我做养猪平台。我先砸钱，做地推，收购线下养猪场，然后做个app，在线上强力推广，贴钱卖，别人卖19块一斤，我卖一块钱19斤。每天半夜12点开放预购。秒杀。维度打击。干死所有卖肉的，然后形成垄断。
王大鹏准备去农村养猪了，临出发前他约我出来吃饭。
他说：养猪是个大风口。
我问：为什么?
他说：在风口上，猪都可以飞起来，因此我非养猪不可。
我说：靠。
他又说：所以我准备去做养猪O2O。
我问：怎么做呢?
他说：很简单，线下养猪，线上卖。
我问：那你要开个养猪场?
他说：不，我做养猪平台。我先砸钱，做地推，收购线下养猪场，然后做个app，在线上强力推广，贴钱卖，别人卖19块一斤，我卖一块钱19斤。每天半 夜12点开放预购。秒杀。维度打击。干死所有卖肉的，然后形成垄断。然后做社群，再做生态。继续卖鸡卖鸭卖牛卖羊卖蚂蚱。
我说：牛逼。不，猪逼。
他说：我这个故事特别大，钱人全到位了，光天使轮就估值50个亿，手下地推团队整一千人，现在就准备买火车票出发全国各地了。
我说：那你赶紧去啊，找我来干啥?
他说：不是，在买票之前，我问一下，你说我去哪收购养猪场更好呢?
说完，他用热情燃烧的眼神看着我。
其实我并不擅长回答这个问题。养猪属于畜牧业，一般而言是在非城市地区发展的。但是看着他热情燃烧的眼神，我决定还是帮助他一下。
于是，我去打了个电话。一个计量经济学的好朋友发给了我一份全国县域经济普查数据。我找到了肉类产量这一经济指标，把它放到全国尺度去看，大概长这样：
从产量上看，全国的肉类产量地区形成了一条明显的带型走廊，从东北地区斜着一直拉到海南，同时在四川盆地和云南一带还形成了一个连绵的地区。其中，大概统计一下的话，年产量在50000吨以上(标注为红色)的县级单位一共有581个。
581个县，假设每一个县的”收购养猪场地推小组”定为10人的话，为了一次性地形成平台级垄断，王大鹏起码需要5810个人。因此，尽管手握着1000人的豪华地推团队，王大鹏也不禁有些担忧了。
他问：这也太多了吧，我们能不能再精选出来一些呢?
好吧，送佛送到西。其实，仅仅选择肉产量的话，的确并不是那么科学，不如细化一下指标。但在此之前，我还需要先了解一下具体需求。
于是，我问：关于这个项目，你有什么深入的想法呢?比如对这些要收购的养猪场还有什么别的要求吗?还是说这是商业机密，不能随便讲?
王大鹏的眼神又开始燃烧，变得滔滔不绝起来：
这可是高度机密的商业计划，不过以我们俩的关系，但说无妨。
第一，我打生态牌。
养猪场周边环境好，客户体验也得好。A轮我准备再融10个亿，收购1家智能家居公司，上各种智能设备， 什么摄像头、空气净化器，每个猪圈配一个。摄像头直连客户手机，点开一看猪们全TM生活在青山绿水乡愁之中。又发烧又情怀。
这个要求的话，用什么指标比较好呢?我灵机一动，按照中国农村的发展特性来看，工业必然带来污染，那么，工业产值越低生态环境肯定越好啊。
我从经济普查数据里找到了工业产值的指标，标准化以后落在全国尺度地图上，大概长这样：
从图中可以看到，颜色越绿，也就是我们认为的环境越好。总体而言，环境比较好的地区在东北、西北、东南山区和整个西南地区。
但还没等我把这张图给王大鹏展示出来，他已经继续开始新的滔滔不绝了：
第二，我打物流速度牌。
B轮我准备再融20个亿，收购10家冷鲜物流公司，推出猪肉闪电送业务。保证晚上下单上午到。广告词我都想好了：我们不是猪，我们只是猪的搬运工。
这个要求的话，用什么指标比较好呢?但还没等我思考新的指标选什么，他已经无法阻止地继续滔滔不绝了：
第三，我打人力资源本地牌。
想想看，我天使AB轮几十个亿砸进去，养猪产量立码翻上百倍，全村人全得去养猪。人力资源得够用，何况就业率一上去，县委书记们都排队等着跟我谈笑风生。
第四，我打人力成本控制牌。
用人得便宜。不光是养猪。C轮我还准备再融50个亿，搞一家物业公司，建保安、兽医和环卫团队，每5个猪圈配一个。一年后从猪圈物业直接升级房地产物业，弯道超车。拆分上市。
但我危机意识很强。
所以，第五，我还得打竞争壁垒牌。
当地网络普及水平得足够低，最好全村连个宽带接口都没有，村民没见过淘宝，手机全是诺基亚，连qq都不会用。否则我这idea这么牛逼，被BAT抄袭了怎么办?他们大资本强技术低道德无压力碾压我啊。
怎么样?帮我看看，能够满足我这些要求的养猪场都在哪里?
