我们经理，经理就说，查发票审核发票这些是财务的本职工作，但是呢，现在咱们部门着急付款，所以你如果不太忙的话，就帮忙他们查查吧，多做点也没什么。
我就用了半个多小时，查完了那些发票，但从此之后，我拿过去的所有发票孙会计都让我查好给她。有时候，我会很忙，没空查发票，送下去的单子三天都不给签的，但我也不知道该向谁说去。
本来就是个小事情，而我作为一名没有工作经验的新人，因为我没有查发票而延误了付款时间，我们经理肯定是要骂我的，但这个发票必须是由我来查么？
后来我的负责的事情也越来越多，很多时候根本顾不上去查那一摞一摞的发票，所以总是晚上加班查发票，第二天早上给送过去。
我默默无闻的查了半年多的发票，给孙会计邮箱发了上百封的发票真伪截图，之后，我们换了个经理，她一次看到我在查发票，就很不解，我跟她聊起了这件事情。
她很严肃的告诉我，墨，职场上多做一些是没有任何问题的，但你必须能明确自己的目标，找好平衡点，你是一名策划师，就要多做一些策划相关的工作，比如加班时，可以写方案，写软宣，或修改活动流程，审设计稿等等。
而不是一张一张的查发票真伪。不要光想着做好人，光顾着别人的面子，一定要学会适时的拒绝和说“不”，拒绝时，务必要让对方了解你的苦衷，但你要态度明确，语言要温和。
于是，第二天，我看似不经意的找孙会计聊了聊工作和生活，并说到了自己目前负责的工作很多，时间安排的也很满，所以之后的发票还要麻烦孙会计自己查一查。她也表示能理解，所以也就接受了。
我现在很能理解小A这种心情，因为我们都是中庸的人，习惯充当着烂好人的角色，特别是在工作中，很少拒绝上司或领导提出的要求，也不懂拒绝，害怕拒绝后，得罪了人还给彼此的相处造成难堪，所以就一再降低自己的标准和原则去迎合别人的需求。
所以学会拒绝是很关键的。
第一，我们必须明确自己的目标，想清楚自己在职场中的需求和发展方向。如果是本职工作上的帮助而精力能兼顾的条件下，适时的帮助，多积累一些工作经验，对自己自身的发展也是有好处的。
第二，学会沟通，工作中遇到问题，不要闷闷不乐的自己去解决，要想办法去沟通去反馈，如果这个问题已经影响到了自己的生活。
一定要开诚布公的去找对方沟通，你不直接明确的说出来，他们就以为这些事情对你来说很简单的，他们不明白你的苦衷。
要多多沟通，沟通时，先倾听再表达，明确自己的立场和目的，让对方了解你的苦衷，并注意语气和态度，尊重对方。相信，沟通会让工作更顺畅。
第三，心态放正，千万不要一味迎合别人的需求降低自己的标准和原则，不要害怕得罪人。做好自己的工作，坚持自己的原则。努力做事，用心做人，拿成果来讲话。
陆琪说过，大家都以为，帮人才有力量，而实际上，拒绝是一件更有力量的事情。你在职场里学会拒绝，人们才知道你的底线，才明白，哪里是可以欺负你的，哪里不可以。
你不会拒绝，那么所有事情都是你应当做的，这就是人们的心理状态。
无原则的接受他人的请求不是友好而是烂忠厚，找出自己该拒绝的理由，是一种明智之举，也是对人对己负责任的表现。
学会拒绝，不做烂好人，这是积极，乐观，努力，向上的我们，修炼成为个内心强大的人所必须经历的过程。前路漫漫，继续修行。
