拼好货创始人黄峥是一个80后连续创业者。曾经加入美国谷歌工作，后又跟随李开复回国参与谷歌中国办公室的创立。2007年，黄峥开始了自己的创业之路，创立了国内食品和母婴电商代运营公司乐其。之后黄峥创立了游戏公司，向海外市场发行三十余款游戏，在十几个国家里有超过7000万游戏玩家。经理两次创业，黄峥将目光瞄向了社交电商市场，于2015年4月创办国内第一家社交电商拼好货。在黄峥看来“中国高速增长的社交网络，使得水果生鲜等传统领域，将在社交电商的影响下发生快速而深远的变革。”
你朋友喊你一起买水果了！
在拼好货平台上，用户可以发起价格更加实惠的水果拼单，通过微信朋友圈等社交平台邀请好友参团，只有达到规定人数时拼单才会生效，人数不足则将自动退款。利用熟人社交介绍拼团购买，只要有良好的口碑，用户量就会不断的增长。在拼好货App上线3个月，用户数突破500万，App上线两个月时曾登顶苹果商店免费App榜首。
在线上，拼好货最主要依托于熟人社交，目前拼好货的拼团其实主要靠微信群，很多粉丝自发组织了优质的拼好货群。为及时了解顾客的情况反馈，拼好货客服人员也会加到群众，以便第一时间了解顾客的反映，这样有利于及时处理售后问题。
拼好货APP与大部分生鲜电商平台最主要的区别是，它是“反过来”的。在生鲜市场中，大部分是先进货然后去卖，拼好货则是先拼团，根据用户的订单情况，再去进货。这样的C2属性带来的好处包括：一方面，我们可以根据开团的时间差，更准确地对销量进行判断和估计；另一方面，拼团的形式是一种共享经济，依托熟人社交而产生的购买，对商品的“优质优价”有着更严格的要求，仰仗用户的口碑传播来实现订单量的增长。

在生鲜领域中，货源是至关重要的，据了解拼好货成立了近百人的采购团队，在全国各地不断去搜罗优质优价的好水果。大部分水果来自产地直采，上百个人的采购团队在全世界各地找好货，拼好货的水果从产地到消费者手里，只经过短短的两手（从产地到全国各仓到消费者手里）。相比之前被搬12次（从产地，水果贩子，到水果市场，到水果经销商，到水果店），拼好货的水果自然新鲜度更高，而水果这种娇嫩的东西损耗也自然更少，价格也更便宜。这样的形式省去了很多步骤和差价，不仅减少了果农的零售风险，价格自然就低了。
售后及时调查，“从群众中来，到群众中去”
在拼好货这一个创业团队，各部门、成员之间都是实时交流。其运营团队保证消费者获得最好的购物体验，除了有售后团队来践行“坏果包赔”的承诺，还成立了“消费者调查”小分队，他们的责任是在第一时间获得消费者对水果的体验，践行着从群众中来，到群众中去的职责。消费者调研小组每天都在调查用户反馈比如问消费者：你的芒果甜吗？你的猕猴桃新鲜吗？等等。这让拼好货和消费者对于水果的认知几乎是同步。拼好货之所以能够有良好的口碑跟这些都紧密相关。
当然，在拼好货这类社交生鲜电商流行起来后，国内多家采用产地直采+C2B模式的生鲜电商浮出，，目前至少有200多家类似的生鲜平台。例如一米鲜、许鲜、非常非尝等也先后试水C2B。在生鲜电商这个行业，消费者真正关注的是他自己能不能持续用优价获得优质的商品。拼好货项目相关负责人表示：拼好货并不担心越来越多的效仿者，除了为消费者提供好货树立良好的口碑和品牌形象，在遇到问题的时候，推出了坏果包赔的服务。
据了解，拼好货项目成立第一天就被高榕资本和iDG等看好，估值8000万美金。在将来，拼好货会进一步扩大商品种类，提供更加丰富和多样化的产品。拼好货是以水果为切入点，但并不一定是生鲜电商，成为一家会员制电商是他们最终目的！
