从月销售百万、50人的小企业成长为市值十几亿、2000人的大公司到底需要多长时间？如果放在传统企业的思维模式里，这样大幅的增长路径必定漫长无比，但在互联网时代，只用了7年。
上周参加贵州卫视《论道》的录制，被现场“美乐乐家具网”的成长故事震撼到了，他们用7年的时间上演了这样一场极速“游戏”，尤其是后段的3年几乎是飙升的态势。他们的成长秘诀是什么？美乐乐家具网CEO高扬将这归功于百度大数据，他说“就是百度推广赋予了我们完美的成长曲线”。
海归回国，进入“暴利亏损”行业
高扬是一个地道的海归，在美国有着体面的工作和不菲的收入。当时以创业者的姿态来到这家公司，经营状况并不乐观。虽然在天猫上有店面，但销售仅百万级别，也碰到了增长的天花板。
“这是一个暴利行业，从出厂到消费者手里是好几倍的加价，反过来这个行业里几乎所有人不赚钱，工厂也亏本、卖场也倒闭。”高富帅也有自己的无奈。
通过分析，高扬发现，家具行业是一个效率非常低的行业，渠道不够扁平化，行业里企业都在抢线下黄金位置的渠道，租金基本上占销售额的30%-50%，也就是说，到家具城买一个家具，一万块钱大约有4000块钱交租金，对消费者来说，很难做到物美价廉。如何解决这个难题？作为还在成长期的小企业，高扬采取了更灵活的方式。
双管齐下，借助百度精确寻找客户
3年前，美乐乐家具网采取了双管齐下的策略，创出一套线上线下相结合的模式。
“我们用这种新的模式做，有互联网也有线下开很多店，全国有270个店，我们开的是地理位置相对偏的店，对我们来说我们的成本是什么？找到一个精准的客人的成本只有15%，随着时间的推移成本还在往下降。所以说我们已经降了差不多一半的成本。”谈到成本控制，高扬的话中不无自豪。
美乐乐家具采取线上线下遥相呼应的方式，充分保证了利润，也实现了滚动式的快速成长。
3年实现100倍增长，百度大数据成就10亿级企业
美乐乐用了3年的时间，借助百度搜索推广的渠道，实现了销售收入100倍的增长，员工数量也增了40倍。搜索引擎推广的低成本、高精准的优势，帮助美乐乐进入了火箭式的增长轨道，一发不可收拾。
另外，大数据的应用也让美乐乐尝到了甜头。通过对用户行为分析、需求挖掘，针对数据预测看涨的款，就加大推广投入，走服装“打爆款”的策略，一个单品一个月可以做几百、一千多的量级。
“传统渠道因为地域性很分散，大概一个月只能卖几十件、几件。而且更能精准把握消费者需求，在生产商、存库上能做到有的放矢。”美国硅谷出身的高扬，对大数据的应用确实到了炉火纯青的地步。
作为一家典型的小企业，美乐乐的成长轨迹，很具有大数据时代的特征。只不过，美乐乐走在大多数企业的前面，是第一波吃螃蟹的中小企业。但也恰恰是这样有勇气创新和探索新模式的企业的前赴后继，才能为更多的中小企业开辟出一条突围之路，实现“屌丝的逆袭”。
