近年来，有关农产品滞销的新闻屡见不鲜，一边是城市里的农产品价格高，一边是农民生产的东西卖不出去。能不能将地里的特色农产品直接送到市民家呢？带着这种想法，青农大毕业生沙海壮和他的同学们成立了农产品专卖团队，通过“小苹果”快送网，将农产品直接送到市民手上。目前，团队每天的营业收入已接近6000元。
理想：帮助农民卖水果
出生于1990年的沙海壮是山东聊城人，3年前毕业于青岛农业大学，刚出校门他被一家农药化肥公司录取，做起了产品销售。那段时间里，沙海壮奔走于田间地头，接触到了许多非常有地域特色的农场、合作社。沙海壮发现，一些地方出产的农产品尤其是水果，质量和味道都非常好，但是却常常陷入滞销的境地。例如山东蒙阴的特产黄桃，非常好吃，但是知名度不高，销售不畅，有时候一筐桃子只能卖几块钱，而市民从市场上买桃子价格却非常贵。
这引发了沙海壮的思考，通过互联网，将农民和市民联系起来，省去中间的批发环节，是不是可以解决这种信息不对称的局面？沙海壮将这个想法告诉了几位同学，得到了他们的一致响应，于是在2014年春天，沙海壮组建了团队，“小苹果”快送品牌便诞生了。
团队成立之初，获得了青农大校方和同学们的大力支持，学校为“小苹果”提供了免费办公场地，很多同学在上课之余队帮忙宣传。
无论通过何种渠道销售，产品质量都是关键。为了确保买到优质的产品，沙海壮和同学们开着车直接跑到地头上进货；为了节约成本，沙海壮在位于青农大不远处的沟岔村租了一套民房，作为仓库和临时办公、住宿地点。一位懂电脑技术的同学帮沙海壮开发了一套网页系统，可以实现商品售卖、下订单、支付等基本功能。在各方面的齐力协助下，今年1月，“小苹果”快送团队正式上线运营。
艰辛：每天只睡四五个小时
创业伊始，每天凌晨4点，沙海壮和他的小伙伴们就坐上开往莱西、平度的配送车，到合作的农业基地提货，7点钟回到城阳的大本营时，后勤组的小伙伴们已经把订单打印出来。接下来就是配货、包装、派送，一直忙活到中午，简单吃几口饭，稍事休息，下午又得和几个伙伴们一起进社区、搞推广，晚上回来还要整理一天的订单，讨论一天的收获。
项目刚开始的时候，沙海壮和他的团队遇到了重重困难，“我们最初只想到用最原始的方法做推广，发单页、贴海报，每天忙到只能睡四五个小时，却总是费力不讨好，网站的浏览量一直很低，即使有顾客打电话过来，也大多是咨询电话，不是真正下订单。就在大家一筹莫展的时候，突然想起当年在青农大读书的时候，老师讲‘要让客户真正地看到产品’，所以我们决定进社区做宣传。”
“最开始联系的几个社区都不乐意让我们进，还有一些社区开出高价活动场地费。好在几次碰壁之后，有几个社区觉得我们年轻人创业不容易，就同意让我们进社区做推广。”沙海壮说，为了能更好地吸引人眼球，他们费了不少脑筋，“当时正好赶上儿童节，我们团队的几个伙伴就玩起了cosplay，扮蜘蛛侠陪孩子们一起过节，一次活动下来，脱下厚厚的蜘蛛侠服装，全身都湿透了。”
“现在我们把进社区当做我们的‘路演’，每天下午在不同的社区组织宣传推广活动，还有试吃环节，效果不错，越来越多的人知道了我们小苹果外送网，就连当初那些将我们拒之门外的社区，也开始邀请我们去做活动了。”沙海壮说。
收获：粉丝已近三万人
目前，在城阳范围内，“小苹果”已经可以做到上午下单当天下午送货，下午下单第二天上午送货。
打开“小苹果”快送网页，可以发现除了水果和蔬菜之外，还有许多来自全国各地的特色农产品，“我们将产品定位于中高端，只做特色农产品，以品质来吸引客户。”沙海壮说。
现在，小苹果快送网粉丝数已接近三万人，经常购买产品的活跃粉丝也有两三千人，由于物流覆盖范围有限，“小苹果”的粉丝大部分是城阳人，“城阳有三百多个小区，我们当下要先把这个市场做透。”沙海壮说。
说到未来的规划，沙海壮跟他的小伙伴们笑了笑，“其实我们也没有想太多，现在还是起步阶段，我们要做的就是稳扎稳打，保证好顾客的购买体验，真正对我们产生信赖。今后，我们也会慢慢延伸，做成青岛最好的农产品快送网。”
