坐落于湖北省阳新县龙港镇的阮家畈村，是个典型的库区，除了风光绮丽和珍闻逸事，这个省级首批旅游名村还有一个吸引人的农村创业故事，那就是这里来了一对80后大学生“塘主”、“塘妹”，男的叫肖龙涯，女的叫罗莹。
家乡养殖缺乏技术
他立志振兴水产业
刚进入富水街道，就看到一个身穿浅蓝色T衫、迷彩裤的小伙和一个身着白衬衫、五分裤的姑娘，他们正是80后情侣肖龙涯和罗莹。
肖龙涯骑着摩托车一路前行，不到20分钟，就来到了他们的养殖基地。“坝内碧波荡漾，峰峦叠翠，山影、帆影倒映在水中，宛如一幅泼墨山水画；坝外，田畴万顷，公路纵横，富水如一次银色飘带，熠熠生辉”，用这句话形容那里的景色，恰如其分。
“我从小就生活在这里，非常喜欢拥抱大自然的这种感觉。”肖龙涯刚说完，罗莹补充道：“没有大城市的喧哗，才能找到人生片刻的宁静。”“很多人问我回乡的原因，这要从我小时候的一件事说起。”肖龙涯回忆，2000年初，根据富水水库区位优势和镇里优惠政策（养殖户可在银行贷5000元启动资金），几乎所有村民都把自家田地翻坝筑成鱼塘，养殖当时市场销量俏、价格不菲的鳜鱼。因缺乏技术和经验，好不容易养到一斤多重的鳜鱼突然死亡。大多家庭因此背债，不得不踏上外出务工之路。
当时，肖龙涯家损失一万多元，这对本来就贫困的家庭来说无疑是雪上加霜。更为重要的是，全村近千亩的鱼塘顷刻成为荒塘。“所以我希望能振兴家里的水产业！”肖龙涯说。
筹集30余万元
80后大学生当渔老板
肖龙涯出生于1987年，2007年他考入吉林农业大学，和来自吉林省白城市的罗莹成为同班同学。农村出来的肖龙涯，老实呆板，他似乎除了学习，还是学习。城里出生的独生女罗莹，活泼聪明，还有点小调皮。所以，同学们戏称肖“郭靖”、罗“黄蓉”。“那时，我们只比一般同学关系好点。”肖龙涯说。
大学毕业后，凭着扎实的基本功，肖龙涯被湖北一水产研究所录取，但他明白，没有实践支撑的理论知识和纸上谈兵没有区别。因此，他毅然拒绝了，并选择去广东佛山渔愉鱼公司，实地学习鱼药配置、中华鲟繁育和鱼卵排除（剖腹产和助产）等实践技术。“我可没他那么大压力。”罗莹说，毕业后她选择了广州市一家培训学校，当一名普通教师。
学艺一年后，肖龙涯掌握了养殖技能和技巧，尽管老板多次挽留和高薪许诺，但没有动摇他返乡创业的决心。2012年7月，肖龙涯筹集30万元资金，和当地村委会签订150亩荒塘的承包权，选用70亩养殖鲫鱼、黄鱼等普通品种。其间，听说罗莹还是单身，肖龙涯当起“靖哥哥”，两度下“江南”，半年后赢得“蓉妹妹”芳心。“我们主要是通过qq联系，内容多与养殖有关。这种谈恋爱的方式，让我看到了他执着、认真的劲头。”罗莹说。
2013年8月，在肖龙涯再三邀请下，罗莹辞去教师工作，来到了黄石。但她没马上回到肖龙涯身边，而选择在沈家营旁边，和同学开了一家麻辣烫加盟店。在罗莹的精心打理下，月利润在万元以上。
150余亩鱼塘
预计年赚30余万元
2015年4月，看到养殖带来的可观收入，肖龙涯准备把闲置的80余亩水塘利用起来。可扩大规模需要一笔钱，难住了肖龙涯。
听说此事后，罗莹非常支持肖龙涯，并建议他从福建引进翘嘴白、海鲈等名贵鱼，开发路亚垂钓（仿生饵钓法，也叫做拟饵钓，是模仿弱小生物引发大鱼攻击的一种方法，在整个钓鱼过程中，钓者是在做全身运动，与传统钓法有很大的不同）。同时，罗莹拿着一张银行卡告诉肖龙涯：“黄石店面已转让，来入股当‘塘妹’，欢迎不？”
面对女朋友突如其来的决定，肖龙涯默默接受了，也在心底告诉自己：“我要让所有人知道这个鱼塘被你承包了。”
有了罗莹的加入，肖龙涯更加如鱼得水，在不到三个月的时间内，完成了荒塘改造、品种改良和垂钓建设，既增加了鱼类品种、质量，又解决了资金短缺的问题。“有时垂钓人多，一天可收入万元。”肖龙涯说。
就在说话间，肖龙涯的电话响了。他说是一个邀请电话：几天前，荆头山一养殖户养了230亩草鱼、鳊鱼，每天无故死去百来条，听说富水有对准夫妻是水产科班出身，便找到他们。肖龙涯听说后二话不说，带着罗莹直奔现场，诊出是由寄生虫引起的烂鳃病。
肖龙涯指着150多亩鱼塘说，年底可产鱼20吨，收入30余万元，带动就业10余人。下一步，他希望自己致富的同时，利用所学帮助周边农户解决养殖难题。
