你可能没听说过这家名叫飞博共创的公司，但你一定知道“冷笑话精选”。对，就是那个在新浪微博拥有1490万粉丝、在微信拥有398万粉丝的“冷笑话精选”。
现在，“冷笑话精选”的主人，生于1986年的福建人伊光旭，正试图携包括“冷笑话精选”、“星座秘语”、“精彩语录”在内的近200个自媒体大号及其背后的1.5亿粉丝登陆新三板。
1个粉丝1年贡献3分半钱收入，亿万身家因此成就
8月18日，飞博共创向股转系统提交了转让说明书。一直在朋友圈很活跃的伊光旭一句没提这个事。
“我们现在还在操作，很多事情还没定下来，现在很多信息不是很方便说。”9月25日下午，在微信里，伊光旭对「读懂新三板」（微信公众号：ddxinsanban）说。
但转让说明书披露了飞博共创的主要资产。飞博共创共覆盖1.5亿粉丝，其中新浪微博粉丝8356万，腾讯微博粉丝3006万，微信粉丝人数3295万，手机APP用户1127万。“冷笑话精选”“星座秘语”“精彩语录”“生活小智慧”“美食工场”等都是公司的核心资产。
这些账号的主要盈利来源是广告，去年贡献了1912万元收入，和526万元净利润。这意味着一个粉丝一年贡献1毛2分收入和3分5厘的净利润。
尽管单个粉丝带来的收入很低，但持有公司50.42%股权的伊光旭，足以因此在30岁之前成为亿万富豪。
一张机票改变的人生
玩微博微信玩到身家过亿，伊光旭的故事颇为励志。
2008年，解放军理工大学的大四学生伊光旭决定退学创业。
他在学校所在地南京做了一家类似于“趣玩网”的创意类网站。网站没有人上，他希望找个地方“忽悠点儿人过来”。
豆瓣成了选择。在豆瓣上，他创建了一个小组，不到3个月就有了十几万用户。
豆瓣小组越玩越大，比自己那个网站还火爆。有人找他来打广告，他脑子一热：这事儿竟然还能挣钱。
但豆瓣社区的不开放让他不太满意，于是他很快看上了新浪微博，这个平台生态结构比较完整，能找到名人，又有中坚力量，伊光旭觉得微博更适合他。
此时正是2009年10月，新浪微博出现不到两个月，伊光旭当时认为微博账号会和域名一样越来越值钱。他开始尝试，注册了100多个微博账号，其中包括一些成功创业家的名字比如美特斯邦威创始人周成建，和一些特定的名词，比如“复旦大学”“王府井”。
尽管这一尝试未能成功，但让伊旭光逐渐将重心转到微博。他发现，无论在豆瓣，还是在其他网站，笑话都很受欢迎，他断定同样的历史也会在微博上重演。他又一口气注册了10个跟笑话有关的微博账号，把各大网站的笑话搬到微博上，一周后，“冷笑话精选”脱颖而出，从此，伊光旭将“冷笑话精选”作为主打账号。
不过当时的伊光旭也很纠结，微博作为新生事物前途未卜，而他当时在豆瓣上管理的小组用户已达30万。伊光旭决定让创业伙伴继续经营豆瓣小组，自己则在微博小范围实施“增粉策略”：拿自己的微博账号去加2000粉丝，有800-1000会反过来加他好友。
2010年1月，“冷笑话精选”的粉丝量突破了1万；3月达到3万，打入草根排名前十；5月则达到十几万，成为草根微博第一名。
很快，“冷笑话精选”引起了天使投资人蔡文胜的注意，蔡文胜希望伊光旭到厦门聊聊，但他没有钱想坐火车过去，蔡文胜给了他一张机票。
在这之后的故事广为人知，伊光旭彻底回到厦门创业，蔡文胜用30万元人民币获得飞博共创30％股份。
新旅程就此开始。
从微博微信到自媒体矩阵
2011年5月，当蔡文胜正式出现在飞博共创的股东名单中时，伊光旭已经大名鼎鼎。
此时，他麾下的微博账号已经在新浪微博独占鳌头，成为最大的割据势力。在这之后，微博官方和大号的关系开始变得微妙。
尽管大号们已经可以获得收入，但是处境反而不如之前那么自由，加上微博的热度在这之后出现衰减，微信又很快异军突起，大号们很快开始了在微信的布局。
直到今天，大号和微博的关系都未能完全改善。飞博共创的广告订单主要来自公司自主洽谈和新浪微任务外部派单。2014年公司毛利率69.32%，较2013年的72.44%下降3.12个百分点，其中一个原因就是公司自2014年9月起在新浪微博不再自主洽谈广告，全部通过新浪微任务领取广告任务，业务成本因此上升。
不过，这不算什么问题，飞博共创在微信获得了更大的成功，目前拥有3295万粉丝，同时，微信广告收入大大超出微博广告收入。
多年在自媒体领域的深耕运作，让伊光旭有了打造自媒体矩阵的想法。飞博共创挂牌新三板筹谋融资的一个目的就是，投资一批具有商业前景的优质外部自媒体。
但伊光旭在微信世界的运作未必会一帆风顺。相比于微博，微信执行更严格的版权保护政策，同时对过度营销也持保守态度。9月25日，「读懂新三板」在微信搜索“冷笑话精选”“零售小喵”，发现这两个账号被微信封杀。
这样的较量一直存在于大号和平台方之间，从豆瓣，到微博，再到微信，都是如此。而微信的政策走向已经非常明显，这对伊光旭来说是一个挑战。
伊光旭可能已经做好了迎战的准备。除了打造自媒体矩阵，他还希望建立垂直电商平台，完善互联网产业布局；同时，孵化有价值的IP(知识产权)，拓宽盈利业务范围。
“我相信光旭可以将这个生意做到10个亿估值，我同样相信这样的故事在以后的互联网世界中会越来越难出现。”一位对飞博共创比较了解的投资从业人士对「读懂新三板」说。
2015年7月26日，飞博共创提交转让说明书前最后一次增资，伊光旭将公司注册资本增加至1111.1111万元。「读懂新三板」问他这个数字的含义，他在微信中回复说，“我姓伊。”
显然，伊光旭希望走得更远
9月8日，参加2015闽商青年领袖峰会期间，伊光旭遇到了格力电器董事长董明珠，他在朋友圈发图说，“格力市值一两千个亿要追多少年才能追上，想想心好累，还是先自拍比颜值吧！”
从1111.1111开始的新故事，即将就此在新三板展开。
