闲暇时与朋友谈论情商，却发现原来情商这玩意儿在众人眼中各有不同。
有人眼里的高情商是谁也不得罪的情况下，把观点说明白；有人眼里的高情商是辩论时绕着弯抖机灵，让对手有苦说不出；还有人觉得，情商就是上可摘星辰，下可卧沟渠，跟什么人都能从容相处。简单归纳总结一下，他们口中的情商无非是圆滑处世论，是面面俱到的虚伪和张弛有度的刻薄。
对此，我持相反的观点，真正的高情商，并非在当下得势，也永远不是技压一筹，而应是不言不语给你全部的自由，让你舒舒服服往前走，却在低头细想的一霎那，悟出化解不开的温柔，是润物细无声。
换句话说，在一个高情商的人面前，不应该存在输家。
红楼梦第三十四回有一个段落，说宝玉差晴雯送帕子给黛玉，黛玉见是旧帕，最初奇怪，思忖一时，忽然大为感动，原著中写道，“林黛玉体贴出手帕子的意思来，不觉神魂驰荡”。
不就是个旧帕子吗，有什么好感动的？黛玉的这一举动引来许多人拆解其中深意，有人认为，旧帕子是用过的贴身物件，宝玉送出视为亲近；也有人认为，宝玉送旧物代表念旧，黛玉是旧人，宝钗是新人，这样一比黛玉自然高兴。
我倒觉得，这个情节并非为了让人揣测宝玉的隐意，更像是在着重描写宝玉的情商。往前翻几回可以知道，这帕子是黛玉曾经送给宝玉的，宝玉不是送帕，是还帕。这就值得玩味了，且不提世人揣测的那几种深意，宝玉这个举动，定然有一层意思是最明白的，就是我还你东西来啦。这中间隐含的信息是，黛玉要是妙人，愿意去思考，这其中的深意自然了然于心，要是黛玉还在生气，就当我什么都没说，只是来还这两方旧帕。
看似轻飘飘一个寻常举动，不明着示弱，也不刻意暗示，但无论你正着想反着想都是对的，这就是高情商的表现。
我们知道，情侣吵架最纠结的不是双方都不肯认输，而是认错的那一方明明白白地告诉对方，我错了。下一秒对方就会开始追问，你怎么错了，你错在哪了？认错的人心想，妈的老子都已经服软了，给你台阶下了，你怎么还这么得理不饶人。于是又揭竿而起，继续开撕。
这时候身为当事人就要想想，你给的究竟是下坡的台阶，还是上马的凳子？
按照常理，示弱是寻求和平的一种表现，但你的示弱，不仅不能带来和平，反而会让对方觉得自己占据了话语权，引发更深层的冲突。这是为什么？
原因很简单，谁也不是圣人，在没多余时间反思的情况下，作为辩者，势必要乘胜追击，打压对手，这是人之常情。示弱不难，难得是你的示弱要取得怎样的结果，是仅仅是为了平息这场战争，还是想要从根源消除芥蒂。
所以，遇见这种情况，最好的解决方法不是示弱，而是引导对方自己想明白。恋爱里的对错根本不重要，重要的是芥蒂的源头，如果源头是因为不爱，那没话说，早点放弃为妙。但如果源头是因为太爱而产生的计较，那从这计较入手，一定没错。
你怪他沉迷游戏不陪你，那是因为在他眼里，游戏比恋爱更有趣，或者说更容易获得快感。你嫌她总跟别的男生聊天，那是因为在她心里，虚荣得不到满足，安全感得不到支撑。换言之，你们争吵的重点不是让他删游戏，让她拉黑所有男生，而是在根源上解决，让恋爱变成他最感兴趣的事，让你变成最懂得欣赏她，最能照顾她的人。
当然，这些充其量只能算情商的表皮。所谓的高情商，不仅要有一眼看穿根源的洞察力，也要有洞悉彼此所想，拿捏彼此所愿的巧心。
金庸小说里情商排名前三的人里，定有任盈盈一席之地。说到任大小姐的情商，那些聪明伶俐的女主角们都要靠边站。所有人都知道，令狐冲心里有个念兹在兹的小师妹，哪怕后者和小林子结了婚，任盈盈想要在她和令狐冲中间插一刀，也是天大难题。
但任大小姐在根源上想得很清楚，我喜欢令狐冲什么？对，喜欢他浪迹江湖不拘一格的自由豪情。如果把令狐冲留在身边，如果用强势的态度让令狐冲远离小师妹，以圣姑的能力不是无法做到，但，那就不再是一个浪子令狐冲了。所以我喜欢他，就要给他自由。
