章鱼小丸子和肉夹馍在常人看来只是几元一份的小吃，而在19岁小伙子姜伟龙的眼里，却是无限的商机。土耳其肉夹馍赚钱吗?半年前，初中毕业生的姜伟龙开了一家章鱼小丸子小吃店，月入六七千元；4个月后，他再开一家肉夹馍小吃店，月入过万元。

章鱼小丸子和肉夹馍在常人看来只是几元一份的小吃，而在19岁小伙子姜伟龙的眼里，却是无限的商机。半年前，初中毕业生的姜伟龙开了一家章鱼小丸子小吃店，月入六七千元；4个月后，他再开一家肉夹馍小吃店，月入过万元。如今，他的爸妈也加入到经营小吃店的生意中，而他也正计划开第三家小吃店。
4平方米肉夹馍店月入过万
近日记者来到姜伟龙位于市区水门直街的肉夹馍小吃店，店铺很小，只有4平方米。店铺里的摆设也比较简单：一台旋转式烤肉机、一张操作台、一张杂物桌、一个冰箱，两张玻璃小圆桌和几张供顾客休息的凳子。
“每天能卖220~250个左右。”姜伟龙说，每天的收入在1300元至1500元左右，除去月租和成本，每个月的收入超过1万元。
姜伟龙的爸爸以前开摩托车搭客，由于姜伟龙一个人在店里忙不过来，他的爸爸便到店里来帮忙。“开小吃店比开摩托车搭客还要辛苦。”姜父说，每天早上11时左右来开店，一直忙到晚上七八时，回家后还要准备材料忙到晚上十二时。
5万元开第一家小吃店
肉夹馍小吃店是姜伟龙开的第二个店，他开第一个小吃店是在市区的美博城。姜家祖籍在东北，姜伟龙出生于1994年，一直在惠州长大，2009年初中毕业后，他选择了外出打工。
去年8月，姜伟龙爸爸的朋友在美博城开了一间小吃店想转让，妈妈对姜伟龙说，“与其在外打工，不如自己创业”。姜伟龙仔细思量后，他用打工3年赚的钱和父母的赞助凑了5万元，接过了那间小吃店。
去年9月1日，姜伟龙开始经营小吃店，小吃店主要是经营章鱼小丸子和其他肉丸。可是，起初生意并不理想。他重新寻找原材料供应商，降低了成本，接着他又把章鱼小丸子里的章鱼分量加大。半个月后，小吃店的生意逐渐好转。
“每个月的收入有六七千元。”姜伟龙说，这比他打工的收入高了一倍多，父母觉得非常满意。但是姜伟龙并不满足，他留意到附近有一个卖土耳其肉夹馍的小吃店，生意很火爆。
他动心了。去年11月，姜伟龙把经营了两个多月的小吃店交给妈妈打理，只身到北京学习土耳其肉夹馍的制作技术。
计划开第三家小吃店
去年12月，学成归来的姜伟龙在市区水门桥附近租了店铺，开起第二家小吃店，主要经营土耳其肉夹馍。
肉夹馍小吃店的生意渐渐上了正轨，姜伟龙的心又开始“不安分”了。夏天很快就到了，热乎乎的肉夹馍在炎热的夏天或许没有冬天好卖，他打算再增加一台冰激凌机，卖冰激凌和糖水。此外，他还在寻找新的小吃项目，打算再开一家小吃店。姜伟龙说：“不会再开肉夹馍店，而是找新奇的小吃。”
关于土耳其肉夹馍：
一张面饼夹上从转动的烤架上削下的烤肉片，再放上新鲜的蔬菜沙拉和不同口味的酱料，一份土耳其肉夹馍就做好了。尽管作法简单，土耳其肉夹馍凭借其方便实惠在欧洲各国大受欢迎。
作为清真食品，最初的肉夹馍只是用牛肉、羊肉加上一点洋葱做成。而现在为迎合欧洲人的饮食习惯，很多土耳其烤肉店也将薯条等食材作为馅料。而在中国，也改变得更多。
土耳其肉烤肉通常是用皮塔饼包着的，又称作土耳其语：gobit，有时也会改成三明治般，那就是我们俗称的土耳其肉夹馍；土耳其肉夹馍内除了夹片下来的肉还有各种沙拉材料如胡萝卜及红椰菜等配搭，当然还有各种独家秘制的酱料是重点，重口味的吃货还可以选择加一些辣椒汁。
现代土耳其烤肉起源在19世纪土耳其的布尔萨。在今天，土耳其烤肉通常是像三明治般用阿拉伯面包夹着来吃，这样的吃法早在1960年代始于伊斯坦布尔。如今在世界各地可以吃到的土耳其旋转烤肉，是卡迪尔·努尔米于1971年在德国柏发明的，在德国有很多的土耳其移民和后裔，他们把烤肉也带到了德国，卡迪尔·努尔米把原本的土耳其烤肉改良，加上多些沙拉及酱料，以更适合德国人的口味。自1980年代开始，土耳其烤肉就成为德国以及世界各地流行的快餐食品了。
