阿当，本名王群斌，92年射手座，毕业于厦门软件学院。从十七岁开始创业，大学还未毕业就收获人生第一桶金。做过夜店，当过“古惑仔”，拍过电影，从团购到社交，从创始人到联合创始人，现在重新回归创始人身份，抓住消费升级的风口，这次他想把美食社交做得不一样。
夜色：从酒吧团购到BBS，偶遇古惑仔
阿当的第一次创业始于2009年，那时刚上大一的他经常跑去酒吧玩，去多了就发现晚上9点—11点间有个空场，酒吧方要花很大精力去外面请人，有时还需要支付打车费。当时团购正热，但并没有专注于酒吧团购的网站，夜色就此诞生。
做网站需要钱和技术，这两点阿当都欠缺。没有启动资金，阿当就去找离自己最近的天使投资人——他的父亲，“从晚上7点钟吃饭讲到凌晨12点多”，最终说服父亲借给自己5000元，“我家的小孩是过了18岁父母就不会再管，要靠自己赚钱养活自己。可以借钱，但必须声明何时还清。”后来又跟一个哥哥借了2000元，凑到7000元启动资金。
没有程序员，就去隔壁宿舍工程系找了个代码写得好的同学，帮助自己搭建网站。网站上线后没有流量，就去厦门的一个本地论坛“厦门小鱼网”上骂各个版主，形成关注度，然后将夜色的链接贴上去，引来很多流量。IP被封，就换个IP接着骂，最后被对方约谈，本着光脚的不怕穿鞋的原则，一股劲儿想做成夜色的阿当并没有太多顾忌，最终对方同意给他们打几天的免费广告。虽然相识没那么美好，但后来双方却达成了很好的合作关系，等夜色赚钱时也会去论坛投放广告。
当越来越多的人加入这个行业，团购也慢慢式微，于是夜色转型为BBS社区，以会员机制吸引用户。“因为人群切入得比较高端、集中，BBS社区的盈利一直很稳定。最高月净盈利40万多。”夜色也从两个人，慢慢运营成一个十几人的团队，有人负责接单，有人负责谈酒吧，有人负责去夜店泡妹子，渐成一个帮派。树大招风，渐渐有些地痞流氓欺负夜色团队年纪小，找上门来闹事、清场，甚至打人。“我就不爽了，我就跟他们干，他们来一次打一次，最严重时他们还带了刀”，地痞越多，阿当找来的朋友也越多，“跟香港古惑仔抢地盘的感觉一样”。
毕竟当时阿当还在上学，这种状况持续久了也不是办法，彼时正逢窝窝团集中收购地域性的团购网站，于是阿当选择跟当时同样做团购的刘进龙并购后，打包出售给窝窝团。夜色让阿当赚了第一桶金，但创业还是要继续，于是他跟着刘进龙，也就是陌生人语音社交“比邻”的创始人，开启了第二次创业。
比邻：拍微电影宣传被扣，连夜筹钱赎人
2011年移动互联网的热潮才刚刚开始，阿当和刘进龙都觉得这个领域会有所发展，两人一拍即合，于是从厦门搬到北京合伙创业。“当时什么都不懂，于是抄了个国外的原型，借了层皮，很多内涵的东西没体会到，做了没多久就死掉了。”事儿总得继续做，后来因徐峥的《爱情呼叫转移》得到启发，他们决定做一款陌生人语音社交的APP，也就是比邻，让每个人都可以随机打电话。电话社交涉及到很多技术壁垒，过程异常艰苦，而当产品终于做出来时，资金又遇到了问题。
刚来北京，比邻团队就拿到150万天使投资，产品做了一年多才出来，账上只剩下5万元，而用户才两万。这个基数的用户量很显然无法去融资，让用户数爆发性增长成为首要任务。美术功底很好的阿当本想做个漫画，因制作周期太长放弃，最后决定用当时刚刚兴起的微电影来宣传。可惜初来乍到北京，没人没资源，找导演就找了无数个，最终用两顿烧烤敲定了一位愿意免费拍摄的导演。
“我们用一天的时间将剧本写好，因为没钱，只能安排两个演员，请了两个专业演员，配角实在没钱请，只能自己上。”等正式的片子拍出来没钱结账，剧组要求必须立即结账，第一次拍戏的阿当并不知道这个规矩，大冬天快12点多所有人被剧组扣下，于是阿当只能又去求助家人，凌晨两点多，家人将五万元打了过来。“我妈问我什么时候还，我说一个月之内，其实心里根本没底。当时的情况是要么死，要么就真的一清二白，只能去赌，潜意识里知道只有这个选择。”
微电影不是拍好就行，还需要发行和推广，阿当去找视频网站，结果被巨额的广告费吓了回来。后来偶遇芭乐的姚老板，将微电影发行了出去。上线第一天比邻用户就增加5万，19天突破100万，三个月突破1000万。此后，阿当就负责整个市场的推广。比邻后来又陆续拍了很多微电影，作为第一个吃螃蟹的人，在互联网影视圈，阿当也变得小有名气。
2015年5月，因跟刘进龙观念上的差异，阿当离开比邻，放弃了自己作为合伙人的所有股份，按照当时的估值来看，将近五六百万元。选择离开，他并不觉得可惜，虽然丢掉一些利益，但年轻就是资本。“90后没有真正牛逼的人，我们都还在交学费。”阿当说。
目光：从头再来，以美食推荐开始
刚离开比邻，没有产品，没有团队时，阿当就获得蓝港互动创始人王峰的天使投资。这次他做的是美食类APP目光，通过个性化标签，为用户推荐餐厅。“我对厦门很熟，哪里好玩好吃都可以推荐；但是来了北京以后，离开自己生活的两公里范围之外，根本不知道吃什么。”目光就是为了解决这类人群的需求，根据年轻人的口味做个性化推荐，发现身边的美食餐厅。
就像万达打造一个城市的中心一样，目光可以帮用户找到个性化、环境好的餐厅，“我们要做餐饮界的万达”。根据数据化的算法，用户的画像去推荐内容。同时还会邀请一些美食的买手，去推荐更多优质的商家。“我们现在已经拍好了一部电影，邀请了超女拍摄，10月28日APP上线时，微电影同步上映。”
在比邻时阿当只是联合创始人，而现在是创始人，身份的改变，意味着多了更多的压力，刚离开那段时间阿当几乎每天都在挖人。新的团队需要磨合，期间也遇到了各种问题，好在APP的开发进度还算顺利。
接受采访前，阿当问过自己的团队和朋友，如何评价自己，得到的回答是两个字——彪悍。做事奋不顾身，永远都能去放弃一些东西，敢做一些事情。“有些东西你必须做选择，我还年轻，还可以去拼，这颗心即使到40岁也依然会这样。”
