导读 : 凭着一股初生牛犊的勇气和些微理想主义。李晋文和他的5个小伙伴于2011年11月11日正式成立公司。
2009年，李晋文大三，独自一人跑到魔都上海。不为别的，学校课少无聊，想着出来工作挣钱。李晋文兜了一圈，发现网游处在蓬勃发展时期，需要大量人员。更为关键的是，他们不太在乎是否有毕业证。
于是，李轻松进入一家“不太在乎毕业证”的游戏公司。两年半之后，正式离职创业，创办时光科技，主营游戏的研发和发行。
梦想一月挣10万
黑马营十期学员李晋文的创业充满了野莽气息。他的合伙人都是大学同学和之前同事，六个人凑了40万，规定都不拿工资。他们甚至还算了一笔长远的账，租个房子两千块钱，大家睡在一块，每天吃盒饭，一年花销差不多三五万块钱，40万足够花七八年时间。
起初，广告学出身的李晋文没有想过要自己研发产品，只是想着成立一个小工作室，帮别人的游戏做推广。李晋文当时心里还盘算，每月接几个游戏推广，一个月也能赚个10万块钱，“比打工强很多了”。
凭着一股初生牛犊的勇气和些微理想主义。李晋文和他的5个小伙伴于2011年11月11日正式成立公司。然而一切没有想象得顺利，状况频出。而李晋文设想的10万，直到第九个月才真正到来。
他们准备创业的时候发现没有程序员，唯一一位技术合伙人还是JAVA出身，只做过网站，而当时的主流游戏是用C++来做。没辙，只好临时抱佛脚，买了两本书，开始重新学习C++。而另外一个做市场的伙伴，同样没有相关知识。李晋文依葫芦画瓢，跑去书店，也买了两本书。
毫无前期经验积累的6个人，在创业路上跌跌撞撞，一边学，一边做。李晋文想得很清楚，既然已经出来，决定拼搏一把。“创业这个事儿要趁早，所以就早点开始干。”
尽管过程苦逼，甚至狼狈，李晋文却对游戏行业满怀感激。这个行业在他看来，最大的好处是除了人，可以一无所有，“大不了办公室租不起，租个居民房，居民房再租不起了，再去郊区租个居民房……，去哪里都可以做这个事。”倘若当时进入的是烧钱的O2O行业，此时的李晋文或许早已离开魔都，过上了安逸的日子。
六人的平均年龄在当时只有25岁，他们都共同面临着人生选择：要么回老家托关系当公务员，亦或回县城借钱做个小买卖，或者留在上海做个工薪族，然后付首付、还贷。
李晋文没有选择其中任何一种。其实最开始想创业，考虑到钱的问题，他们根本没敢自己开发游戏。当时想的是做市场外包，发现根本接不到单，“连一毛钱都没有赚到过”。又开始琢磨做广告平台，发现预算撑不住。最后赶鸭子上架，想到了做技术外包，尽管他们无一人擅长。
他们决定好了之后，开始在外面打广告，带有点走投无路的感觉。当时李晋文心想，先把单子接过来，然后该学的去学，该请人帮忙就请人帮忙。目的只有一个，挣点钱把公司养活。
结果却总是不按剧情发展，最后技术真的学会了，但这个生意本身没法干了。很快他们接到了第一个订单，收到一笔三万预付款。他们根本不知道客户会提什么样的要求，后来发现甲方提的各种需求，根本无法在一开始的合同里清晰罗列。改了大半年，他把钱退了，这事不干了。
尽管没能赚到第一笔钱，却误打误撞，在极短的时间把整个技术跑通了。李晋文也开始盘算，可能真的可以试试自己做游戏。于是，他们很快便上线了一款棋牌页游。游戏是一个现金流充沛的领域，钱很快来了。
不过好景不长，彼时的页游市场早已被瓜分，根本没有太多的机会，何况他们还没有任何经验。于是赚了点小钱便转攻手游。千炮捕鱼成为了他们转型后的第一款产品，当然，也是一款成功产品，一炮打响。
李晋文当时对负责这个项目的合伙人定了一个目标：一个月一百万流水。当时整个团队都没有底气，觉得失败才是正常的。最终的结果是很快突破了一百万，5个月后达到了五千万。成为了时光科技的爆款，也正是这款手游，获得了“安智2014年度官方权威盘点“年度最佳休闲游戏”和2 015百度移动大会“年度黑马单机手游奖”。
四年未融资
2015年10月20日，距离公司成立将近四年时间，时光科技正式挂牌新三板，总股本3000万股，每股收益0.91元。
在这之前，他们没有任何融资记录，全部依赖自有现金流的推进。真正有融资想法还是在创业家黑马营的课堂上，他发现大家聊得最多的问题是融资。不过他知道他与大部分互联网行业不同，“我是挣钱的互联网，他们是烧钱互联网。”他一直无法理解他融资的真正目的在于哪里。
诸如当年的莎士比亚纠结生存还是毁灭一般，李晋文也在融不融资的问题上纠结不已。他逮着黑马营的同学便问，到底要不要融资，得到的答案却各异，互联网出身的同学普遍说要融资，“有钱就拿”；传统行业出身的同学则略显谨慎，不要融资。没能得到统一答案的李晋文开始自己琢磨，最后想通了，“融资是一企业掌握主动权的机会”，这被他认为是在一年的黑马营课程中，下得最重要的决定。“突然有种茅塞顿开，觉得可以用融资这种方式来扩大项目。”
他把这个过程比喻为下象棋，当你有机会将军的时候，可能你这一步将军不代表你能获胜，但你一定要将。对于他而言，融资就像是创业过程中的一次次将军。他也不知道将了一次之后，路该往何处走，“我既然不具备很长远的未来预判的能力，那我就必须要把握当下每一次获得主动权的能力的机会。”
如今，时光科技已经完成了第一轮定向增发9411万元，马上将启动第二轮定向融资1.5亿的计划。第二轮定增完成后，时光科技将由代理发行向平台转型，主攻H5方向和东南亚市场。
