有痛点就有市场。易锐软件有限公司联合创始人刘毅、代祥光就瞄准商用WiFi市场，创办“萝卜WiFi”APP，让你不用进店消费也能“蹭”商家的WiFi，还能顺便保障网速和安全性。

大淘金时代
别人都卖硬件他卖软件
这并非刘毅第一次创业。2012年底，作为重庆西南铝业旗下子公司的信息部长，刘毅选择辞职做起O2O干洗店。“生意虽然不错，但平台建设资金需求太大，最后放弃了。”此后，资金投入大小，成为刘毅创业考虑的第一要素。
边打工边找项目，又是一年时间过去。2013年，商用WiFi市场的红火，让刘毅看到新的希望。
“就像大淘金时代，从2013年开始，不断有企业、创客涌入，仅在当年，市场上就新出现了五六十家WiFi开发企业，截至今年，差不多有5000多家了。”刘毅说，2014年3月，自己也组队杀入。“我们购买了当时市面上最流行的30多个WiFi硬件产品进行了解，发现市场上包括迈外迪、树熊、小米等大多数企业都是硬件生厂商，智能WiFi服务很少。就算有，也只是面向大中型连锁机构以硬件销售为主。那么，解决普通商家的智能WiFi应用，就是我们的市场。”
既避免硬件研发生产的大投入，又以轻资产开发一款软件满足一个“避重就轻”的特定市场。
转型
受价格、市场限制大
软件免费做服务赚钱
2014年3月到10月，两三个人的团队、8个月的时间、七八万的启动资金，刘毅团队开发的软件，刚上市就有十几个代理商上门求代理，仅代理费就收回成本并赚取成本费一倍的利润。开始销售后，2个月又卖出30万元的纯利润。
“当时的想法就是卖软件，后来发现必须转型。”联合创始人代祥光说，从2014年12月份开始，为了获得融资，刘毅先后到北京、上海、武汉等多个城市参与创业大赛、见投资人。据刘毅介绍，其中一次参加北京火星创业大赛，200多个团队，第一轮前50，他进了；第二轮前10，他被刷下来了。此外，见投资人，也让他不断碰壁。
“既然我们的产品受价格、市场局限大，那不如产品免费，我们来做服务。”确定转型想法后，刘毅在接下来和投资人见面、讨论中也不再局限于拉投资，而是在不同投资人的建议中完善自己的转型方案。随后，团队着手打造起APP平台：邀请商家免费入驻、免费享受服务，但商家的WiFi硬件设施也免费用于APP吸引流量，最终以平台嫁接服务的模式，让普通商铺WiFi商业化。

不进店也能蹭商家的WiFi

“WiFi，很多商家都有，但大多设有密码，消费者需到店消费才能获得，连接比较麻烦。连接后，人多网速慢也是硬伤。”代祥光说，但这些都可以通过“萝卜WiFi”平台解决。“消费者只需要在加盟商铺附近，即使不消费，也可以点开我们的APP直接连接，不需要密码。”
不仅如此，代祥光说，在找WiFi的过程中，客户还能通过APP上的WiFi地图看到附近热点在哪儿，有多远，连接人数等。连接后，平台也会自动分流人数来保证网速。
“另外，APP还会为消费者提供实时行程建议。”刘毅说，在打开“萝卜WiFi”以后，主页面会显示你所在店铺最新消费活动和折扣信息，并且链接离消费者最近的娱乐、餐饮、购物、休闲等行程推荐。“比如你想吃火锅，在店外通过APP连接WiFi能看到该店菜品折扣、优惠活动。另外APP还能推荐吃完火锅后的耍事。后台大数据分析会帮你推荐唱歌、茶室、休息等多种选择。”
据了解，从去年12月转型做APP开始，已有3000家商户加盟。
质疑
安全性
才是最大的关键
现在的网民都有“断网焦虑综合征”，这款APP抓住了用户逛街时的上网痛点，市场是有，但在重大教授曾国平看来，能否真正被消费者认可，实质还得看安全保证。
“不但需要企业以技术手段保证信息的安全，国家层面上也需要出台更有针对性的法律法规从源头上进行保护。”曾国平说。

商家热点均会认证
“虽然也有公共WiFi，但黑客们设置的埋伏也不少。目前市面上最常见的WiFi陷阱有三类，一是钓鱼陷阱：黑客设置名称与商家类似的接入点，以此盗取个人信息；二是偷梁换柱：黑客建立合法接入点，当网络信号不好时，用户连接中断会瞬间切换到黑客的切入点；三是主动攻击：黑客直接使用软件程序工具让用户连接到指定接入点。”刘毅说，“萝卜WiFi”的所有热点来源都是签约商家，在认证时，会根据商家信息绑定位置、密码、账号等，这首先杜绝了黑客热点的进入，钓鱼和偷梁换柱陷阱都没有进入渠道。最后对于主动攻击的黑客热点，遇这种情况后，可根据绑定信息的定位实现追溯，找回丢失信息。
