一、电梯礼仪——里面的学问不浅
电梯虽然很小,但是在里面的学问不浅,充满着职业人的礼仪,看出人的道德与教养。
1.一个人在电梯里不要看四下无人,就乱写乱画,抒发感想,搞的电梯成了广告牌。
2.伴随客人或长辈来到电梯厅门前时,先按电梯按钮;电梯到达门打开时,可先行进入电梯,一手按开门按钮,另一手按住电梯侧门,请客人们先进;进入电梯后,按下客人要去的楼层按钮;行进中有其他人员进入,可主动询问要去几楼,帮忙按下。
电梯内尽可能电梯内尽量侧身面对客人,不用寒暄;到达目的楼层,一手按住开门按钮,另一手并做出请出的动作,可说:“到了,您先请!”客人走出电梯后,自己立刻步出电梯,并热诚地引导行进的方向。
3.上下班时,电梯里面人非常多,先上来的人,要主动往里走,为后面上来的人腾出地方,后上的人,要视电梯内人的多少而行,当超载铃声响起,最后上来的人主动下来等后一趟。如果最后的人比较年长,新人们要主动的要求自己下电梯。
职场案例1:
笔者亲眼所见,一天,正是早上上班时间,写字楼的电梯显得格外忙碌,装的满满的。最后上来的是一位50多岁的老白领,刚走进来,超载铃声就响了起来,他只好下来等下一趟电梯。
电梯开到二楼,就停了下来,下电梯的是一位打扮得体、西服革履的小白领,大家的目光一下全扫向他,个个心里在想:这么年轻,还是二楼,为什么不让老白领上来,还影响大家的时间。真讨厌,没教养!
二、洗手间礼仪——无人处的精神境界
1.在洗手间遇到同事不要刻意回避,尽量先和对方搭话。千万不要装作没看见把头低下,给人不爱理人的印象。但也不要在洗手间聊天,影响工作。
2.不要与上司在同一时间上洗手间,特别是洗手间小的情况下。
3.有的洗手间采用封闭的门扉,要进去时,先敲一下门,如果没人再进;如果是在里面,当有人敲门时,应回答:“我在里面!
4.方便过后,一定要主动冲厕,这么简单的事真就有人不懂,而且还发生在白领身上。
5.在卫生间洗手时,不要把水搞的满地都是,或把纸巾乱丢。
三、垃圾桶的礼仪——无人想到的地方
写字楼走廊或办公室的角落往往放着几个垃圾桶,供大家方便丢垃圾,丢垃圾时,不要随地乱扔,要丢在桶子里面,有的人不管环境卫生,自管将垃圾随手一丢。也不要走到桶子附近,远远投去,丢在垃圾桶周围或外边,害的打扫卫生的阿姨,不断的收拾。
职场案例2:
笔者亲眼所见,一天,一个漂亮的白领小姐,边走边吃东西,走到垃圾桶前,将包装纸随手一丢,包装纸轻轻地飞了几下,落在走廊上。这个小姐潇洒一笑,就竟自走开。洁净的走廊白色地砖上,只有那个包装纸象一块瑕疵,不协调的躺在那里。