本来只是抱持着帮忙态度的我，此时已被王大鹏说的热血沸腾，恨不得马上就跟着他私奔乡间，走上靠养猪改变世界的梦想之旅。但本着科学的精神，我还是弱 弱地问道：你这个指标太多了，我还得再去搜索更多的数据才行，同时建模筛选验证也要不少时间，你看我下个礼拜给你算一个初步结果怎么样?
王大鹏一拍桌子：互联网行业怎么能等结果等1个礼拜呢?必须得快，现在马上now!
我被他的决心深深地震撼了，于是我也一咬牙：好吧，那我现在就给你选指标出来。
1 肉产量指标。区县经普数据，已搞定。
2 环境指标。用工业指标对数替代，已搞定。
3 物流速度指标。怎么搞?以该县到最近的省会城市(可能并不是本省)的距离作为速度指标吧。一般而言，中国的物流体系是按照“省市地县”的层级排序的，省会往往是地区性的物流枢纽。大差不差。已搞定。
4 本地行业人力资源指标。怎么搞?用该县从事农业的人数来衡量吧，虽然可能种粮食种蔬菜跟养猪不是一回事，但是比起干二产三产的人而言，起码一产从业者看过猪跑吧。就选这个指标了。已搞定。
5 本地人力成本指标。怎么搞?用县区人均储蓄水平来衡量吧。人穷成本低，逻辑很通顺。已搞定。
6 网络普及指标。怎么搞?用淘宝网商指数来衡量吧。待会等我打个电话，动一下阿里研究院的关系。看看到底哪些县网商发展的最弱，肯定网络壁垒最深。已搞定。
很快，我把这些指标都计算完毕，落在了全国尺度的空间上，大概长这样：
上图中按从左到右顺序，第一排和第二排分别为：肉产量分布、环境指数分布、最近省会距离分布、县区农业人口数量分布、人均储蓄分布、以及阿里网商指数分布。
我和王大鹏并肩坐着，看着这华丽的版图，仿佛看到了美好的未来。
忽然，王大鹏打破了沉静，问：这些数据说不定投资人都见过，有没有更炫酷的计量模型核心算法什么的?
这个简单。如何利用这六个指标建立一个可以应用在O2O商业模式中的模型呢?我们可以对物理学中的耦合度模型进行改造，做出一个“猪肉收购终极模型”。简单解释一下，大概是这样：
假如，王大鹏在养猪O2O项目中，要求每一个指标都不能很差，尤其不能出现明显的指标短板，也就是说要遵循“水桶效应”的话，那么我们可以采用耦合度模型。
假如，王大鹏在养猪O2O项目中，更希望有某些指标表现地特别突出，把一两个痛点做到极致，无所谓是否有短板的话，那么我们可以采用综合发展模型。
假如，王大鹏在养猪O2O项目中，更希望在耦合度和综合发展上都能够稍微兼顾一点，求一个稳妥的中间路线的话，那么我们就把两个指标结合起来做个“猪肉收购终极模型”。
这个模型大概长这样：
我在黑板上写完这些公式，正准备解释的时候，王大鹏用他热情燃烧的眼神打断了我：
太好了，反正投资人也听不懂，直接用兼顾的那个什么收购优选健康度模型告诉我结论吧。
好吧。结果落在地图上之后大概长这样：
从上图可以看到，通过六大指标的模型筛选之后，在中国的养猪走廊中，只留下了几个片区更适合王大鹏的项目。分别位于东北地区、中原的河南安徽一带、湖南、广西、四川东部以及云南地区。
考虑到王大鹏天使轮地推团队的规模，我决定帮他选出养猪O2O项目健康度最高的100个县(或县级市)。其列表如下：
王大鹏问：那么，第一批呢?帮我再选出20个吧。
好的，请看下图。
王大鹏认真地读着上图的每一个名字：恩，还好，排名靠前的好像都在同一个地方，长春。这也意味着初期地推人员还不用太过分散，更容易集中精力。不错。
我说：是啊，你可以从农安县开始，这里似乎三个模型算出来都是最适合你的项目的。
王大鹏用力地握住了我的手，动情地说：小团妹妹，太感谢你了，等公司在纽交所上市了，我一定带你一起去敲钟。不过在这之前，我还得再求你一件事。
我低下头，羞涩地说：什么事，说吧。
王大鹏眼中的热情燃烧地更加旺盛了，他看上去鼓足了很大的勇气一般，对我说：
