陈灿，29岁，益阳市资阳区茈湖口镇人，职业学院毕业后，他子承母业，从事食品加工，注册了湖南美食汇电子商务公司，在互联网上“炒”卖湘菜。他的公司成为我省目前网上最大最专业的特色食材供应商。
创业故事
8月底刚从西欧考察回来，9月初又到杭州参加了第二届国际食材节暨第八届中国酒店特色原料联盟大会……9月中旬在接受采访时，陈灿说：“忙碌并快乐着。公司走上了正轨，自己虽然很忙，但觉得轻松。”
2008年时，陈灿可不是这样的。回想那时的情景，陈灿说，现在都不知道是怎么熬过来的。
从湖南一所职业学院毕业后，陈灿到浙江一家公司搞机械设备销售。不错的销售业绩带来了丰厚的报酬，但母亲一个电话使他不得不辞去工作，回到益阳的乡下。陈灿的母亲在2003年创办“乡里香”土菜食品公司，是益阳农业产业化龙头企业，但2008年商业上一场意外变故，让公司血本无归，客户流失殆尽。
陈灿接管公司，从零开始，重新创业。他自己开车跑到浏阳乡下，一家一户打听，请技术员;为赶上早班车发货，他凌晨三四点起来做酱卤菜，忙完当天的，又得准备第二天的，日夜连轴转;他带着样品到长沙高桥市场，一家一家推销……一年下来，他瘦了不少，但公司销售额达到了200万元。
“我们做食材的因产品同质化，同行恶性竞争，客户压价，做得很辛苦很累。”陈灿说，到2013年，尽管公司销售额达到了1800万元，但他觉得必须作出一些改变。去年初，他尝试做电商，上淘宝、天猫卖产品。
“第一个月没有一笔生意，第二个月总算开了张，是海南一个客商要30包‘湘西外婆菜’。”“触电”虽不顺，但网络平台开放、放大的效应和巨大的市场潜力，让陈灿看到了希望。去年8月，他注册了湖南美食汇电子商务公司，全力开拓电商市场。为了让产品有差异性和竞争力，他砍掉了原来三分之一的经销商，同时通过企业联盟和品牌合作，来丰富合作伙伴和经营品种。这样一减一加，陈灿的品种由10多个发展到200多个，客户由不足100个增加到3000多个。从去年8月到今年8月一年间，“美食汇”10人团队交出了销售额达1700万元的成绩单。
在成功打开酒店、餐馆食材市场后，陈灿又新推出“家庭御制菜”。他请来最好的厨师，采用上等食材，生产加工湖南名特美食。消费者在家打开冷冻快递送来的菜肴，加热便可食用，很方便。
谈及今后的目标，陈灿说，他计划以加盟的形式，在全国各地开连锁直销形象店，实现线上下单、线下提货，打造中国顶尖O2O(线上线下)社区餐饮品牌。
