麻花，是大江南北百姓都爱吃的小吃，但是其制作是需要一定的技术，没有技术的人根本无法做成好吃的麻花。可是绝大多数的草根投资者又都不具备这样的技术？现在想掘金小吃的投资者不用担心了，市场出现了一种自动麻花机，即使投资者一点小吃技术都不懂，一样可以做出香酥可口的麻花！本产品已经申请了多项国家专利，并已获得国家专利局授权一项。
项目概述
自动麻花机率先采用先进的仿人工机电控制技术，真正模拟手工搓法，所搓小麻花外观远远优于人工麻花，口感与人工麻花无异。
项目特点
1.自动成型。自备机器将和好的面团预压成3-10毫米面片，送入麻花机。麻花机自动切条，自动折弯，搓制，排盘送出，全自动成型，无人化操作。
2.占地面积小。该机占地面积1平方米，电机1.5千瓦，220-380V电压，一人看护数台。
3.产量高。每小时产量30公斤（每个6克的小麻花），所做的麻花长短粗细可调。
4.可适应多种配方。可适应多种配方、工艺的需要，加工过程面团不升温，不伤面筋，最大可能的保持了面团的优点。
5.简单易学。一天学会操作，故障率低。
市场分析
麻花是大众都爱吃的小吃之一，市场容量极大。同时由于该设备将麻花制作的门槛大大降低，使得人人都能生产香酥可口的麻花，所以该项目的市场空间巨大。像湖北襄樊的王姓投资者，在2014年底购置了一台仿手工麻花机，仅仅用了不到1个月的时间就已经收回了前期投入，现在他已经购置了5台设备，生产的小麻花也已遍布襄樊的大街小巷。
投资效益分析
据最低投入约4.5万元，其中设备4万一台，其余为原材料采购费用及流动资金。小麻花的售价可以参考当地的平均消费水平，以天津地区为例，60克小麻花售价约15元，其综合成本大约仅为6元，投资者大约有9元的毛利润。
投资风险
质量：机器的易用性、故障率、稳定性是最大风险。很多时候，你在厂家试机可以使用的机器，回到家却怎么也做不出满意的成品来，或者生产不稳定，所以，最好请厂家到家调试，经过较长一段时间的正常运行，不要舍不得花这笔钱。
产品的口感也非常重要。
各地的小麻花价格不一，有的地方接受不了较高的价格，致使利润很低。

1号2号馆为机电馆，在该馆中参展的有来自本地、国内其他省份以及国外的许多参展商。记者在馆内看到，机电馆中有自动麻花制作机、自动糕点制作机、全自动激光雕刻机、全自动电脑绣花机等等新奇先进的设备。
在机电馆较引人注目的其中一个是自动麻花机，记者看到，只要工作人员把揉好的面团放入机器后，机器就会自动将面团牵出3条小指粗细的面线，将3条面线缠成麻花后，机器还会在麻花自动切割前放一点香油，之后5寸长的麻花算制作完成了。“想不到机器制作的麻花味道也不错。”一位观展人员随手拿起炸好的麻花品尝后笑着说。
大家较为关注的还有全自动激光雕刻机。“只要你随便弄一张图，将图扫到机器上，就可以让机器全自动化地把图给你刻到想刻的物品上。”据该展台相关负责人介绍，其适用于广告、装饰、家居、包装等行业。
最让人眼前一亮的还有全自动电脑绣花机。据了解，该机器在输入图案样式后，可全自动电脑操作绣制，还可快捷转换成衣框、帽框功能，“大家最喜欢绣结婚照，看上去的感觉比十字绣还要好，更有质感，而且都是独一无二的。”参展人员介绍道。
