创业女大学生正在自家店铺里跟一位前来买面粉的顾客聊天
女大学生大学毕业后创业，选择的却是需要体力劳动的面粉批发生意，如今，24岁的陈风娟成为烟台市粮油批发市场里面年纪最小的批发商，年营业额已达数百万元。
粮油店里的女老板 轻松搬起五十斤面粉
“阿姨，我帮你搬上去。”说着话，陈风娟轻松地将一袋面粉搬上了顾客的车子。9日下午，陈风娟正一个人在自己的粮食店里看店，200平米的店铺里面，摆放着数千袋面粉。陈风娟做的面粉批发生意，主要销售给全市的粮油店、学校、食堂等场所，而遇上附近前来买面粉的顾客，陈风娟也仍然愿意以批发价格出售，并且服务周到，面对体力不支的顾客，陈风娟还往往要帮着他们把面粉搬上车。
“一袋面粉五十斤，她自己搬上去没有问题。”经常来买陈风娟面粉的一位大姐告诉记者，别看眼前的这个小姑娘体型偏瘦，一下子搬起五十斤的面粉来却是游刃有余。“这个小姑娘能干，而且服务态度好，我们都乐意从她这儿买东西。”
听到大姐的夸奖，陈风娟不好意思地笑了。陈风娟告诉记者，自己店里有两个伙计，平时要拉面粉出去送货，店里便经常由自己照看。遇上顾客催货催得急，她往往要自己将面粉装上车，然后给顾客拉过去。
“已经锻炼出来了，再说我一米七的个头，也不是白长得吧？”由于经常搬运面粉，陈风娟的手上长着厚厚的老茧。
“坐不住”的女大学生 成最年轻创业者
在烟台市芝罘区珠玑粮油批发市场上百户的批发商里面，陈风娟算了算说：“应该数我的年龄是最小的吧。”由于个子高，陈风娟较别的孩子提早入学，2008年，陈风娟从山东师范大学毕业时，年仅21岁。
“我这个人，坐不住，不习惯被人管着，朝九晚五的上班。”陈风娟说也许是自己天生骨子里的叛逆，大学毕业后，她仅在济南做了几个月的办公室文员一类的工作，便辞职来到了烟台。
“辞职后我便到了烟台职业学院租了个铺子做奶茶生意。”虽然老家在潍坊，陈风娟的言语里已经充满了浓浓的烟台口音。“从我十几岁开始全家便搬到烟台来了，这也是我决定回烟台创业的一个原因。”然而，做奶茶生意是需要看季节的，在销售最好的夏季，也恰恰是大学放暑假的日子。因为学生放假而被迫放假，做了将近一年奶茶生意的陈风娟觉得这并不是一个很好的创业点。
当时姐姐在烟台正在做粮油生意，而在大学期间帮姐姐看铺的经验也启发着陈风娟为什么不试试做粮食生意呢？陈风娟分析说，虽然做粮食生意需要的成本高，但是不愁粮食会卖不出去，这也意味着做这个生意不会赔本。在经过了缜密的市场调研分析之后，陈风娟拿着自己赚的钱以及家里人给东拼西凑的十几万块钱在2009年末的时候开起了这家粮油店。
一年营业额数百万元 大学生创业要脚踏实地
目前，陈风娟的粮食店主要做面粉生意，日平均销量已达15吨，年营业额也达到了三四百万元。对于未来的计划，陈风娟说自己目前还不准备再做除了面粉以外的其它业务，“先脚踏实地干好了这一项再说”。
女大学生创业，本身就不容易，还选择了考验体力的粮食生意，陈风娟说，当初想创业时并没有想太多，只是觉得不能满足当一名按部就班的上班族。
“对于现在想创业的大学生来说，我觉得首先还是要在大学里多实践一下，毕业后也不要盲目的去创业，先作好市场分析，而且最重要的是在创业时，无论遇到多少困难，都要脚踏实地、一步一步走下去。”