放飞一只鸟容易，但让鸟归心却很难。少林寺一役，令狐冲为救任盈盈，被迫与岳不群比剑，任我行担心他顾念师门之恩故意相让，叫盈盈出去站队，且看任盈盈是怎么做的？
「她轻轻嗯了一声，却不移动脚步。过了片刻，任我行见令狐冲不住后退，更是焦急，又向盈盈道："到前面去。"盈盈仍是不动，连"嗯"的那一声也不答应。她心中在想："我待你如何，你早已知道。你如以我为重，决意救我下山，你自会取胜。你如以师父为重，我便是拉住你衣袖哀哀求告，也是无用。我何必站到你的面前来提醒你？"深觉两情相悦，贵乎自然，倘要自己有所示意之后，令狐冲再为自己打算，那可无味之极了。」
在她眼里，喜欢已不是简简单单的占有，而是一种心意相通的默契。如果这种小事还需要自己明明白白的站队，她任大小姐才不稀罕。
在对待令狐冲和小师妹的感情上，任盈盈也依然是高情商的表率。还是少林寺，令狐冲见到小师妹要走，再三相问，失魂落魄，眉目间的感情呼之欲出，全是不舍不忍。试想看，准男友如此失态，要是换了赵敏黄蓉这等伶俐女子遭遇此事，当面讥讽绝不能免，不偷偷设计整蛊一番小师妹已经算万幸了。可任盈盈呢？
「令狐冲一惊，这才想起盈盈便在身边，自己对小师妹如此失魂落魄的模样，当然都给她瞧在眼里了，不由得脸上一阵发热。只见盈盈倚在封禅台的一角，似在打盹，心想：“只盼她是睡着了才好。”但盈盈如此精细，怎会在这当儿睡着？令狐冲这么想，明知是自己欺骗自己，讪讪的想找几句话来跟她说，却又不知说甚么好。」
令狐冲知道，任盈盈是在装睡。他也明白，此时恐怕也只有盈盈睡着了，什么都没看到，才是最好的局面。只在这样的局面下，他不必解释，她也不必追问。避免了尴尬，一切仿佛没发生过，但这微不足道的举动，却足以让令狐冲万分感动了。
再到小说接近尾声处，林平之和岳灵珊被青城派追杀，令狐冲牵挂小师妹，想去护送，又顾忌到任盈盈，担心她心里不爽，陷入两难之中。但盈盈什么反应？
「盈盈缓缓将头倚了过去，靠在他肩头上，说道：“你我之间，又怎会生什么嫌隙？事不宜迟，咱们就追赶前去，别要为了避什么嫌疑，致贻终生之恨。”」
话说出口很容易，但她难道就真不怕小师妹回头爱上大师哥吗？当然会怕，但她知道，挡是挡不住的，这情结一定要令狐冲自己解开，否则小师妹就算死了，也将永远是他心头一颗朱砂痣。
果然，听了此言，令狐冲已经被套的死死的，心里全是感激。「“她为了我，什么都肯做。她明知我牵记小师妹，便和我同去保护。这等红颜知己，令狐冲不知是前生几世修来？”」
写到这里细想了想，整部笑傲江湖，任盈盈满满的都是高情商，按理说令狐冲的情商也不低，但在这种女子面前，恐怕一百个令狐冲也能被轻易拿下吧。
接下来，来谈谈人们的情商为何会低。
我觉得情商低的首要原因是目光短浅。在低情商的人眼中，只有很少事物是重要的，考高分，拿名次，谈薪水，论成败，单恋三十年... ...他们的硬盘里无法容纳更多，从这个角度出发，专注是他们与生俱来的先天缺陷。
因为过分的专注，导致视野狭隘。与之辩论，尤其喜欢揪住一个痛点不放；与之恋爱，尤其热衷一件小事的因果；与之生活，尤其沉浸在自我的感觉中，忽略掉别人的感受。
写到这里，也许你想问，高情商的人如何与低情商的人相处呢？
我的答案是，能躲多远躲多远，不能躲就运起六字真经，不听不看不说。
切莫陷入情商高就是“五湖四海皆兄弟”的误区，情商高低与“交际是否广泛”、“能否能与所有人周旋”其实没多大关系，他们与投机的人灵心慧性聪颖狡黠，千百种色艺俱施展，与相悖的人静观默察寡言少语，一般面孔里朝外。你嫌他木讷卑微，他早觉得你是二逼了。
