刚刚结束了某路演活动，我拖着疲惫的身躯回到酒店心中万分感慨，下一步我该怎么办？目前公司资金还能支持多久？这次要是融不到我该作何打算？我和骑乐无穷在一起快三年了，一开始是把兴趣和上一份工作的经验结合起来，跌跌撞撞往前走，后来越做越有感情，也就在屡败屡战的过程中不知不觉坚持了两年半了。
为了这次活动我们几个创始人可谓是上足了发条准备了很久，我也特地从上海飞北京来参加，现场也坐满了投资人。我们也挺兴奋的路演等午饭后重新回到现场准备开始与投资人面对面环节，出人意料的发现现场冷清的令人发麻。我苦笑的对我 FA 说道上午那帮家伙不会是来混盒饭的吧。我们几个创始人一人一个小桌子，苦苦等待我们至尊宝脚踩七彩跟斗云来娶我们。但是时间一分一秒过去了，有一个女创始人几乎哭的问那帮人是不是还没有吃好啊？大家面面相觑，门可罗雀，非常尴尬。终于有一个非常年轻的投资人坐到了我的桌子上自我介绍到他是 XX 机构的这个名字直到现在我都没有记住，我异常兴奋，起身招呼并做交换名片的基本礼仪，令人失望的是那位小哥的级别是连名片的没有的实习生。想到几个月前我们骑乐无穷成功举办了多项大型商业活动，获得多家主流媒体报道，一时各种邀约犹如雪片般飞来，我也开始自我膨胀起来。自我估值直线上升，非一线机构不见，二线机构非合伙人级不见，三四线合伙人带你爹来也不见。我望着这位青涩的小哥，稚嫩的脸庞上貌似还有一点感冒的鼻涕印子.小哥从包里掏出一支笔帽都碎了的圆珠笔很认真的开始询问我开始记录。你们现在 UV 多少，日活多少，日订单多少等等...
我双手搓了一把脸，深深吸了一口气自己安慰道，瞧这不挺好的，好歹还是一个活的。 我对这位小哥的问题一一解答，越说越认真，准确的来说我并不是对他做回答，更是对我自己内心做一个交代，很严肃的捋了一遍的自己的模式，脑中不停浮现当时的一些自己过于高傲的画面，有一些我看不上的机构的投资经理名片我都懒得拿，现在却如此珍惜一个连名片都没有的实习生。聊了快 30 分钟，小哥详细认真的记录了每一个数据和问题，并和我说我们回去好好考虑。我起身目送，真诚的说了一句，谢谢。
躺在床上，我开始反思自己身边有那么多机会为什么都没抓住，随着互联网 + 时代，全民创业热潮的涌起，身边太多人被各种上线 3 个月融资过千万美金的鸡汤所冲昏了头脑，无数人被短暂的烟花迷失了自我。但又随着近期股市的雪崩，二级市场的蝴蝶效应，资本开始渐渐退去，各大创业者又从短暂迅速上升回到了应有的高度。我不禁反思创业真的是我想要的吗？虽说创业九死一生，但我真的不想出行那九个死者名单里。
我开始从我第一天创业开始回忆，当时没有注册公司，不能上招聘网站只能线下招聘会入手。我也没有摊位，就淘宝印了一件正面招兵买马，背面求贤若渴的 T 血进了招聘会场。
保安小哥要赶我走，我威胁要揍他才没管我。就这样我带着我第一批员工开始了创业路。我不懂技术，招技术的时候连简历都看不懂。只能问我要做成这样这样可以吗？来面试的都说老板你放心肯定没有问题。三个月后在我面前选择只有 2 个，要么杀他，要么杀他全家。反复几次之后，我决定去大公司看看是怎么招技术的，然后我网上下载了 30k 左右的技术简历换成我名字收到了 BAT 的面试邀约，轮到我一直不进去推说肚子疼然后套问出来的人面试题结果被别人认为是对方猎头，最后被保安扔出大楼；扔出去那一刹那我是笑着的，因为我已经基本拿到了大多数的面试题。但是后来事实发现这一切其实然并卵。
