陈小鹿，85后的永州妹子，剪着干练的短发，做过7年的化妆师，曾经为许多主持人和明星做造型化妆工作，平均月入7000元，过着小资而平静的生活。然而，2014年初，在家养病期间，她不经意在微信朋友圈晒出的自制美食——烘焙芝士条，竟改变了她的人生：从化妆师变身为美食经营者，她的芝士条风靡了整个长沙，并创造了7天通过朋友圈销售收入15万的记录，月销售额高达40万。经过近一年半的经营，她的吃货粉丝累计近8000人，发展了20多个代理商，代理商的利润少则两千元，高则达4万元。
每月只卖7天的芝士条火爆“朋友圈”
下午2点，腾讯大湘网编辑见到小鹿时，她正拿着两台手机不停地在微信上忙碌，她说：“因为现在正是我们家芝士条接订单的时期，早上7点半起床，打包发货到中午12点，下午就一直接单、回复微信，都要弄到凌晨三点。”
外界都说微商是躺在家里刷刷朋友圈就轻松把钱挣了，陈小鹿笑言：“确实是这样的，可背后的辛苦只有身边的人才知道。”
刚起步时，她自己一个人在家，所有的事情都需要亲力亲为，常常通宵熬夜为朋友们赶制芝士条，身体吃不消，她说不想拖欠着朋友，接单了就想让他们第一时间收到芝士条。
为了保证芝士条的口感，她规定一个月只接单七天。陈小鹿没接单的时间也没闲着，通常用来研究和测试新产品、培训代理。
为了试味芝士条 从94斤吃到了120斤
芝士，又称奶酪，是牛奶经浓缩、发酵而成的奶制品，被誉为乳品中的“黄金”，特别受女性喜欢。在陈小鹿看来，只有不断研发和测试，新品才能成功推向市场。
从小就热爱美食的她，曾为了试味芝士条从94斤吃到了120斤，虽然现在瘦回来了，但是还是忍不住，她说她天生一颗吃货的心。平时常常和朋友天南地北去挖掘好吃的餐厅，包括各式各样的烘培，长沙哪家烘培店出了新品，她一定会买回来试味，这样可以碰撞找出更多新品灵感。
说起美食秘诀，陈小鹿说，和市面上普通的芝士条不同，她烘焙的芝士条，原材料都是进口、新鲜的，比如法国kiri的奶酪、铁塔的淡奶油，做出来的芝士口感明显不同，目前共推出了三种口味，分别是香草、奥利奥和榴莲坨。
400人争做代理 只选了20个
一个人完全忙不过来，她想到了发展代理的方式。今年下半年，她在家附近小区租了一套房子，简单装修了一番，聘请了9个阿姨帮忙，并发展微商代理。
“当我发朋友圈说招收代理时，报名的有400多人，我在这些人里面选了20多人，她们大多是是银行工作者、老师、医生，成为我的代理就算是我的合伙人，会提供专门的销售培训。入伙之前，需要交一万元押金，如果他不愿意干了，会退还押金，实行末位淘汰制，一个月至少得卖出50盒。曾有一个从来没有任何微商经验的代理，7天时间挣到了4万，我都觉得很吃惊。”
陈小鹿说，目前她的粉丝发散至全国多个省市，由于芝士条最好冷冻，可采用泡沫板加冰块保温发顺丰快递，长沙市内有跑跑小哥。“以前我一个人单干的时候，芝士条价格是98元/盒，榴莲坨坨是128元/盒，现在工作室做起来，成本也提高了很多，但是原料我一直坚持用最好的，价格也不变，我也不会让我的代理随意更改价格，我想让顾客感受到即使品牌做大了还是和以前一样的纯粹，就像是吃到朋友手工做的芝士条一样。”
她说没想过开实体店，“因为既然选择了发展代理的营销方式就得对代理们负责，也许以后会开一个体验店，但不售卖不盈利。”
化妆师从小就是创业达人
大学专业主修室内装修设计，使陈小鹿对审美有一定的认知，她认为“美”的东西都有互通性，从室内设计到化妆师只是改变了“美”的承载体。做化妆师时大概平均月入7000元，7年间结识了许多爱美的女性，为她的创业道路提供了许多帮助。
事实上，朋友圈卖芝士条已经不是小鹿的第一次创业，她14岁便拉起推车卖羊肉串了。
“当时暑假在老家的超市门口摆摊，自己当厨子学着烤羊肉串，当然是以失败告终。大学期间，坐火车去广东进些耳环、首饰然后放上淘宝卖，行情不错，挣到了自己的学费。因为自己后来做了化妆师，所以在淘宝上卖那种找工厂加工的化妆品，还曾出过化妆攻略，甚至还有人找我来出书，后来自己开了化妆培训学校，陆续共收了2000多个学员。”小鹿笑言道，都说葡萄酒与芝士绝配，说不定以后还会去酒行业摸索。
因为创业遇到了失联多年的挚友
每个创业者在创业途中都会遇到各种各样的困难。“困难最初是一个人单干的时候体力不支持，完成不了那么多订单量。如今工作室开起来了，管理成为一个难题，不同的阶段有不同的问题，这也是挑战的乐趣。”陈小鹿说自己一直挺幸运的，不管是顾客还是身边的朋友都很支持她，平时过年过节都能收到很多礼物，都是微信上的顾客寄过来的。
“我有一个特别好的朋友，失去联系很多年，没有电话，我有试着通过社交网络，微博、人人网等去找她，都没有找到，后来有听说她出国了，就没有再找她了。突然有一天，她加我微信，找我买芝士条，绕了地球一大圈最后竟然以这样的方式再见面，原来她现在也在长沙。”
