在龙门石窟景区商业街上，一个小店内不时传出悠扬的陶笛声，经过的游人不由得驻足停留欣赏，有人还带走了几只陶笛。这可乐坏了店老板——80后创业的美女杨蕊。
工作中接触到陶笛，产生创业想法
走进杨蕊的陶笛店，墙上、桌子上、货架上尽是色彩丰富、造型各异的陶笛，让人赏心悦目。杨蕊介绍，陶笛携带方便，最少6个孔，最多19个孔，如同口琴一样吹奏门槛不高，属于“1分钟入门，3分钟学会”的乐器。
2009年从许昌学院器乐专业毕业后，杨蕊到浙江嘉兴一家制作陶笛的公司上班，销售、演奏和检验陶笛。
“一开始我没见过这种乐器，后来我发现小陶笛声音清脆、嘹亮，大陶笛则低沉、婉转。工作压力大的时候，把陶笛拿出来吹一吹，烦恼就减轻不少。”杨蕊说，这样的日子多了，就有了开店的想法。
“作为河南人，我还是想回家乡创业。龙门石窟是洛阳的窗口，我的店就选在这里。”2013年3月，杨蕊的小店开张了。
为揽生意，变身“街头艺人”
万事开头难，刚开业的时候，看的人多买的人少，有时一整天也没一个顾客。“好多人没见过这种乐器，有的人以为这是工艺品。”杨蕊不气馁，决心让大家好好认识一下陶笛。
她买来音响和话筒，从每天早上9点到晚上6点站在店门口演奏。起初她连头都不敢抬，感觉自己像在街头卖艺。这一招吸引了很多游客，他们纷纷走进店内了解陶笛，杨蕊的生意渐渐好起来。
在一次演奏过程中，有顾客问杨蕊会不会吹《江南style》，这可难住了她。“我平时演奏的曲目都偏古典，比如《枉凝眉》《女儿情》之类的。那名顾客说，你要是会吹，我就买。”杨蕊说。
“当时尴尬极了，那天晚上我就找来流行音乐的谱子，一遍一遍练习。”此后，杨蕊千变万化的笛声让越来越多的游客流连忘返，赞不绝口。“有部分人是因为音乐进店的，如果演奏的曲目有限，那客人就感觉不到乐器店的诚意，也感觉不到这个乐器店的内涵。”杨蕊说。
开艺术工作室，让更多的人学会吹陶笛
如今，杨蕊的陶笛店生意越来越好，平均每月能售出300只陶笛，单日最多卖出60只。
自从陶笛店开业以后，杨蕊就不断地学习乐理知识，耐心地向顾客讲解，并随时拿出各种类型的陶笛给顾客当场演奏示范。有些顾客回家后，会打电话向杨蕊请教陶笛的演奏技巧，杨蕊不敢怠慢，白天看店，晚上熬夜看书、练习。
越来越多的人开始喜欢陶笛，不少人提出想跟着杨蕊学吹陶笛。9月底，杨蕊开了一间艺术工作室，针对各年龄段的学生授课。现在，她的学生最大的59岁，最小的5岁。
下一步，杨蕊想让更多人学会陶笛，让自己走过的地方笛声洋溢。
杨蕊的陶笛致富故事很经典，从器乐专业的学生到陶笛检验、销售的职工，从直营店店主到刻苦学习演奏的“自修者”再到培训初学者的“老师”，让很多人了解了陶笛。她在创业道路上的成功源于坚持三个关键点，即“转型、创新、增值”，在持续转型过程中拓展商机，在不断创新过程中寻找客户，在增值服务过程中努力挖掘市场，这些可以给正在创业的年轻人很多启迪。
杨蕊用一只只小小的陶笛“吹”出了财富和快乐，但她担心这个项目生命周期短，没几年市场就会饱和。
对此，牛犊网建议，第一，用陶笛演奏各个年龄段人群耳熟能详的经典乐曲，以拉近和大家的距离；第二，让公众了解陶笛及其文化的演变历史，开发陶笛的多元“文化元素”与“价值形态”，让陶笛以挂件、摆件等形式出现；第三，培育本地潜在市场，比如，与中小学等社会机构合作，宣传陶笛制作工艺和流程。
