我叫酆（fēng）尚宽，台湾人，今年刚刚在清华经管硕士毕业，是一个看剧中毒者，是一个创业卖爆米花的，也可能是一个超级拖延症晚期。
三年前，我在清华的一堂研究生选修课“创办新企业”上，第一次向同学讲述我的创业梦想：打造一款在家看剧专用爆米花。
在台湾，爆米花是周末宅在家里看剧时的完美搭配。作为一个来自台湾的吃货，我决定把这款台湾爆米花介绍给我的朋友们。
在周围朋友的鼓励下，我和同学带着项目参加了清华“昆山杯”创业大赛，并且获得了第一名。一时间，我在清华学生创业圈名声大噪，不少投资人纷纷向我伸出橄榄枝。
正当我以为自己即将成为下一个创业传奇时，却被残酷的现实狠狠扇了两个耳光。
第一个耳光来自投资人。那些原本表现出兴趣的投资人，其实只是把我的项目当备胎，但并没有人轻易投资。偏好互联网项目的投资人对我说：“爆米花零食太传统，跟不上互联网的节奏”；而来自传统行业的投资人却对我说：“别纠结什么看剧不看剧，直接建工厂卖货赚钱吧”。这两种投资人都不认同我要做完美看剧零食的理念。找不到合适的投资人，讲再多梦想和计划都是空谈。这一切都太难了！
第二个耳光来自生产环节。原本以为只要有配方就能做出正宗的台湾爆米花口味，但远没有我想象得那么简单。这一切都太难了！
为了做出最满意的口味，我回到台湾的爆米花工厂里学习制作爆米花的详细过程。在接近39℃的工厂里，我拿着一根约20斤重的搅拌棒，炒了一锅又一锅的玉米，反复调整下油、下糖、撒调味粉的时间和数量。在尝了无数爆米花后，终于找到了最满意的口味。41天的学习结束后，我炒的近4000桶爆米花，堆满了工厂整整一面墙。
接下来的目标是设计一款梯形爆米花桶，以区别于传统的圆柱形设计。但这个设想不切实际，耗时过久，使得我们的创业进度也很大程度被拖延。
首先是因为梯形桶制作工艺很难，让我们屡屡被工厂拒绝，最后好不容易找到愿意生产的工厂，却时时刻刻要忍受对方“傲娇的”威胁：“你们要是再催我，爷就不干了！”
举步维艰的现实已让我难以应付，但其实创业过程中最艰辛的部分是面对家人和朋友期待的目光。
18个月中，每当朋友聚会时，好友们总会问起爆米花何时问世，我也只能一遍又一遍微笑着说：快了，快了，马上就做出来了。可实际上，我的内心焦虑不安。慢慢地，我开始羡慕那些同在创业的清华同学，在高大上的智能家居市场上他们已做到估值上亿，而我卖个爆米花都卖得如此艰难。
那阵子的我得了电话恐惧症，既害怕家人和朋友询问爆米花项目的进展，也害怕生产工厂传来不利的消息。
谁知悲剧还是发生了。在硕士毕业答辩的前一晚，我接到了噩耗，生产工厂突然决定终止与我们的合作，这意味着爆米花还没开卖生产线就断了。在现实的各种压力下，我甚至想到了放弃这个项目，让公司员工去找更好的归宿。
关键时刻是我的合伙人给我吃了一颗定心丸：“你知道，我之前也有不少选择的机会。金融街高大上的工作没打动我，你用一桶爆米花打动了我；高我10倍的薪水没打动我，你一直以来对创业的激情和坚持打动了我。我对你的信心从来没有动摇过。”
那时我才发现，创业这件事，不是一个人就能承担得起的责任。团队内部建设、沟通在这个时候显得尤其重要。在合伙人的一番话下，我逐渐意识到了自己太过于沉浸在个人的情绪里，而忘了团队的力量和重要性。
我决定不再深陷压力、恐惧失败、患得患失，而是肩负起自己作为团队领导者应有的责任，不辜负大家的信任。调整好心态后，一切开始慢慢好转。
18个月里，投资人终于天使了一回，让我们顺利拿到融资；18个月里，曾无数次撕逼的工厂开始配合生产；在18个月后的今天，精心准备的众筹项目也顺利上线。
我知道，这一切都太难了。创业对于每一个刚毕业的大学生来说，都是风险和机遇并存。今天，我站在一个创业初生儿的身份来讲，不管这条路有多难，还是要给自己一个努力追梦的机会。即使被现实逼疯，也要为梦想发疯。
