与平民创业者打交道多了，“李济安创业”有一个明显感受：现在大家最迫切需要的就是项目。
响应需求，今天我们就来说一个项目专题：利用甘蔗创业致富的十几个项目思路。
为了说得更深入些，文章稍有些长，请各位见谅。
甘蔗含有许多人体所需的营养物质，特别是其铁含量高达1.3毫克/100克，在各种水果中雄踞冠军，具有“补血果”的美称。
一个平民创业者必须明白：任何项目都不是静态的，而是动态的发展。
甘蔗这个项目也是这样。
第1个项目思路（以下直接标明序号）：烤甘蔗
烤红薯、烤玉米大家见得多了，可是热腾腾的烤甘蔗您吃过吗？
烤甘蔗也能吃？
是的。
生饮甘蔗汁能清热、助消化，反胃呕吐、消化不良和发热退烧皆可饮用。
甘蔗汁加热后饮用，能益脾胃。若是把甘蔗烤一烤再吃，不但更甜，而且润喉效果卓越，是保护嗓子的食疗佳品。
另据营养专家介绍，甘蔗中含有丰富的糖分和水分，经过短时间的烘烤，会减少一部分水分，甘蔗甜度更浓，葡萄糖和果糖更易被人体吸收，比较适合消化功能差的人食用。
湖北省阳新县的一位蔗农孙华清在考察市场后就改变了平时甘蔗生吃的传统做法，而是将甘蔗烤熟后出售。
这种独辟蹊径的做法吸引了不少顾客，因为大家都想尝尝烤熟后的甘蔗是什么味道。
孙华清的具体做法是：支个炉子，像烤甘薯一样，把甘蔗切成30—40厘米长的段，放在炉口周围烘烤，并且不时地翻动。炉火将甘蔗烤得焦黄散发出诱人的香甜味，老远就能闻到。甘蔗烤熟后，蔗皮能毫不费力地扯下来，咬一口甘蔗，热乎乎的蔗汁顺嘴流下，味道还真的与众不同。
这不仅能满足顾客图个新鲜的需求，而且熟甘蔗的味道确实比生甘蔗暖、甜、脆。难怪孙华清的生意应接不暇。
其实说起来，烤甘蔗这个项目也不是多么新鲜的事物，在台湾及海南这已是非常地道的特色小吃了，在南方比较盛行。只是最近几年才被有心者逐渐推广到全国各地。
一般的烤甘蔗每段长40厘米左右，在烤炉上来回烘烤约7分钟，直到外表皮上有少许汁液渗出才算完成，售价在5元，而类似长度没经过烘烤的一般甘蔗价格则在3元左右，利润翻了一倍。
2、榨甘蔗汁
除了专卖烤甘蔗外，还有部份商贩附带榨甘蔗机榨汁或者另加烤红薯、烤玉米出售，这又增加了多种收入来源，是很不错的商业搭配。
接着上面的序号进行排列：
3、 种植甘蔗出售（最传统的方式）
4、甘蔗间套小杂豆、大豆（云南西畴县推广种植模式）
5、西瓜甘蔗立体套种（贵州黔东南自治州锦屏县推广种植模式）
6、发展牧草甘蔗（甘蔗按用途一般分为果蔗和糖蔗，这是新的方向）
…………以上是在种植业方面做文章。
7、 甘蔗地养鸡、鸭等
8、甘蔗叶、甘蔗梢等副产物可以养殖牛、羊等反刍动物
…………以上是在养殖业方面做文章。
9、 甘蔗制糖（最传统方法）
10、甘蔗酿酒
11、甘蔗渣加工有机肥
12、甘蔗渣、废蜜和滤泥等可制成纸张、纤维板、碎粒板、糠醛、干冰、酵母、柠檬酸、赖氨酸、冰醋酸、味精、甘油、水泥等
13、甘蔗渣可以培养食用菌
14、把甘蔗糖蜜、滤泥掺到谷物类饲料中可制成颗粒饲料
15、甘蔗制糖排出的废渣、废液可再用作甘蔗的肥料
