还记得你16岁时在做什么吗?读着高三?背着英语历史，做着五年高考三年模拟，为考一个好的大学而努力和紧张着?的确，这是很多人16岁时的生活。
不过，不包括王凯歆。
这个出身于1998年的16岁女孩，在高二下学期就休学，创办了神奇百货-国内第一家面向95后和00后青少年的个性化电商平台。在神奇百货，学生党们可以找到各种适合青少年的商品，如新潮的明星同款衣饰，呆萌可爱的抱枕和hello kitty充电宝等。而神奇百货的大部分商品都是很难在线下商超轻易买到的独特商品。
创立神奇百货，对于王凯歆来说是自然而然的事情。在进入高中以后，她发现买衣服成了一个难题：在淘宝、唯品会等电商平台上，大多数是20多岁以上“大人们”的衣服，要么就是童装，就算找到自己想要的衣饰，那也得搜索很长的时间，这让想要找“二次元”、“萌萌动漫风”的王凯歆很无奈。随后她观察发现，不只是自己，其实同学们也基本面临着同样的难题。
那为什么不自己来卖同学们喜欢的商品，降低他们的决策成本呢?于是，王凯歆在高中便开始一边上课，一边寻找一些生产同龄人喜欢的衣饰货品的供应商，并通过社交网络销售。没想到这个做法很受欢迎，她的平台在业绩最好的时候月销售额有几十万元，她也在几个月内赚到了自己人生的第一桶金。
在今年5月份，王凯歆高二下学期的时候，她做出了一个在常人看来不能理解的决定：直接休学创业，全身心地做一个专门针对青少年学生党的电商平台，于是就有了神奇百货的诞生。
可想而知，她休学的决定并没有得到家里人的支持。王凯歆的父母希望她能做一个有文化知识的人，而不是创业，特别是在这个年纪休学创业。所以，和父母吵架也就成了家常便饭，最凶的一次，她还被妈妈用棍子伺候了。
但这些都没有改变这个女孩创业的决心。在王凯歆看来，如果过普通人冲刺高考、接受四年很可能和社会脱节的大学教育、毕业后挤地铁朝九晚五的生活，那就“完蛋了”。
“我的梦想就是做企业家，我想打造一个一流的公司”，王凯歆语气很坚决，只有抖着没停过的腿，还透露着自己的一丝稚气未脱。虽然和同龄人一样喜欢自拍，微信头像还是自己的噘嘴萌照，但是这个小姑娘的偶像却是孙正义，她还如数家珍般地向创业邦记者介绍她最喜欢看的马云、巴菲特、稻盛和夫等商业传奇们的人物传记。
不过，等待着王凯歆的，并不是商业传奇们的宏伟史诗，而是重重的困难和挫折。因为年龄小、没社会经验，王凯歆在创业过程中吃过不少苦。在项目成立之初，王凯歆以为工作经验长的人能力比较可靠，于是花高薪聘请了几位有多年工作经验的总监级别人士做部门主管。但是她很快发现，面对比自己小一、二十岁的CEO，他们根本不当回事，工作内容和时间都不听指挥，最后无奈只好换人。更有甚者，有一个有创业经验的运营部负责人还带整个运营团队集体辞职，出走创业。
“他们就坐在这个沙发上，跟我提离职，他们坚持要走，当时我都哭了”，王凯歆回忆道，似乎现在看来也没什么了。
虽然调侃自己有着25岁的成熟，王凯歆也有小姑娘的脆弱。王凯歆甚至认为自己是一个害羞的人，她有些不好意思地举例说，像这样在采访中被追问问题，她都会感到很紧张。不过，她补充道，如果遇到投资人的追问，她觉得自己不会害怕，而是会冷静地向投资人分析神奇百货的商业模式。
“毕竟在大事上面一定要淡定”，她说道，这样的“金句”从这个“小女孩”嘴里蹦出来，带着一股让人哭笑不得的成熟。而且，王凯歆认为，只要神奇百货的业务指标做得好，就算自己不说话，投资人也会投她。
的确，和很多公关炒作不断的90后创业者不同，王凯歆觉得自己只想做一个“低调的98后CEO”。其实神奇百货今年5月份就已经成立并拿到数百万天使投资，安卓注册用户已经超过6万，对于这位16岁的CEO来说算是不错的成绩，但是神奇百货至今没有做过任何大型公共宣传，而创业邦也是王凯歆寻求报道的第一家媒体。
“再怎么公关炒作，只是辅助作用，最重要的是，你这个公司有没有对社会提供价值，有没有盈利的能力。有的话，你不需要做公关营销，三五年一样可以上市”，王凯歆觉得，98后CEO的光环并不重要，最重要的是公司有商业价值，而比起未来要做中国最大的青少年消费电商平台的目标，还需任重道远。
王凯歆向创业邦记者坦言，她不敢骄傲，还有另外一个原因，那就是她要为公司员工负责。
“我现在背负的是30号人未来的职业发展，他们未来的生活，全部要靠我，他们需要公司将来把他带到一个新的平台、新的高度，我要去想他们的未来”，王凯歆的眼神透着一股初生牛犊的执着和坚定，似乎未来不管发生什么，她都会用那16岁的肩膀扛着。