后来自己去了代码学校学代码顺带手的招了班里几个同学然后从外包手里接过来满目疮痍的网站开始自建。
骑乐无穷的第一个方向是 “自行车导购”
分析原因：当时服装配饰类导购美丽说蘑菇街大火，自行车市场也有类似机会。但是快开发好准备上线时就被阿里妈妈的新政策扼杀在了摇篮里，阿里禁止了对商品数据的自动抓取。
总结经验：不能依附在某一个平台上和政策上进行自己的产品开发。
失败。
自行车社交
切入点：社交
分析：骑友那么多，还在用极其落后的论坛模式交友
解决需求：打造自行车的朋友圈
实际情况：用户从平台彼此认识后就用微信&qq 之类联系，从此和平台就没有啥关系了，结果流失率 101%，临走还要带一个
总结：必须和巨头产品保持明显差异化
又失败。
滴滴约骑
切入点：活动
分析原因：看到很多骑友在有组织一起活动的需求，还在用论坛发帖召集
解决需求：嵌入微信，方便用户最快速度找到身边最近的骑友一起骑车
实际情况：伪需求，纵使妹纸在天涯海角都阻挡不住一起骑的需求，纵使一间宿舍的室友也没兴趣一起骑
总结：用户是流氓，不仅想骑车还想骑妹纸！
又又失败。
自行车代购
切入点：代购
分析原因：国外自行车网站 wiggle 受国人喜欢，可以做二传手获得流量入口
解决需求：wiggle 被税概率高，包邮门槛高（当时 1000 元以上）我们做拼单代购
实际情况：加入其分销联盟后结果至始至终各种理由分文不予兑换，丢包不负责。用户退单退货后还扣了手续费，结果分文未赚还倒贴。
总结：原来这世界大牌也会耍赖
又又又失败。
自行车的大众点评
切入点：口碑&点评
分析原因：市场空白，一直有骑友在论坛或者各渠道询问哪家单车店好，技师好。
实际原因：相比吃饭去自行车店里的周期过长，反复率过低
总结：选择方向比努力更重要，小众市场，即时第一还是小
又又又又失败。
自行车 DIY
切入点：自行车 DIY
分析原因：用户越来越追求个性化，差异化，传统模式去店里，信息，服务，价格都得不到较好的保障
解决需求：用户可以在家 DIY 自由组装喜欢的自行车
实际情况：上架过难，商家一上手就吓尿，配合度极低，绝大多数商家手机拍照效果极差极差。
总结：创业不该参与技术门槛过高项目
又又又又又失败。
自行车租赁
切入点：自行车租赁
分析原因：汽车有租赁市场，自行车也应该有，并且国外已有先例
解决需求：绿色出行
实际情况：商家，用户皆不可控，运营难度极高，国内用户素质有待提高
总结：设计产品前必须考虑运营是否可行，否则再漂亮的界面和技术将是纸上谈兵
又又又又又又失败！
听说集齐七个龙珠都 tm 可以召唤神龙了，那为何我只召唤了草泥马？如果老天爷再让我重新选择一次，我还会选择创业吗？如果再失败我会后悔吗？我还是否要坚持下去吗？我开始质疑自己，我想要想明白，却想睡着了。一觉醒来后我之前的沮丧感很神奇的消失得差不多了。我问我自己除了创业以外我该如何生活？创业已经成为我生活的一部分了。哪怕还有第八次第九次，哪怕最终真的是失败，如果老天让我再选择一次我依旧会选择创业。我要感谢这次 “资本寒冬” 让我有这样一次静静的沉淀反思，今后道路无论是繁荣还是寒冬都要做到不浮不躁，我都要脚踏实地，切实从用户需求，从产品上多下功夫。熬过 “寒冬”，剩者为王！加油！大侠！加油！骑乐无穷！加油每一个为梦想而苦苦坚持的创业者！