16、甘蔗提取燃料乙醇（在这方面巴西走在前列，巴西是世界上甘蔗种植面积最大的国家。有趣的是，如今的巴西甘蔗技术中心仍坐落在圣保罗州的一片甘蔗地中间，但该中心已经今非昔比，近300名一流科学家在此工作，成为巴西最重要的科研机构之一。）

17、这一条再用一个案例来展开。
有一个村子，每家每户都种植甘蔗。但是从这一年开始，甘蔗卖不动了。
有位小伙子觉得这样下去不是办法，于是就把眼光瞄向了城里。但是甘蔗在城里也不是特别好卖，超市里都嫌甘蔗脏，街边的小贩也不愿意卖甘蔗，因为甘蔗是要刨皮的。
他来到城里之后，找到了水果批发市场，批发商的说法也让他沮丧：甘蔗不好卖！
那天下午，小伙子走得又累又渴，就在公园里坐下来休息。
这时有个做小生意的人捧着一箱切好的西瓜来这里叫卖，他花两块钱买了一块解渴。在撕去外面包着的那层保鲜膜后，他忽然心想：“假如这是个整个的西瓜，我会买吗？”一定不会，因为买来之后首先面临好几个问题：用什么来切，切开后一个人吃得掉吗？扔西瓜皮方便吗？而这一小块切好的西瓜，就将那些后顾之忧全都解决掉了！
把所有让买卖双方都觉得不舒服的因素都去掉！他忽然间意识到这对于销售至关重要的一点。
这样一想，他的灵感顿如泉涌：如果将甘蔗刨皮后再用真空保鲜袋装起来，那无论是卖的人还是买的人都不会嫌脏了！
他又继续琢磨：将甘蔗去皮后砍成一截截，用真空袋子包装起来，分为即食装和礼品装两种。
另外在礼品装中再分出一种存放期更长的甘蔗：把甘蔗砍成一截一截却不刨皮，在甘蔗的两端切口包上保鲜膜装进礼品盒中，这样一来就把甘蔗的档次给提高了，而且卖的人不会嫌脏，买的人拿起来也方便，送人也体面了许多。
半个月之后，他的甘蔗几乎遍布了城里的大街小巷，原本无人问津的甘蔗顿时成了市场上的抢手货！
…………这个小伙子是在销售方式上做文章。
18、这一个思路仍然是在种植方面做文章，不过它打破了传统的桎梏，所以单列出来多说两句。
甘蔗本是亚热带植物，中国的主产蔗区，主要分布在北纬24°以南的热带、亚热带地区，包括广东、台湾、广西、福建、四川、云南、江西、贵州、湖南、浙江、湖北、海南等南方12个省、自治区。20世纪80年代中期以来，又迅速向广西、云南等西部地区转移。
由于气候原因，千百年来，甘蔗种植一直盘踞在长江以南地区。在甘蔗行里有句俗语：“蔗不过江”，说得就是这个意思。
但是现在这个静态也被打破了。
很多平民创业者一开始的思路都不约而同的一致：
既然甘蔗一直种植在南方，那么北方就是空白；
北方人爱吃甘蔗，每年都是从南方调运；
既然南方种植甘蔗赚钱，那么在北方种植就有可能更赚钱。
他们唯一需要解决的问题就是种植的技术问题。
将南方的甘蔗移到北方来种植，
为了这个梦想，山东泰安的楚再兴、山东烟台的谭令哲、辽宁鞍山的庞宝莲、河北行唐的李梅…………
一个又一个的创业者投身其中，
在这场创业战中，他们没有一个不是历经挫折、挫折、挫折……百折不屈、再而奋起的人。
是他们，让“蔗不过江”成为了历史；
是他们，让“南蔗北种”成为了现实。
对于真正的平民创业者，我们从来不吝啬对他们由衷的敬意！
