又一年“双十一”火爆过后，一个本身属于光棍们的节日，硬是被阿里等电商平台打造成成一个全民的网购节日。也有好多人选择加盟电商平台，创业开网店，今天介绍的主人公就是通过网络创业的案例，转换经营思路让他终于获得了成功。
1988年出生的江苏省泗洪县男孩陈成从游戏宅男到天猫大卖家，创造了让人不可思议的淘宝营销战绩，2013年的天猫销售额达1250万元，陈成开的是一家波司登羽绒服专卖店，说起自己的创业经历，他的语气里有笃定也充满了神奇。
为母打工 游戏宅男瞄准创业
2007年高中毕业后，因为家庭变故，为了照顾妹妹减轻家庭的负担，陈成只上了半年的大学，就开始辍学到母亲在盱眙开的羽绒服店里打工。
陈成说，从没想过自己的人生会和创业沾上边，“我妈当时一个月给我800元的工资，我从小就爱打游戏，即使到店里帮忙，我也是一边打游戏一边当收银员。”
2008年的一天，陈成母亲的好友潘伯伯走进店里，看到他正在打游戏，随口说了一句：“你儿子这么喜欢打游戏，怎么不去做淘宝呢？”正是这句话，让陈成印象深刻，在潘伯伯走后，他脑子里一直在想“淘宝”的事情。陈成觉得母亲总有一天会老去，自己总有一天要承担起家庭的重担，于是他开始琢磨起网上开淘宝店这件事。“妈妈的羽绒服店就是我最好的货源，但是我也害怕被骗，于是花了两个月左右的时间进行了调查和研究。”陈成说。
营销成功 获邀加入天猫商城
2008年9月，陈成的淘宝店正式开张。“开淘宝和实体店不一样，我不能卖得太贵，只是在进价的基础上加了30元。但就是这样，等了三天也没有一单生意。”头一个月，陈成的淘宝店生意可以用惨淡来形容。差不多一周才有一笔生意，后来好一些，但一天也只有两三单。
陈成说，他的第一单生意是发货到新疆，算了算除去运费还倒贴钱，但他还是很开心，因为终于能把货卖出去了。有了第一单，就想能有两单就好了；有了两单，就想能有五单十单就好了；就这样，陈成的淘宝店逐渐走上了正轨。
2008年年底，陈成淘宝店的净利润达到了8万元。短短半年的时间，让他获得了一笔不小的收入。与此同时，由于陈成淘宝店的热卖，把波司登仓库里的一款货全部提空，也引起了波司登总公司的重视。
2009年，陈成从母亲的羽绒服店辞职，选择回到泗洪老家继续在淘宝上卖羽绒服。一个人忙不过来，他就召集亲戚朋友加入。
随着淘宝店的生意越来越好，波司登电子商务商城主动邀请陈成加入天猫商城。
谈及以后 希望能开更多网店
2010年，陈成的波司登乐买事专卖店天猫商城营业了。为更好地吸引顾客，陈成除了卖羽绒服也附带一些配件，如羽绒背心、羽绒裤、打底裤等。
陈成发现，当时女性对打底裤需求越来越大，街上的女孩穿打底裤的也越来越多。“购进一件羽绒服成本高利润低，相比之下打底裤成本要少很多，为什么不能主打打底裤，而且市场也有这个需求。也许打底裤能给我带来更大的商机。”带着这个想法，陈成把淘宝店重新“装修”了一下，将主页换成以打底裤为主。为了打开市场，陈成根据顾客消费的金额，免费赠送打底裤。渐渐地，有顾客来询问卖不卖打底裤，这让陈成又赚了一笔可观的收入。
陈成透露，在主营打底裤后，店里每天的订单量最多达到300单，这让他欣喜不已。而仅2013年11月11日当天，店里就销售了25000单，销售额达到350万，2013年全年的销售额达1250万元。
说起现在的想法，陈成却用“茫然”来形容。因为他觉得，自己的网店现在还不够成熟，什么事情都需要自己去做，他急需建立一个属于自己的比较独立的团队，这样他就可以去做更多自己想做的事情。谈及以后的打算，陈成说，这个网店只是开始，他希望能够开更多的网店，利用电子商务这一优势，把自己的事业做得更大。
