从大一开始掘金，大学在读期间，成立“蓝洋科技”数码销售及服务门店、校园快递物流公司、舟山讯微飞驰电子商务有限公司、京东校园展示店等多家企业，与淘宝电商企业签订合作协议，与物流公司签订经营权，自营5家淘宝店，年营业额突破400万，利润率12%左右。
“以前发过一次传单，发现自己不想为别人打工，所以选择创业。”陆世文轻挑双眉，意气风发。这位校园创业年轻人是浙江海洋学院2014年营销专业本科毕业生，现就读母校经济学硕士研究生。
经事：成功失败都攒成经验
2011年，在东海之滨浙江舟山念大一的陆世文瞄准舟山海鲜，“趁着大家都想在大一回家前想要带特产回家的时机，辅以优质的价格和送货上门的服务，自然就成功了。”陆世文小试牛刀，净盈利7万元，赚得人生第一桶金。
“卖海鲜的时候认识了几个同在创业的朋友，萌发了创业的想法。2012年8月成立‘蓝洋科技’，业务包括电脑及其配件的销售和维修，打印复印和快递，开始涉及快递物流业务。”
经营一年后，陆世文发现快递增长速度非常快，敏锐的他觉得这个市场有前景。迅速取得本校浙江海洋学院的快递经营权，相继与多家物流公司签订经营权，日平均派件量达2500件。
在做了三年快递之后，陆世文深感快递和电商是分不开的，2015年1月，他成立了舟山讯微飞驰电子商务有限公司，在原有快递物流的基础上，向电子商务业务拓展。2015年2月又迅速成立开化万通物流有限公司，在浙江衢州开化以50万元价格收购百世汇通的区域经营权，配合电子商务业务。
“刚开始做生意的时候，太信任别人，合同类的文件看得不仔细，被坑了一笔转让费。”说起这件事，陆世文显得很乐观，“就当是交学费吧。做事情前不要想太多，但是认准了一件事，考虑清楚是不是利大于弊，你的能力能不能让你的回报大于损失，你能不能控制住场面，如果答案是肯定的，那你就去做吧。”
读书：所学为实践服务
事业和学业，陆世文都没落下。2011，陆世文作为市场营销本科生被浙江海洋学院录取，2015年又以高出批次线150分的成绩考入浙江海洋学院区域经济学硕士研究生。“我读书也是为了创业服务，我做的所有事情都是围绕这一块。”从大一到研一，陆世文创业进入第五个年头了。
“做得越多越发现自己没有足够的知识底蕴来驾驭这个东西，越容易有瓶颈。遇到瓶颈的时候，看书会有豁然开朗的感觉。”大量的阅读不仅为陆世文提供了专业知识以解决创业中的难题，也潜移默化的在思考方式和做事方式上给了陆世文以正面的影响。
“我对自己有一个清晰的规划，不说长期，短期一定会有。我做什么都要坚持可持续发展的理念，不做一次性生意。想安逸的时候就问自己：如果明天我不做这个了，我还能不能活下去。”危机意识让陆世文的创业过程总是有惊无险。
“我喜欢结交比自己优秀的人。和不如自己的人在一起当然会有优越感，但要给自己一些可以有仰望的人，然后不断鞭策自己向他们靠近。‘高山仰止，景行行止’不小看任何一个人，要有谦虚和向上的态度，自然就会有合作的可能性。帮助与自我帮助，才是成功的关键。”在创业路上一帆风顺的陆世文时长这样告诫自己。
发展：要做的事情还有很多
2015年4月，陆世文与京东商城签订合作协议，在高校开设京东校园展示店。6月，依托电商和物流平台，与浙江开化县七只果电子商务有限公司合作，成功取得2000平方米开化县电子商务孵化园的经营权。
目前，陆世文的公司已有物流业务部2个、京东校园展示店2家、电子商务部已在运行的淘宝店有5家，主要经营坚果、服装、袜子销售等业务，2014年营业额突破400万，2015年营业额预计能达到600万。“现在做的有点杂，是为了做铺垫。”他这样解释。
据悉，陆世文的公司目前共有全职员工39人，兼职人员23人，其中大学生34人。公司在浙江海洋学院长峙岛物流业务部的业务量和营业收入较稳定，京东业务部也已步入正轨，电商部现处于发展初期，公司2015年业务的营业收入预计突破600万元，盈利在90万以上，除部分用于股东分红和留存资金外，40%的盈利用于开化县电子商务孵化园的建设。
“在家乡做电商的时候，发现偏远地区不会做电商，甚至对电商都没有概念，于是想到了做‘电商孵化器’，培养电商方面的人才，从而转型做培训。这个想法现在在筹备，估计11月份会开始做吧。其实我最后想做生态链，涉及培训、生产基地、仓储、物流的一个综合体，这也是近三年的中期目标。”陆世文又开始源源不断的设立他的职场新理想。他未来五年的目标是：拓展电子商务业务，逐步建立起“云仓储”平台。
