衣食住行里面，食物这块的门槛最低，所以做的人越来越多。餐饮O2O行业，目前略有意思的模式有：①半成品菜；②社交、P2P、私厨类；③功能餐、早餐；厨师上门；④厨师上门等等。
衣食住行四大领域一定是有大机会的，你看房多多这种体量的公司，只有在房产行业里面才有机会出现。普通行业的细分市场里，大家打架半天谁都争不到什么，还要想着怎么讲大故事，累。
衣食住行里面，食物这块的门槛最低，所以做的人越来越多，各种千奇百怪的方向都有。到最后到底能活下来几个？或者说同样的模式在不同地域会是什么样？我觉得其实和传统行业不会差别太大了，边际成本高，地域性强，门槛低，很容易被做成一门生意，而不是一个性感的互联网+公司。
目前略有意思的模式有：
1)半成品菜
青年菜君一直在做，豆果、下厨房也都会自然延伸到这里。大家模式各有不同，有轻有重。美国也有非常大的对照公司。具体可以参考下面的表格。
2)社交、P2P、私厨类
类似回家吃饭和妈妈的菜这类的公司比较有意思，让小区里的阿姨做饭，抓住分享经济和闲散资源利用这一个点，至少是有社会价值的。
有饭是导到线下私厨活动，也有很强社交属性，觅食是线上私厨手艺菜电商，零号线是餐饮品牌一站式服务商，这几个都还有些意思。
3)功能餐、早餐
像一些营养果汁，沙拉，减肥餐等，另外也有一些卖早餐的，比如早餐佳。
4)厨师上门
这个我觉得真的是非常奇特的创意，现在的几家也都发展的不错，很好奇后续会怎么样。
5)B2B餐饮食材配送
包括美菜、餐馆无忧等模式，走B2B供应链模式，这个思路很值得创业者借鉴。
6)社区电商
社区001，爱鲜蜂等
7)配套服务
如餐馆排队系统，点餐系统，结算系统，CRM系统等，还有一些物流体系等，甚至也有专门做炒菜调料的公司，比如蹭饭和筷做菜。
其他的很多可以参考之前做过的一个略详细的公司总结，里面也有一些很不知名，有些分类不是那么准确，有些甚至已经死掉的，仅供参考吧。谢谢我司实习生@andrew kou 一起帮忙整理。
