试想，为了排解孤单寂寞，你饲养一只萌宠作伴，可经过一天工作，精疲力尽时，还得为它洗澡、梳理毛发，甚至还要从网络上学习什么是挤肛门腺，这是何等的痛苦。如果这一切服务能像订外卖那样送上门，不仅解放了自己，也让自己的萌宠得到专业的呵护。
“我家靓崽”是一个专业的宠物上门服务平台。目标用户为收入水平中高端、饲养宠物的城市白领阶层，提供宠物上门洗澡、美容、SPA等服务，解决主人无暇洗护宠物、不了解宠物知识的痛点。目前，产品通过微信服务号运营，官方APP将于3个月内上线。
现阶段，我家靓崽为用户提供洗澡服务、美容服务，每天接30单左右，增速每月达100%。同时，宠物主人可以通过我家靓崽与自己熟悉信任的技师建立长期稳定的联系，有充分的时间和机会与技师沟通，直接解决传统洗澡过程中陌生沟通的短板。
唐亮是我家靓崽创始人，他对猎云网说，选择宠物行业是因为自己的喜爱，想为宠物做点事。在公交、地铁、的士不让带宠物上车，小区下面没有宠物店或者宠物店服务质量不好，需要上门服务的群体很大。
对宠物服务技师的挑选，我家靓崽有自己的标准。唐亮告诉猎云网，技师需要有相应的宠物美容师证件，前期都是从宠物店挖有2年工作经验的人。并且，需经过内部培训后，满足技能、礼仪要求，才可以上岗。未来则是从大型培训机制进行定向招人 。
目前市场上做宠物上门O2O的产品大致有：摸摸哒，好狗狗，狗狗去哪儿（萌到家），宠到家，猫狗帮，暖窝等，竞争压力很大。唐亮告诉猎云网，服务O2O，回到本质来讲，还是拼服务、拼口碑，宠物行业也是如此。现在很多企业喜欢靠大量的补贴来留着用户，但他并不认同，“当补贴完成后这些用户还能留下多少呢？我们要以服务去取胜，让用户体验过超出预期的服务，下次还愿意选择我们。”
团队方面，联合创始人郑承坤也是技师长，在宠物行业工作12年，有宠物美容师、宠物训犬师、宠物连锁管理经验；黄文通、陈礼源分别负责市场和技术。
关于未来，我家靓崽两个月内将陆续开通宠物SPA、宠物健康跟踪、宠物主人相互间交流等功能。由于产品的定位是宠物的专属管家，也会进一下深挖宠物领域。
据悉，我家靓崽天使轮融资即将完成。
