很多人，把别人的看法和个人的定位混为一谈，这让他们对自己建构了许多不必要的负面看法，而这种负面，往往会跟随他们一生。
你思考过自己，作为一个生命的存在，是多么的神奇吗？
我们的父亲和母亲，在某年某月的某一天相遇了。然后，他们在某年某月的某一天结婚了。后来，某年某月的某一天，我们出生了！这看似自然的过程其实非常不简单。你相信吗？父母生下你的几率不到三十亿分之一，他们有三十亿个机会生下跟你完全不同的人。在这样小的几率下，从某年某月某一天的某一时刻开始，你成为一个生命开始存在了。从那个时候开始，全世界、整个地球上、整个人类历史上，不会有跟你一模一样的人，将来也不可能会有跟你一模一样的人。
每个人都是独一无二的，是的，每个人都如此幸运。
可是，在你的成长过程里面，你意识到这种幸运了吗？
我知道，很多人，在内心深处并不喜欢他们自己。
有很多人，伴随着各种各样的情结成长。
比如我吧，从小就是在自负和自卑的双重情绪中长大的。因为我的语文成绩好，数学成绩却差得要补考；我的舞蹈能得高分，而体育长跑却总是半途而废。
像这样的“缺陷”，每个人都有。
有的人是外表上的，譬如，“我的脸太胖”，“我的鼻子长得太丑”，“我看起来太幼稚”，“我的衣服太老气”... ...
也有的是性格上的：“我没有别人那么聪明”，“我没有幽默感”，“我让人觉得没意思，没人愿意走近我”... ...
而仔细想想，不管是什么理由，你对自己的不满意，必然是开始于某一个人对你的不满意的评价。
你有没有过那种体会，当你听到别人对自己的评价时，总是第一时间，在内心起了反应。而这种反应，就会像化学作用一样，产生了，就有了作用，很难消除。
这世上，为什么会有这么多人爱说一句话——我要找到我自己！
原因就是，我们太多时候相信了别人的话，相信了别人的评价。
很多人，把别人的看法和个人的定位混为一谈，这让他们对自己建构了许多不必要的负面看法，而这种负面，往往会跟随他们一生。
一个觉得自己不漂亮的女孩，去参加舞会。她整晚都站在灯光很暗的角落里，看着别人翩翩起舞，心里很想去跳，但又觉得不会有人来邀请她的，结果，整晚果然没有人来邀请她跳舞。
但是，另外一个同样也不是那么好看的女孩，穿着闪闪发亮的裙子，充满自信，笑容很有魅力，她希望自己在舞会上能得到快乐，有没有舞伴都无所谓。在舞会上，她显得很放松，在没有人邀请跳舞的时候，她就在舞池旁边，投入地享受音乐，自然而然，她身上的魅力就散发出来，不断有人邀请她跳舞。
因此，你必须学会问自己一个问题：我是什么？
一定要好好认识自己。不要从别人的嘴里和眼里去认识自己。
要克服那些负面的想法和矛盾的情结。
尽管大多数时候，我们是根据别人的评价来建构对自己的认知的。我们需要思考：怎么知道别人对我的这个判断是真的？我真的是他们说的那个样子吗？
如果，你已经在自己身上建构了错误的负面情结，要怎么去摆脱呢？
1、首先，要去判断这样的判断是从哪里来的，它们是否是真的？
如果，你感觉别人的负面评价有其真实的地方，可以想办法拿出行动改变它。比如，如果别人觉得你邋遢，不会收拾自己，那么，你可以从改变着装，每天洗头开始。有时候，一个人的吸引力，往往是从清洁的外表开始的。
你要相信，当你正面积极的思考问题，并积极地去改变，你会逐渐变得自信且快乐，这时候，奇迹就会发生... ...
2、对自己写一个评价，正确的，正面的。大声念出来，或面对镜子，心里默读。
比如，我是一个善良、聪明、特别的女孩。这个提示，你可以把它写在自己的手机屏幕上，随时随地，有机会，你就可以看到它。
我们经常听一件事情，次数多了的话，我们就会开始相信了。
每天都对自己说出对自己的正面的提示，说出自己所希望的样子，你就会渐渐变成你所希望的样子。
想要掌控你的信念，就必须掌控你的耳朵。这种提示就是一种好方法。
