过去的一年中，90后创业一直是个热络的话题，人们津津乐道于90后的快速成长，迅速积累财富，以及狂放不羁的表现。但创业是个艰苦的过程，用一个较长的时间跨度来审视创业这件事，还是比较合理的。看了爱奇艺首播的“超级大佬”第二期对话飞鱼CEO姚剑军节目后，令人对80后创业产生浓厚兴趣。
姚剑军做过什么呢，站长之家、CNZZ、光环游戏等，是个连续创业者。CNZZ大家都很熟悉，是做数据统计服务的，光环游戏出过一款名为“神仙道”的游戏，也是广受好评，其余如站长之家社区，Chinaz等，相信很多人都不陌生。今年年底，姚剑军的游戏公司飞鱼科技成功在香港上市，市值近30亿港币。
姚剑军网名阿飞，今年只有32岁，2000年开始创业。在离开老家福建永春前往重庆上中专之前，他自述从没有离开过永春这个地方。中专的几年学习生涯，打开了姚剑军的见识，使得他接触起了游戏，并一发而不可收拾。很多人都是通过游戏而进入互联网的，姚剑军则是在中专毕业后返乡做起了网站，当时很热门的娱乐游戏社区，而且很快就有了每月几千元的收入，在父母眼里，这比上班要强多了。
2000年是站长时代的开端，当时门户基本已奠定地位，随着搜索的出现，小个人网站开始大量出现，站长群体迅速庞大。这个群体的基本运作方式是千方百计弄来流量，然后卖出广告。姚剑军觉得服务站长应该有很大的前景，于是与几个朋友一起搞了中国站长站，为站长们提供资源下载和行业交流等各项服务。
姚剑军的网站在几年间先后搞出了CNZZ和Chinaz这两个后来被广泛使用的第三方数据平台，直到后来CNZZ被阿里巴巴收购。姚剑军这一阶段创业所从事的业务，基本上都是毫无资源投入的项目，得益于他抓住了难得的历史机遇，即百度的崛起。
最早的站长们获得收入的来源，是来自8848和雅宝网等电商网站，收入微薄且计费方式含糊，赚钱不易。百度在转型大众业务之后推出了百度联盟，吸收互联网的长尾流量成为其商业模式核心，百度联盟在计费、合作、分成方面实行了标准化，使得中小站长有了稳定的收入来源，可以专心把业务做好，这促进了站长群体的膨胀。姚剑军等人在此时推出为站长服务的创业项目，虽然没有任何资源投入，却也因站在风口而坐享红利。
在创业8年之后，站长时代实际上已经过去了，监管的加强和外部环境的变化，使得站长这一行要面临很多挑战。中国站长站后来改名为站长之家，转型为工具类服务，获得了新的发展动力。长期与百度联盟的合作，使得站长之家在细分领域中拥有稳固的优势。除此之外，姚剑军希望能找到新方向继续创业，于是在2009年推出了网页游戏，这等于是又回到了创业起点时的项目，游戏上面。
姚剑军的新公司光环游戏推出的第一款游戏是个不成功的页游产品，历经两三年的磨难之后，最终还是推倒重来。不知道失败的经验对其之后的成功有没有促进作用，光环游戏的第二款页游产品“神仙道”，一经推出后立刻大受欢迎，成为2011年风头最劲的网页游戏之一。2012年姚剑军被福布斯中国选入中国30位30岁以下创业者代表。
页游产业的流量运营环境不错，尤其是姚剑军的站长之家作为百度联盟的高端会员，更容易获得百度的流量支持，但页游发展到一定程度也面临着开拓未来业务，给投资者带来更多想象空间的问题。2014年光环游戏与手游运营商凯罗天下实现了合并，新公司更名为飞鱼科技并成功在香港上市。
两公司的合并，是游戏行业进行资源优化配置的一个范例。手游行业的最大发展障碍就是流量瓶颈，而擅长流量运营的页游与手游结合，首先能解决的问题就是流量导入，与此同时手游也可以从页游中获得用户，为页游产业链的延伸和用户消费潜力的挖掘增添助力。飞鱼科技之所以能在那么短的时间内上市，与产业整合后显现出来的优势效应让投资者看到前景，是分不开的。
现在看来，游戏行业中的端游、页游和手游之间的壁垒分明，各行其道，其实是发展中的一个障碍。未来很有可能在三者之间会有一个打通的过程，不管是PC端、web端还是手机端，都有融合贯通的需求，以保障游戏用户在任何设备上都能享受娱乐。这是个行业大趋势，飞鱼科技抓住了其中的一块，从中获益匪浅。
姚剑军个人的创业历程，与百度的发展历程息息相关，站长之家迄今为止与百度联盟合作已超过十年，就连之后网页游戏创业的成功，也是得到了百度联盟的大力支持。某种程度上说，姚剑军创业一路走来所做的事，除了他个人的努力之外，与百度的支持与扶助也是分不开的。
作为一位没上过大学的80后，姚剑军并没有叛逆到底，文静的外表看不出有任何少年得志的桀骜不驯。他认为上不上大学并不是成功的首要因素，但创业者掌握的知识层次却与之有很强关联。关键就看你要不要学，是否善于学习。
好的创业者不管学历背景如何，都是能够随着创业形势的发展而不断加强学习的，你也许可以没有上过大学，但是绝不能停止学习。作为80后创业者的代表人物，姚剑军用自己的切身经历，为人们揭示了创业的答案。
