从功能机到智能机，手机市场历经多次“换机潮”，每年被淘汰丢弃的废旧手机成为污染环境的隐形“杀手”。殊不知，废旧手机也是一座富矿，湖北大学环创团队的4名成员就从废旧手机中炼出了黄金，近日还获得了20万元天使投资。
旧手机里藏“金” 这个项目有做头
环创团队成员，湖北大学2013级体育教育专业学生陈少军说，移动互联网时代手机更新换代越来越快，日常生活中他发现，很多人对如何处理闲置的旧手机感到头疼。
而做过近2年手机代理和二手手机买卖的同班同学吴继明却认为，这些令人生厌的电子垃圾中蕴藏着巨大的商机。因为，中国再生资源回收利用协会的一项数据显示，经过加工提炼，6700部废旧手机可以产生700克至1400克黄金。
去年11月，通过市场调查和实地走访，陈少军和吴继明发现，目前废旧手机回收渠道主要依靠街头小贩和废品站回收。“一边是每年数以亿计的废旧手机，一边是不饱和的回收市场，让废旧手机炼出‘金’应该不是梦。”二人一拍即合，打算从废旧手机中“掘金”。
门外汉找来技术支援 O2O收手机潜心“炼金”
为了弄清项目的技术难度、市场可行性和落地可行性，两个体育专业的学生成了化学院和商学院的“常客”。后来，他们结识了化学化工学院2011级学生刘建松，并请到了化学化工学院的陈怀侠教授提供专业技术支持，团队就这样组建起来。
据介绍，团队成员在实验室对18部手机的主板部分进行提炼，通过与化学试剂进行反应和生物技术处理，1公斤的手机主板中大约可以提炼金0.28克，银2克，铜100克，钯0.1克。大约25部废旧手机可以提炼出1克黄金。
“我们提炼出的黄金纯度达99.95%，铜可作工业用铜。目前项目处于投资对接阶段，我们正在加紧研究和改进提炼技术，提高提炼效率。”刘建松说，在前期技术和提炼工厂方面，他们还取得了武汉格林美高新技术股份有限公司的支持，并在回收渠道方面与电信达成合作协议。
近日举行的“武汉光彩·促进创业创新公益活动暨Top Doer全球创业周创业孵化行动”中，他们的“炼金”项目获得20万元天使投资。陈少军说，目前团队正加紧筹建自己的网上旧手机回收站，以O2O模式打破传统旧手机回收格局。
