大丰收168是农资网购交易平台，主营化肥和农药。通过经销商入驻的模式，省去中间零售环节，用户可以直接通过平台购买到较优惠的农资品，旨在解决农户在买农资方面存在价格不合理的现象。用户群主要是农业大户，只需要在平台上下单即可，散户可以通过团购的方式购买。
据了解，现在中国农村人口为9.4亿，而真正长期居住在农村的数量为7.5亿，其中农村网民人数已近2亿。随着“互联网+”的兴起农村电商正逐渐受到重视，作为农业生产资料的农药、肥料市场总量将达万亿元，如此之大的市场规模是大丰收团队进入农资市场原始动力。
大丰收作为互联网企业自建平台，在不涉及厂商利益的情况下，希望能够嫁接更多的合作资源。以传统经销商为基础建立乡镇服务站，对于经销商而言是一个共赢的机会。农资是一个较为传统的行业，传统农资购买时存在赊销行为严重，给经销商造成不小的压力。大丰收主推的是现款交易，目前正在和蚂蚁金服洽谈合作，若合作达成可以解决目前农资市场赊销的问题，让经销商有更多的资金去扩充自己的渠道。
坚守土地，致敬大地是大丰收的服务农户的初心。其团队核心成员来自腾讯、京东、中兴等公司；业务团队大多毕业于华南农大、湖南农大、南京农大等农业学校。大丰收市场部负责人告诉猎云网，做农资平台的就是要肯吃苦，懂得为农户着想。现在团队中的伙伴大多来自于农村，他们身上都有一股踏实接地气的精神，而且在招聘新伙伴时，更希望对方是农民的孩子。
大丰收前期推广主要依靠地推。除了给经销商推广化肥之外，还会组织农户开会科普农业知识。事实上，很多农民是不懂网购的，在互联网使用方面缺少专业指导，这是大丰收推广的难点，对此大丰收通过乡镇服务站设立农资代购员，帮助缺乏网购知识的农户解决问题。线上则有团购会或者积分兑换的活动。
现在市面上在区域市场较为强势的农资电商可以分为两种，一种是传统农资企业起家的田田圈、农一网等，另一种同样是互联网企业自建平台，如京东农资、淘宝农资。农一网主要用低价商品吸引客户，产品面对全国统一价，主要销售渠道是合作商低价囤货并且线下销售，线上按箱销售。大丰收则是通过与经销商合作，通过减少购买渠道的方式让利给农户。
目前大丰收主要覆盖安微和江西市场，通过提供服务和渠道从中抽取佣金。平台于去年12月份上线，注册用户2万+，大丰收市场部负责人表示，平台下一步计划覆盖湖南市场，继PC端的“大丰收168农资电商平台”，随后将推出App。
大丰收以农资为根本进入市场，在这块中国大地上，大丰收想做的并不是那么简单。农资方面除了化肥、农药，将来想要加入种子，农产品。并且未来想要做成农村服务平台，包括帮助解决农村金融、土地流转、农民返乡问题等。
目前大丰收正在计划寻求Pre-A轮融资。
